Not really a serious story but more light hearted. We get to see the two main characters in “canine forms” at the very beginning and then we get onto seeing their human forms at exactly chapter 19. It’s very cute!

I read 92 chapters in one sitting - this is the cutest story ever.

Nothing serious. Just a very heart-warming story of father and son how they have a strong bond gradually.
Papa is the "wolf king" and the little potato is "puppy".
One day the wolf king found the puppy in mountain. He took pity on the puppy and decided to raise him.
Potato is so cute like cotton candy. A soft ball of happiness.

This manhua tells us a story about an alpha wolf (a mafia boss in humanized vers) who picked up a puppy (the cutest tiny child who will grow up big and buff later in humanized vers). The rest of story is just wholesome contents, tons of uwu-ness, and some insulin shots worth the sweet storylines.
The animalized version doesn't really have a plot, but the humanized one slowly but surely began to form the plot.
In conclucsion:
This is gold. Just pure 24K gold.

This is literally the cutest and the most wholesome father-son story 🥺💖
It starts from a wolf king adopting a smol puppy unwillingly, after the puppy kept coming around to sleep in the wolf's fur. Tsundere will be the best way to describe the wolf, as he keeps wanting to rid of the puppy, but the puppy is simply too cute and keep stabbing his conscience with his cuteness.
After several wholesome chapters, the characters turn into human beings, with the same concept although the circumstances are different now. A mafia leader called the "Wolf King" ends up having to take in a little boy he found in the wild, while recuperating from an injury. The little boy is strange, unable to speak and function as a normal boy–his action feels more like a puppy instead.
While the mafia leader waits for his men to find out where the boy came from, he feels responsible to raise the boy and each chapter is simply filled with hilarious and wholesome contents of father-son bonding 💗 I love that some chapters in between shows Potato (what the boy is called) being older, at 16, still being clingy and acting cute to his "father". I just love their bond so much, and since this story is still ongoing, I look forward to it so much! There are more to uncover about Potato's origins and also the reason why the Wolf King decides to extend his recuperation time, seemingly reluctant to return to his position as the mafia leader.
I also just want to point out that the Wolf King js extremely hot??? 😮💨❤️🔥 AN EXTREMELY HOT DADDY 👁👄👁🔥 Potato is the cutest lil bean and it's such a beautiful view whenever the hot daddy picks him up 😮💨😮💨 I NEED MORE OF IT
The occasional appearance of the Wolf King's men are also hilarious. The characters all have no names and are distinguished by their hair colours. I find brown hair's crush over the Wolf King to be so funny (he even gets jealous over Potato...a child...) how childish can you be 😂 Blue hair seems cool-headed all the time but despite that he still follows brown no matter how ridiculous it gets. Grey hair is the best though–literally gives zero care about anything else but is constantly seen eating in the background 😂💗 But he takes care of Potato well too when needed, so I like this guy a lot!
Overall, a really cute and wholesome (with eye-candy) story of found-family and how a mafia leader ends up taking the role of a father 💕 I probably will reread soon for another serotonin boost!

This is the most engaging webcomic I've read. So the first 19 chapters are animals. Then it suddenly switches to the human version. Mafia boss grudgingly adopts a strange toddler. Everything is very wholesome. Baby refers to the boss ONLY as "Mama". Parenting struggles ensue. Then there are some very interesting flashbacks to reveal their connection isn't exactly as accidental as we think. As of May 2025 I'm up to date with chapters (142 of them) and I want to know where this story goes.
CAUTION: there are a few scenes and extras that hint at some sort of romance/sexual tension between the main character and his literal adopted son which make me very very uncomfortable. There will be one very BL-esque panel followed by something funny that undercuts or undoes the "tension" but that's literally his son dude. Even if these extras and AUs are fan service and not part of the main timeline, it's still weird.
