I was disappointed with this book. I have in the past given this series 5 stars but not this time. He spent 3 or more chapters on Paul and Kara talking about sex. This not why I read these books. I hope on the next one he puts a little more action in it.

Star Force is an amazing journey that keeps on giving!
Have read the entire series and it just gets better and better. Without doubt, my all time favorite space opera read!

Not a homerun...
But not a bad hit either. He just keeps producing stories. I'd be very surprised that he isn't writing under his own name. He seems to be too good a writer not to. But I know I am a fickle reader so...
But this is a good continuation of the story started so long ago. Go back and read the other books. I still do every couple of years.

I thought this was going to be boring. I was wrong.
This book was one of the somewhat boring, although entire necessary ones. At least at first. It’s about half conversation, but then some BIIIG shit goes down and secrets are spilled. Oh my gooosh this series is so good!

Uninspired filler
Following an unfortunate trend of good book bad book... this one is a dud. Read it in 2.5 hours but 35 would suffice to get the relevant parts. Unless this was a set up for the introduction of the “sith” a million years into the future?????

Enlightenment in many ways
We find new Hadarak minions that are upping the war with future changes coming for the Furyans along with the goodbye of the Zak'de'rons, but for the revelations for Davis to ponder! Watch out for the Bond of Resistance.

Excellent book.
Excellent book, can’t find anything bad with it.Love the character development between two of my favorite characters as well as the world building. Not much action strike that there is no action in this book. But well worth the read

Not too much progression in the story for this one but it does cover some old questions. More of a transition point of a book.

The title is true!
I have enjoyed reading this book and series. Aer-ki Jyr is a writer that adds to the storytelling with a detailed touch. A fan!

This book is a setup for future books and lacks the usual action packed story. It is still really good just not 5 stars good.

Good branch of plot
Many of the previous Books lack the closure and explanation of this one. A very good branch in plot to a long running story line. Dragon history explained and new species laid out. A good part of an epic series.
