She's purple. She flies. She's the future queen.

Regenerated warlock Nathaniel intends to spend the next hundred years like he spent the previous hundred. His dedication to his work requires that he not get bogged down in the demands of the flesh, especially not flesh that has purple hair and a snarky attitude.

Following Princess Leelu into the land of fairies wasn't in his plans yet here he is. He needs to get out of here now. Goddess knows, the rhyming trolls are enough to send him over the edge into madness.

And why does everyone keep thinking he's their fairy king? No, on second thought... he'd just as soon not know.

Unfortunately, the trolls aren't letting him forget. "Run from this you cannot. A king Leelu needed—a king she got."

Talk Fairy To Me: Magic and Mayhem Universe (My Crazy Paranormal Romance Book 2) by Donna McDonald is authorized fan fiction as stated by Robyn Peterman, the creator of the original series. Talk Fairy To Me does have reoccurring characters from previous books written by Ms. McDonald, but it is a stand-alone with a complete ending, no cliffhanger.

Talk Fairy To Me is a fun, sometimes hilarious read. It is the second in the new Paranormal Series. I must say that I liked this purple version of a princess fairy especially when she has an adult Tinkerbell attitude. As for the regenerated warlock Nathaniel, well, he needs a little shaking up. Princess Leelu and the land of the fairies is just the person and place for that shaking up to happen.

LeeLu and Nathaniel’s story is one of curses to break, love to finally claim and a future to rescue. At times both can be immature, but you can’t help but love them Most of the other characters are worth likely too. BUT there are a few that are worth loathing.

The publisher/author gave me a complimentary ARC of the book which I voluntarily chose to read and reviewed. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Talk Fairy To me is about Nathaniel and Leelu. In this story, Nathaniel simultaneously cracks me up, makes me wanna smack him upside the head, hug him, shake him, and then hug him again. He really is such a boy sometimes, but he truly has a heart of gold. And other things that are part of the story so I won’t give any spoilers.

Leelu is a purple fairy who has been cursed, by her own mother, and Nathaniel is doing everything within his power to break the curse. Leelu and Nathaniel have a history – not a very happy one – so a lot of their time is spent snarkily sniping at one another. No worries, it really is a mating dance of sorts and is always funny and warm and oftentimes downright hilarious. Their journey to work out their differences is a wild ride and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

We get to meet more of Leelu’s family and friends and most will touch your heart. Others? Yeah, you’ll be chanting a spell of your own to make them pay, trust me. I loved this story, it was a quick read for me, and can’t wait to find out what’s next with this crew!

This book had so much drama but in a good way. I was on pins and needles the whole time rooting for Princess Leelu. She's so cute, wise and fun and exactly what Nathaniel needed. But first they have a dark cause against Leelu to get bond and out of her. It was so sad to read how she was fading to it. Treachery is abound in the fairy kingdom.
It was fun the Elenora and Zeno's appearing to aid them both.
Nathaniel was determined to fight falling for Leelu but you can't fight your faith.
All in all it was a great read and I loved it. I hope they are more Jezibaba books to come.
I voluntarily agreed to review this book. My review is my own honest opinion

This is Talk Fairy to Me, book 2 of My crazy Paranormal Romance from the Magic and Mayhem Universe written by Donna McDonald. It’s a fun little romp full of magic and warlocks and dragons, not tigers and lions and bears, oh my. Leelu and Nathaniel are in pursuit of a solution to a very dark curse. Time is limited and things are never exactly as they appear. Its hard to decide who to trust or count on. I was beginning to think that there would be no solution..... and then.... and then... Well I'm not gonna tell ya! Go read this fun and exciting series!

Such a cute, funny, heart-warming read. Just what we need in this weird and crazy time. Something to pull you right out of the world into a fantastic world!

Nathanial get's his story - and we find out about a love that has been haunting him for ages.

Leelu has been a thorn in Nathaniel's side for as long as he can remember. He's protected himself from her and now he's so deep in helping her it is amazing. Such a quick - but is it really? - turn around for Nathanial that you just have to laugh.

Lots of laughing goes on in this read!

Everyone is capable of redemption...

Taken away to a world I’d love to visit, Nathaniel's story started 100 years ago when he was pursued by a purple fairy named Leelu. Now Leelu is back to say a last goodbye. This tale of forgiveness, and personal growth is funny and heartbreaking. It is also a sweet (no sexy here) easy read.
