His need of her help, helped her find her true self!

These Sunrise Society members seem to be finding love by leaps and bounds. Newly laid off from her job as a reporter and unable to find a new job pushed Zoe to do something she ended up regretting when she misrepresented herself to Lucinda Connor now Ayer having married Prince Samuel Ayer also a Sunrise Society member. At the bottom, she gets a boost when she answers an ad to become a Surrogate. Being a thirty year old virgin and a consummate loner she finally had no choice but to answer the ad thus putting her in the presence of Prescott Opal billionaire gemologist himself a Sunrise Society member pining for a child to call his own. Having no real socialization skills and hiding her virginity caused Zoe to be more brash and abrupt than necessary. After the first pregnancy implantation failed and she and Prescott engaged in the old fashioned way, our girl found herself living for the first time. Prescott's patience and care for her helped her to come out of her self imposed reclusion and allow herself to both love and be loved. This pair went through many ups and downs getting to the love portion of their life together thus deepening their connection even more. What began as a business arrangement turned to love so fierce that when their child was born they had already forged an unbreakable bond!!! Great story MS. Charles a really, really great story and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it.

AT 41 % THIS IS HOW I FEEL

It's so hard to read a book when you don't like the female lead. If any of you have seen the movie Queen and Slim - this Zoe gives me the same anxiety as the lead female in that movie. Both are totally unlikable with a smidgen of, ah they can be nice.

HERE'S MY FINAL REVIEW

The story was a story of growth. Zoe had to grow up. She obviously didn't have people skills. She grew so much through being with Prescott. I'm glad she took the chance on him and I'm glad he didn't give up on her. Their relationship flourished and they became a loving team.

I almost didn’t finish this one…

I did finish this story, but I totally thought about not doing so. Miss Charles is an excellent writer and her descriptions are vivid; however, the female lead Zoe got on my nerves so bad that I wanted to strangle her. She was so unpleasant most of the time that I was ready to cut bait and run. Prescott was very sensitive and thoughtful, but I’m used to billionaires being alpha males. Saying all of this, I’m happy that I finished reading this one because the characters grew (especially Zoe, thank goodness!) and there was a satisfying happily ever after.

Surrogates Love ❤️

Zoe has been terminated from her position as a reporter and finds herself in a position of needing employment. She began to freelance and look for ways to make additional money. Answering an ad for being a surrogate mother to a very prominent billionaire and CEO. Though their relationship starts out with them learning each other, exposing his ex-wife, who happened to cheat on him ; it eventually results in love and a family💕🦋

Absolutely Thrilling

This is a amazing story that will make you smile and bring tears to your eyes. The couple love affair start out as he likes her but she is not sure she want to be more involved than having his baby but as time usually do they became closer together. Their relationship was full of chemistry from the beginning, but they each fought the feeling they had for each other. This is a delightful and very entertaining with sizzling passion.

Interesting

Zoe is a closed off women who has always only focused on her career, then she is left with nothing and must think quick. She answers Prescott's ad. He wants a surrogate. This book takes you on a ride with a strong black woman, but the male character may be rich, but hes not as strong as he should be, wirh all that he has and is.

Didn't finish

Not sure why but from the beginning of the book the main female was too aggressive and the tone she set made the book hard for me to enjoy. I couldn't see where it would become believable that the to characters would get together later.

What started out as an agreement to benefit all ended up being something special for Zoe and Prescott. I enjoyed the characters and their chemistry in the story. Prescott was ready but Zoe had to get over some things to get where they needed to be, glad she did.

Prescott Opal

This is such a beautiful story I started reading and couldn’t stop. I loved Prescott and Zoe how they came together and the progress of their relationship. I would have liked a better ending, but it was implied as a HEA.

Blossom

I truly enjoyed reading Prescott Opal. A very nice read on a slow day during a pandemic. Watching Zoe transform from a knot on a log to truly feeling person blossoming into mother and author was heartwarming. All while fulfilling a lifelong dream of Prescott was beautiful.

Great read

Prescott wanted to become a father. Zoe needed money to support herself. Being the strong independent woman she was, she spoke her mind. Prescott liked that trait in her. The more they talked the stronger their bond.... true love prevails
