The book read smoothly and is easy to breeze through—but honestly, the techniques themselves feel a bit muddled and not super practical to actually apply in real life. It’s still worth a look if you’re after some gentle “aha!” moments about things you might’ve overlooked in your own life, but don’t expect anything groundbreaking. Solid for reflection, not so much for action.
