Time is ticking, and I can’t trust anyone except the three men who have my heart. Two weeks to make the biggest decision of my life. Three men, and I can only choose one. That would be bad enough on its own, but the Fae court is a dangerous place, and I can’t sleep easy at night. Not when I’m a prisoner - and the rightful Queen. Someone wants me dead, and they came too close for comfort. I have to survive this captivity, I have to make it home to my little brother - but freedom looks less likely every day. All three men hope to be the one I choose. But has my decision already been made for me? Nothing at the Thorn Court is quite what it seems…
I thought the first book had potential, though it was too rushed, but having now read them all, the truth is that I feel they get a bit worse, a bit less original with each installment. For an adult (VERY adult) fantasy book, it feels too immature, doesn't really have a strong plot. The only saving grace is that it's a very sexy read, but it gets old... I would recommend this if you really like fantasy and smut, and are looking for a light read, but don't expect a lot of substance...
This book like the first had so much potential to be a great story. The characters are good but could be stronger and the story line can be a bit repetitive and the smut is seriously lacking. Will i continue reading it yes but its really dissapointing how badly it can be
