Mostly comedy and some scheming plots but if you go in expecting actual romance you’re out of luck. Some of the jokes and plots and plans are entertaining enough but I’m not happy over the romance baiting without any progress for 90% of the book. Enraged actually. At least there’s some payoff eventually but by that point I just want to kill someone. Overall: has good bones but in the end the whole thing leaves me angry and unsatisfied instead of entertained.
