Didn't know who B M Hardin was until I read the first book. Now this one I couldn't put down. It was so good and full of unexpected shocks and surprises. I cant see how women and men can be so crazy and wicked. Questions: Can a cheater really stop cheating or is the saying, "Once a cheater, always a cheater." the truth?
Can the same be said for a killer?
Do we really find true love or do we settle over time?

Just...I Have No Words

Why do authors do this? Write good books just for idiotic endings? That's all I'll say because I don't want to spoil anything. First and last book I'll read from this author. Maybe I take the books I read too seriously and I'm not in the mood for jokes because that's what this book became.

I don’t know what to say about this book... it was entertaining, but some of it made no sense to me so I gave it three stars. Four stars for the entertainment.

I don’t know what person befriends the person who tries to shoot you, stalks you, then you allow her to be your maid of honor...and you find out the person is really mental, like you needed conformation on that one. I’m so confused over the stupidity. I guess not everyone heard of a restraining order and a bat.

Slightly unbelievable

Jaw dropping twist and turns are right. Slightly unbelievable with lots of loop holes and gaps but an overall good read and interesting twist! I'd recommend and read more.

I really liked this book. It was different from anything else I've read. I have seen this authors work while scrolling through FB or IG, but this is my 1st read by her. Although her ass might be crazy, I'm gonna check out more of her work. That crazy makes for a good read!

I did not like Nova as a person. But I loved her as a character, so I was still rooting for her. I didn't like how she handled being spurned by people she loved, but she was very clear about the fact that she knew she was wrong and didn't give a FUCK! And she probably really couldn't help it. It seemed like her mother's children came out, each one crazier than the last; Jacob seemed like he had the most sense, then they leaped over a few layers of crazy with Nova, then Josiah was just off his goddam rocker.

I can get with petty revenge to a degree. I was down for her fucking Ox, I was even down for her fucking Kojo. I know that was Emory's homeboy, but I don't think homeboys are off limits, especially when your nigga is cheating with multiple women. Sorry...I'm not obligated to be loyal to you once you cross me. Your homeboy the one gotta remain loyal. And if he chooses not to, 🤷🏽‍♀️. Granted, she was fine, and she pushed up on Kojo hard, but he had the opportunity to tell Emory the first time she made her desire for him clear and he didn’t. So that was his fault.

Now the whole plan to get pregnant by him was too much. A kid is a long term consequence. And she didn’t anticipate wanting to stay with Emory after what he did, so then she had to keep lying and covering just to make sure Emory didn't leave her. She just created too many problems for herself and opened the door to some Karma she wasn't expecting; enter Shanice nut ass.

This shit read like a a few months of Young and the Restless or something. So many twists that had you with the "Oh Shit" look.

I wasn't expecting Shanice to steal Nova's baby, that turned out to be Kojo's and not Emory's, who ended up getting Christine pregnant when he cheated on Nova. I was mad about that and I was mad that Christine didn't lose that baby (I can say that about an imaginary baby). As much as Nova kind of deserved the harvest she sowed, I still wanted things to work out for her and Emory. But that might just be because I'm craving a happy ending after all the drug dealing, robbing and murdering I been partaking in lately - In the books yall, not forreal. I'm a green square.

Anyway, all that to say this shit was good.

If you like roller-coasters, this is definitely the book for you. The beginning is a slow build up that turns into a bumpy jaw dropping ride. Nova plots revenge on her cheating fiancé and it takes a turn that is like a ghetto Lifetime movie. Sometimes revenge is not a dish prepared and served the way you think.

This book had potential but...

I love BM Hardin books but this book was all over the place. The book started out good. I couldn’t understand how Nova likes to get everybody back that does her wrong but didn’t do anything to Shanice. I usually like the surprise endings in BM Hardin books but the ending in this book was a little disappointing.

This whole crew is cray-cray!
This story is filled with deceit, cheating, revenge, betrayal and selfishness up in the stratosphere. And some of the most immature and insane characters ever!
Nova had every right to be angry and disgusted with Emory, her deceitful boyfriend, but her revenge hurt her more than it could ever hurt him. What a hot mess!

Oh my goodness!

This book was a good mixture of suspense, humor, and downright crazy!! When Nova discovered that her boyfriend Emory has cheated on her she seeks revenge. Let me just say sis was CRAZY! I found myself laughing so much at Nova and as the book went on I started to feel bad for her. Not the cheating part, Nova had a lot of emotional baggage. The other characters kept me interested but Shanice kept me on my toes because I didn’t know what to expect with her. I was really interested in seeing how this would end because there was so many lies and crazy things happening. I didn’t expect THAT ending or plot twist!!! I so enjoyed this book! ❤️

You might rethink cheating back

Whenever I see a new release from Ms Hardin, I download and start reading. No need to read the synopsis; I know it's gonna be good. This one was good, and the craziest yet. I couldn't figure out Shanice. She was the magically appearing evil/helpful fairy godmother. Cece was just as crazy and with friends like Yana, there's no room for enemies. I still don't know if I liked Nova or not. I understood her gangsta, but she couldn't be trusted. You know the saying 'hurt people, hurt people' - that was Nova. What a ride. Engaging and full of twists that only Ms Hardin can conjure, I was fixated til the end.

