Optavia diet cookbook for beginners by Arriza Hargrove
Table of contents where the recipes are broken up into food categories.
Intro talks a lot about the diet itself. It uses pre bought low carb meal but also making sure the nutrients are all there.
Check with your doctor first if you are considering this diet.
Each recipes starts with a title, points for contents: lean green healthy fat, condiments.
Prep and cook time and servings.
List of ingredients are included and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh vs. canned items.
Directions are given and there is NO nutritional information and NO pictures.
There are some color photos in the book but I am not sure what recipe they go with.
Like fish recipes as they are basic and healthy ingredients.
Measurement conversion charts are included at the end along with a recipe index.
