Another shitty porn with stats

Made it to 37% when the reanimated corpse stripped it's armor off and decided to have consensual sex with the main character who is provided every advantage possible through no effort. Such a great promise in the summary and such a shitty delivery.

Got halfway through

It got really boring halfway through. I think author realized it too...that's when he tried to make it more interesting with smut. It didn't help.

Umm yeah so...

I really wanted to like the story but to be honest I couldn't even finish it. I skipped forward multiple pages trying to find the actual story every time he started to rant to himself which was never ending. The guy is in his own head 95% of the story. He's literally spewing his random thoughts out so much the there isn't any substance to the story. The plot is clawing at the ground trying to move forward but it can't because the MC won't STFU.

OMFG Shut up

I just can't with this book. I suspect the author had a decent short story he rewrote with 5 pages of padding for ever page of story. Endless, never ending stream of concious drivel. OMG. Fighting in the dark, juat got hurt.. Lets have 2 pages of observation on healthbars and never ending run on sentences about absolutely nothing. I litterally found myself rading one page and then flipping through 2-3 pages .. Over and over. I just gave up. It never ended.

Not good

First chapter in, and it’s basically nothing but babbling filler that I started to skip and skim across. NOT a good sign. There is some bad writing here, with some really bad metaphors. The premise and setup is cheesy and done to death.

Concept is ok, but writing lacks

Too much monologue. For example, there are 5 pages of monologue before the main character decides to throw a rock at a level 1 rat. This happens all the time. Too much not funny talking. Not enough doing.

Just ok

The mc liked to think about everything and I mean everything, not so bad at the start when he gets new powers and is learning how to use them, then there's the leveling up and increasing powers, so ok, then it gets quickly into a harem book with no more leveling and very little skill progression with all of the constant thinking about it. So another harem novel that loses the story in favor of more sex, I mean but the end of the book the mc hadn't seen the light of day yet being stuck underground but had been able to find three women to sleep with. At this rate by the time he actually gets to a city, becomes a powerful mage, and starts taking down the big bad guy he'll have a harem in the thousands. So story started out good then it was just sex with maybe a story there somewhere.

Hot garbage

His books are usually okay, but this one, not so much. The tense the book is written in is migraine inducing. This feels like a parody of an already goofy genre. I know the quality in this type of book is usually fairly low, but this one took the cake.

OmniMage or A Mage with ALL Powers

First off I give this 3 1/2 stars, it took a long while before the MC got to use any powers (29% into the story). Though he did learn really slowly on his own. You learn about what he can do as he learns, but each skill and spell is explained in full detail (zzzzzzzz) until you are ready to slit your own throat.
When he meets each of his companions, sex is not far behind. Eventually having group sex will them all.
So, the story starts with a guy in a deadend job just getting home after a bad day at work. He starts to relax and hears a voice talking that transfers he and others to a mid-realm location with a demi-god. An evil demi-god arrives and kills off all the other humans brought, but because of his increadable luck, he is the loan survivor. The good demi-god's last move is to give him all the magical abilities that were to be handed out to all the people. Then he's transported to somewhere, yes who knows where, and he must survive...

Just starting to get good. On to book 2.

Ugh. Started, didn't finish. Didn't make it very far actually. Beginning was very cool. Love the idea of an overpowered MC and the beginning setup was really promising. Then right after he gets his powers straight into sex. Absolutely nothing wrong with sex or sex scenes, but man, can't even get a good plot started before he's fucking a ghost. Then not knowing what's up, or what's he is, trying to use his powers to create a familiar, he has to get sidetracked by the horny ghost immediately after the he first sex scene. Talking about how big his dick is, blah, blah, blah. Next scene, gnomes. Wouldn't you know it, before much can happen except one fight even he gets married to another chick. Another super hot, obviously, gnome chick. This is where I gave up. If you are going to do the harem thing and have tons of sex AT LEAST set up an awesome plot and get that cooking first. This was ridiculous.

A lot of fun. Good first book in a new series!

