This book has inspiring recipes and detailed instructions. I kept thinking, "Wow, I have to try this!" The recipes seem to be in random order rather than in categories, which forced me to scan through the whole book and discover gems of things I might not have looked at otherwise. The wording is unusual, maybe a language issue (?) which left me wishing for clarification once or twice. Each page is a different step in the recipe so that there are lots of blank spaces that make an awkward format, lots of page-turning to get through a single recipe, but some folks may prefer it that way. Considering there are so many photos of the process, there are not always photos of the final product, and not always photos of the bread's interior when sliced. This was a little frustrating considering all the attention that was put on the process of making the bread. Overall a good instruction of various techniques.
