The streets of London are about to become a battlefield…

When gangland thugs start dropping like flies, all shot by automatic weapons, DCI Jack Tyler realises that London is on the brink of an all-out turf war.

With his resources already stretched to the limit, and few leads to go on, Tyler begins to fear that he may be too late to prevent a bloodbath that will tear his beloved city apart.

The stakes have never been higher for Tyler. As if catching the trigger men wasn’t a hard enough ask, he also needs to find a way of trapping the man pulling their strings from within the safety of the shadows.

If you like gritty police procedurals with strong characters, psychotic gangsters and non-stop action, grab your copy of Turf War today and start reading Mark Romain’s latest instalment in the gripping DCI Tyler Thriller series.

Mark Romain is a retired Metropolitan Police officer, having joined the Service in the mid-eighties. His thirty-year career included two stints on homicide, and during that time he was fortunate enough to work on a number of very challenging high profile cases.

Mark lives in the county of Essex with his wife, Clare. They have two grown up children and one grandchild named Archie. The family includes two English Bull Terriers and a very bossy Dachshund called Weenie, who, despite being the smallest dog in the pack, definitely rules the house!
Mark grew up in North London and is a lifelong Arsenal fan. He is also an avid skier, although he didn't actually start skiing until his early 40s!

In addition to writing, Mark loves going to the theatre, reading as many books as he possibly can, and going for long walks with the dogs. He also enjoy lifting weights.

You can find out more about Mark by visiting his Website (www.markromain.com) or his Facebook page (Mark Romain - author).
