Highly recommend this cookbook if you want to feel better. I’m surprised by how much I like the recipes and how quickly I noticed a difference in my energy levels, overall comfort, and serious decline in cravings.
This is a must get in my opinion. My goal is to make every recipe in the book. I’ve made significant progress. Taking this approach also keeps me invested. It’s been a fun journey
10/10 recommend!!! Great cookbook by a VERY knowledgeable RD. I appreciate the time she took to give general nutrition education before the recipes. Has a great 28-day meal plan. Don't be intimidated by "plant-forward". She still gives recipes with meat and even fully plant-based recipes she gives recommendations for how you can add chicken, turkey, etc. Also super realistic recipes that don't fail to nourish AND satisfy
