New Jersey’s over seven thousand nursing home deaths account for half of the state’s fatalities since March. Pennsylvania did just as miserably. If you are not angered when you read this book, you truly do not understand freedom or thinking for yourself. Although a good part of the book was devoted to Hydroxychloroquine, its effectiveness, its safety, and the irrational opposition to it by medical professionals, politicians, and media, its about much more. Its about freedom, common sense, and thinking for yourself. Dr. Gold's great advice to ignore the motives of the opposition is so important and freeing. It takes away THEIR argument and requires THEM to explain their actions rather than have us defend ours or our guesses as to their motives. Simply think, act based on your life experiences, and do your research. A great book!

This book is excellent!! It is such a breath of fresh air to hear someone say that there is hope. And not just any old “someone”, Simone is a board certified physician that has served in the frontlines in such a time as this!!! It is also so frustrating that her voice has been almost completely muted, because her voice was going against the lies that were spun and the fear that the politicians have been spewing.
She names names and pulls zero punches.
Regardless of where you sit on the fence politically, you owe it to yourself and those you love to read this book.
You just might save a life or two.

This book was an easy read, but left me shaken. Not being a health care worker, I have trusted my children, husband, parents and myself to the doctors I pay to keep us all healthy. I cannot fathom why this current health situation would cause doctors to turn away and allow patients to die, without providing a proven drug that would save lives. Politics, Big Pharma and Big Tech have destroyed the confidence many have in science. Thank you, Dr. Gold, for your bravery and for speaking out to save lives. There is a website listed with an available doctor to speak with and receive help with prescriptions! This is an absolute treasure....EVERYONE needs to read it!

Fantastic overview of the safety and effectiveness of Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) and the devastating impacts it’s banning by Governments has had on the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr. Simone Gold is a medical doctor and lawyer (yes she holds 2 masters degrees!) who was fired from her hospital after prescribing HCQ In combination with Azithromycin and Zinc “off lablel” to help cure her patients suffering from COVID. Subsequently she started the organization “America’s Frontline Doctors.” She is vehemently speaking out against medical cancel culture. Sadly she was recently arrested by the FBI for her activism.
She presents quite a case in her book for the dangers of letting Big Pharma call the shots. They are the only ones who stand to gain from banning cheap and effective therapeutics ($10 each) and selling their vaccine ($?) + remdesivir ($3000-5000 each)- so we must stay informed and refuse to give in to fear.
Dr. Gold puts forward a wealth of scientific proof that this cheap therapeutic which is FDA approved for over 65 years and has resulted in less than 50 adverse reactions in that time, is an effective treatment for COVID. She contends that it is so effective that our death rates would have been cut in half or 3/4 if it had been used properly in combination therapy. Of special interest to me was the graph in the back of the book detailing wealthy countries death rates who banned (HCQ) compared with many countries who allowed it (such as Costa Rica, South Korea, Israel, Turkey, India)...and what a drastic difference in death rates there were. I’ve always wondered why the USA was at the top of the list for deaths and now I think we clearly can see the reason why.

Easy read with good support for given references.
I think anyone out there who isn't a trained seal recognizes that we as a people are being manipulated. Why is it that large cooperate entities remain open with hundreds of people milling about, while the ma and pa businesses are shut down. People as a whole have become like trained seals; doing whatever their master the cooperate entity dictates. Free speech and thought have been tossed out for the security blanket of Big brother taking care of their needs. People like MS Gold are jewels in a pile of sand. Today close to half of all people believe in socialism a cancer on all freedoms under the guise of safety. I sincerely pray for this nation as I fear that few truly care about freedom any longer; for they have replaced it with security. Suckling your moms breast should've been given up while still young but some never do.

I finished this book before I fell asleep, but awakened in the night and couldn’t stop thinking about it. Do we live in a country that the government, MSM, and social media groups hate their president so much that they reject, discredit a valid treatment that could save lives? Over 700 American physicians signed on to this, all with exemplary credentials. It’s like the Great Barrington Declaration where over 40,000 credentialed physicians and scientists from all over the world have spoken out about handling the virus and have been censored. I ask who are we to buy into the cancel culture?

Good information about the virus, censorship of doctors, and the unfair bias against HCQ. The only thing lacking is citations for a lot of information she shares. She names some studies and articles, but there are other times she makes statements without any references. I believe what she says, but would like to access the info myself in order to share with others. I know the AFLDS website has a lot of that info, though.

