More than 90% of the book is garbage, i.e. things not related to trading or just words after words, to have more pages. The other problem I find with the book that it is constantly trying to sell you the other products of the autor, not because they are subject related, but just for the sake of marketing. The reason I gave it more than 1 star is because the book has the general idea OK, but it lacks on execution. The only jem is that it talks about the most important subject in trading, and that is risk management and trading size calculations. The problem here is that you will be better off with his other book "A Trader's money management system", which has more detail on the subject.
