I'm reading this for a school library administration class, and even though it was published in 1998, it's still a really good reference for the new school librarian. I know I will be able to use some of the resources offered in it.

I liked this little book... It is a compilation of articles written by librarians and professionals within the field that covers all sorts of topics and issues librarians face in the 21st Century library.