The good, snarky mc, good story, fun adventure.

The less than good. Let me start by saying that i understand that this the first in a Possible series. And so should you. That's always a balancing act between investment and hopefull return I'm sure.

So, some typos like a few words repeated in a sentence, not enough to hurt the story, but meant as constructive criticism. The supporting characters are a little too two dimensional. The mc is a bit too lucky to be real. The ending was a bit rushed and too easy.

Other than these things i really liked it. Would definitely buy the next one. This is decent Isekai story.

Interesting start

I like the start to the series. It's not too short but also not that long. Hopefully the next one comes out relatively soon because it will be tough for me to muster the energy to read the first book again. But overall I think the stories well done and there's a lot of development of the group that is provided in a very interesting way. There were a couple spots that were alone dry or dull if you will but overall very well done. Looking forward to see where the next book takes us

It could have been great

The idea is very good, but the ranting of the main character is driving me nuts. Too much fluff, not enough concrete. The harem scenes are too rich for my taste and take way too much time. It is hard to believe that the main character finding himself in a new reality thinks about nothing else but sex.
It could have been a great book, I hop the next one will be up to it’s potential.

Interesting concept but poorly executed

This is about the omnimage as easily deduced by the title. Simply put, a mage with the power of all types of magic in a universe with many many types. It starts quite well then rapidly goes down hill.
The end half where he has sex with his friend the reverent signifies where it stops being interesting and tries for erotica instead achieves erratic.
It doesn't suck, but it loses a lot of story telling and goes full mental by the end.

Incredibly clever writing

Of course I’m always ready to read an OP MC book, but this one is different in the writing. The writing is so clever with the bouncing thoughts and wordplay, it reminds me of the banter between my computer major friends and I. Very refreshing read, can’t wait for the next one.

Meh

Way too much time wasted, IN THE MIDDLE OF FIGHTS, on angsty 'how does this stuff work' cluelessness. Yeah grossly OP MC, with little to no redeeming features since if anyone clocked out to do the angsty introspection thing, they would be dead. The plot armor is super thick on this one.

Fun ride!

I really like the MC’s dialogue in how he relates to his new life. It’s witty and funny. The female characters are gradually getting fleshed out and the magic system is cool. I like powerful MC’s and this guy is on his way. However he doesn’t just rely on his magic powers but uses his wit to overcome obstacles as well.

I'm sorry, but this book sucked

I really wanted to like this book, but it was sooooooooo boring. I mean halfway through the book I wanted to give up and read something else, but I'm not a quitter so I kept at it till the end. That was a mistake. Don't waste your time on this book. It's just not worth it.

Not bad

It's not a bad book but it's not a great book either. The main character spends way too much time thinking and not enough time doing. I don't know if I would get a book two. It depends on the price

A good read

Ok im not a fan normally of the Harem type book and there is a fair amount of sex in the book. That said i loved everything else The " System " wasn't overdone like can happen a lot and it felt more like he was taken to another world than someone was just talking about a game they played.I will buy the next one

Omni Badass!

It started out a little slow, but it got exciting afterwards. I like that the main hero had a lot of potential, and looks like some fun allies he picks up along the way. Will be looking for next book.

I enjoyed this one! I’ve started reading the second book in the series and realized that I didn’t know what the hell was going on so I ended up finding this one and I’m definitely glad I read it first. Now I can get the second book done actually knowing what is going on.

2.5

Adult LitRPG with an interesting concept of a single man getting the ability of every class and specialization of mages. Which is a tough undertaking to have the creativity to use that, and sometimes it came through. The book felt like it was just getting started when it ended as well

Overpower harem

In two words,"Overpower harem" . At first it drew me in. Then before he go power to cast. Swearing. F bombs. Then fighting sort of. Followed by detail sex. Recommended a disclaimer put in the description for those things.

Great book

It's a dose great at making the main character overpower but still making him destroying and beating everything with one hit

Good read

Bit heavy on the monologue, Jerry speaks to him self for about 2-3 pages when he's in the middle of fights, other than that great read
