The Untherapist was a very interesting read. Anne-Lise kept my attention with real life scenarios that most people could relate with. Her true to life stories were heartfelt and the way that she reacted to them felt real.  The life lessons shared and the ways to overcome adversity will help my daily struggles.

This book was well written and I would look forward to more from Anne-Lise. I would give this one a 5 star rating !!!!

A necessary mind bender.

I had no idea what to expect when I started this book, a mere 36 hours ago. I was caught off guard, but in the best way possible. The depth of transparency is heart wrenching and refreshing. Anne-Lise uses her own personal journey/growth to illustrate the rewarding benefits of her Untherapy model. I'm thankful and can't wait to dive into this model deeper! It's not easy to share one's truth. I appreciate you and your transparency, Mrs. Jasinkski!

Emotional, powerful, and thought provoking

The Untherapist was not what I was expecting but in reality it was so much more. There were moments of unease and triumph as you experience both the physical and emotional journey of the author. The book brings to light many emotional hurdles and offers a chapter by chapter support guide to help readers experiencing similar issues.

This is an autobiography of the author and developer of the healing modality, UnTherapy. Strikingly personal yet not overlong. Good explanation where the author came from and how challenging her self-limiting beliefs were to overcome. She describes her take on how individuals manage their day-to-day life tasks and their life’s mission. Book is accompanied by a complete online study guide with self-discovery tools and exercises. If you like self-discovery journeys, you may find this book very useful. Especially if you do the exercises.