WOW 😳

This book was WILD!
It had more twists and turns than a roller coaster. I couldn’t put it down. It had very strong female characters. The only caveat I had was the main character’s male neighbor was described as having had horrible breath. Yet when he had sex with the other women( not his wife) it never came back up. Whereas the male character with the large penis was mentioned several times. Also I would have liked to have more details about the individual sex scenes. Otherwise the book was A bona fide page turner. It kept me guessing till the very end. Anyone who enjoys this particular genre or just a good read period I think will love this book.

FYI I’m speechless

Ms Hardin has done it again. She has written a story line with characters that you will hate, love, sympathize with and then hate them all over again. Ms Harden’s plots are so relatable that it’ll make you go mmmmm. There isn’t a single character in this book that each of her readers cannot relate to. Do not try to guess this end you’ll be mistaken. This story had me hooked, each chapter, each character .....till the end.

WOW

There's never a dull moment when reading a BM Hardin book. This book was everything. Her stories will keep you so intrigued you don't want to pass up on the little hints sprinkled throughout the story. This book was full of suspicion, twists, turns and a whole lot of craziness and not just from one character either. I thought Nova was bad but it seems Shanice had her beat. You will definitely be reading thinking who are these people. I really enjoyed this book and looking forward to what Ms Hardin comes up with next.

Nova is a trip! For a second I thought she was about to be proven wrong with Emory cheating on her. But, nope! He really was. Then to find out she was half crazy but hiding her true self LOL...Emory didn't know what he was dealing with but he never left her side. He plan to get even was bizarre but she was determined. Then she met someone who was way more out there than she was & things got more interesting than I expected. Everybody had their own story going on but in the end, it all came together.
This author never disappoints with her storytelling.

Oh the twist and turns

If you have ever read a BM Hardin masterpiece then you already know to expect the unexpected. So while reading I kept thinking I knew the ending, but as usual BM Hardin goes completely Left!!!! Just when you think you have figured it out, she throws another curve ball into the mix. This book was Everything I thought it was plus more. It has cheating, lies, sex, all the makings of drama and I loved and enjoyed every single page.

I haven't read anything like this.

This was such an unique read. Nova and Emory were winning before scheming neighbors, mysterious strangers, and wandering eyes knocked them out of their happy bubble. Cue the black comedy, plot twists and turns. This is a ride you will not forget, with characters you can not forget. This is a new to me author and I WILL be downloading another one of her books. This is a must read.

Web of deceit

What a book! What a tangled web of lies, kidnapping and murder. “Oh, what a tangled web weave when we first practice to deceive! (Spoiler Alert) Nova was getting back at Emory for having an affair so she devised a plan to get pregnant by one of his workers. Shanice was pure evil but she did make sure, after stealing the baby, that Nova received the inheritance from Yana.

I can't believe i wasted my time on this book. The ending was horrible. A lunatic stole that girl's baby so she could pretend with her "can't take a hint, i don't want your dog ass" husband that they were a family. Fucking disgusting. What a waste! Nova didn't deserve that even though she was a piece of work too. Stupid ass book. I'm not wasting my time reading any other books from this author.

Mind Blowing

B.M. Hardin has done it again! I love reading books that you can't put down until you finish and when you do, you want some more. On top of that, I honestly didn't know how this story was going to go. Between Nova, Shanice, Yana , and Cece, I don't know who was crazier. This book was mind blowing from beginning to end. Wow, awesome read.

The one thing this book is not is predictable. Just when you think you have it figured out, BAM! This book has so many twists and turns, excitement, tears, cheers and suspense that you don't realize you're holding your breathe until your face is blue (lol). I really don’t know what to say!

This book was a twisted, warped mess all the way through. Between Nova, Yana and Shanice, it was a run for the money as to which one was the craziest. There were so many twists and turns in this book that my head is actually spinning. I’m beginning to wonder about BM Hardin.

My goodness

The story was such a twisted tale. I could hardly keep from screaming, don't believe her. Some of the plot twist I saw coming, and others just flabbergasted me. The villains were plentiful in this story. Emory, Cee, and Shanice ran a dead heat for the most unforgettable characters.

What in the world did I read

What in the world did I just read. I never saw the ending coming. Battle of the Crazy Petty Betties were real. Weirdly enough I liked Shanice. I hated Cece and Yana wasn’t my cup of tea either. Nova was my type of ignorant. I absolutely loved this book. The plot was out of this world, the characters are unbelievable. Don’t miss out on this fye read!

I’m not going to say much because I don’t want to spoil it for anyone but I do believe it’s worth the read especially if you have KU