The bureaucracy of medical science decides what treatments are made available to you. 'Low profit' remedies, even good ones, are discredited and banned. Doctors are forbidden to prescribe them under penalty of termination and ridicule. Profit margins are maintained through fear, peer pressure and intimidation. How many people die is not a consideration. Do your own research. Knowledge is the first step to healing.

Im sure no one will read this review with an open mind (as they say to read this book). The following is a non bias review of all literature regarding Hydroxychloroquine:
Hydroxychloroquine does not reduce deaths from COVID-19, and does not reduce the number of people needing mechanical ventilation.
Hydroxychloroquine caused more unwanted effects than a placebo treatment, though it did not appear to increase the number of serious unwanted effects.
We do not use medications that have no benefit, but may cause harm. Its very basic.
Please dont be fooled by this author. Ok to question, but ask yourself if you would question a doctor about the treatment of your serious illness if 95% of other doctors agreed that that treatment could cause harm and will not help.
Don’t just be a blind loyalist, sheep usually can be tricked easily. Remember, you will be told that people who do not share your view are the sheep or “brainwashed”. Everyone hears the same thing. It makes you feel special, like you are the one who “really understands”. Don’t destroy democracy without realizing you are the one doing it.

I have much respect for the doctors who are fighting back against the censorship MSM, big tech & big pharma have been doling out to these people. A must read. Simone Gold is honest, well qualified, professional, analytical, and not intimidated or bought.* This book is easy to read, though not as easy to swallow; for anyone interested in what's driving the loss of our civil liberties, the lack or misinformation, who the players are (media, government, big pharma, medical groups/doctors, America's Frontline Doctors, the patients and our communities) and some simple steps to reduce anxiety, take back your personal power to control and make decisions about your health.
I'm thankful for groups of professionals like America's Frontline Doctors who dare to be outspoken during these unprecedented times. I think the six recommendations for dealing with the confusing directives and information is very helpful as is the evidence and the trail leading to power and money.
To defend myself, as it's apparent that the media is definitely in control of the popular narrative around the pandemic, I am shocked by the politicization of medicine and health care. I am not far right or left and will never, even remotely support Donald Trump. I am very clearly against mandating vaccinations including negative consequences like fines, taxes, bullying, and limiting what someone can do or where they can go. The smears, mislabeling, and misrepresenting of Simone Golds' opinions and voice verges on the MacCarthy era tactics to me. I am however in the process of trying to read all sides to this story - and frankly, trying to keep myself away from the multimedia as much as my addiction will allow.
I gave the book 5-stars, not because it's a touching book well written, but because I hope more people read outside of the media, pharma, government narrative.

Wherever there are vast amounts of money or power involved I tend to be skeptical right away of those who stand to gain. This book confirmed much of what I already suspected, I just wanted more proof and from people on the front lines of our "world crisis". Dr. Gold makes it quite clear, in my opinion, that there are and always have been excellent options other than a vaccine to treat TTTGA (that thing that's going around). I mean when you gather almost 1000 doctors behind you who believe the same thing and you go to the steps of the nation's capital to share your data, well, I think that is something worth listening to. She lost her job, the website her group created was shut down, and most were discredited for not following the science when that is precisely what they did. All she and her colleagues wanted to do was treat their patients with an extremely effective drug that has been around for nearly 100 years, approved by the FDA, and as safe as they come. Yet they were told they could not use it, and would be risking their careers if they did. If you want another viewpoint on 2020 other than what we are told by big media and big pharma, this is a super quick and enlightening read.

Vital Information!
Throughout this pandemic I have been unable to understand the suppression of COVID-19 prevention and early treatment protocols. When has it ever been our policy to let patients sit home without treatment to see if they either recover or become sick enough to be hospitalized?
Dr. Gold’s book I Do Not Consent answered my questions from both medical and legal perspectives. Dr. Gold has the expertise and great courage to stand up for the medical community and humanity. It allows us to see the truth and to regain hope that we are not helpless during this pandemic.
It is vital information for all Americans who want to protect the freedoms we have always enjoyed, but equally valuable for our worldwide fellow human beings who have been enduring this pandemic and need hope and guidance.

In 2002 a virus from China called Sars co-v which was 78% similar to sars co-v 2, which is why they share a name, ripped through many countries. A study called “Chloroquine is a Potent Inhibitor of SARS Coronavirus Infection and Spread” was published by Faucci’s NIH. The study demonstrated that chloroquine was effective in treating coronavirus.
I don’t know why Faucci said in 2020 that HCQ is not an effective treatment for SARS co-v 2 and I don’t care. All that matters is hundreds of thousands of people are dead because of that misinformation campaign that he and others perpetrated on the American people and all those who participated in it should be tried for crimes against humanity.
