Synopsis for 'Twice Inflamed', a novel by Zee Shine Storm.

Two years have passed since the events of 'Once A Cheater'.
Lives have changed. People have moved on. Or so we think.
Sometimes, we lose ourselves in routine and obsessions just to avoid dwelling on what directions our lives are headed in. Sometimes, we even convince ourselves that we're happy, that our mistakes have been erased over the years and time has healed our wounds.
But most of the time, we fill up that gaping hole in our chest with things and people we don't really need, thinking that one day, we'd become whole again. One day, we'd be able to reflect ruefully on our losses but still look hopefully towards the future.
Nothing works though. Nothing takes away the pain. Nothing we do is enough. All life does now is keep reminding us at every turn that...

Another amazing story in The Forbidden Series with our cast of characters coming full circle as they sort through their personal hurts and grief at what their past mistakes have cost them and their loved ones.
Once again this is so well written and worth all 5 stars. The drama and angst continue but now we see sorrow and regrets and for the first time we see hope and the potential for love.
In this story I grew to like Jasmine and Armaan. They both grew individually and regretted their past decisions realising how much their actions affected so many other people they held dear in their lives. For the first time I saw different facets of cheating and not just cheating as the physical act of sex and realised there’s many ways people cheat.
All our characters grow as they begin to accept the faults in themselves and not just see the faults in others. They fit so well together even though they don’t all see that each is intricate to the other for their very survival. And once again this was such a hot and sexy read that I’m still fanning myself 🥵
While I don’t condone cheating and usually it’s a no read for me please don’t let the cheating trope put you off because this story is so much more than cheating. It’s about finding forgiveness and letting love back in.
I don’t think I could ever come up with more perfect words to describe Jasper, Cole and Skye’s love story. Their love was just –a war. It was a long, tortuous, all-consuming fight full of battles and victories, defeats and triumphs, tragedies and trials.
This may be the longest review I have ever written, but I honestly think I could talk this book forever. It's my favourite in the series after all. Seeing their story come to a conclusion was bittersweet, but it was the most satisfying ending I could have asked for such an incredible series.
To be honest, I almost didn’t read this book. It took me a while to get to it. After the emotionally devastating (and that’s really an understatement) events from book 2 I didn’t think I was strong enough to read more of these character's pain and regrets.
Book 2 actually made me believe that these three would never get their HEA because of past tragedies and I just couldn’t accept that if it were the case in book 3. But holy shit! Guys, this book…it definitely wasn’t perfect, and as a reader looking in from the outside I disagreed with some of the character’s actions, but hell, it was perfect for them. It was their beautifully broken story of how they slowly started to heal and entertained the idea of giving their love a second chance.
This book picks up where the last left off. 2 years of little to no communication between Skye, Cole and Jasper, all in their own quiet suffering. Their lives are exactly where they wanted to be, only missing one crucial detail –each other. Neither one can truly move on, so when circumstances call for them to be reunited, Jasper knows he needs Skye and Cole back in his life.
To say that I cried from the first page to the last wouldn't be an exaggeration! But they weren’t all sad tears, not at all. I cried tears of happiness and sadness, of heartache and laughter. Tears of nostalgia and memories, of reunions and regrets.
My favourite part was probably Jasmine and Jasper's friendship. Living together helped them grow, understand and help one another. I'm also Happy that Jasmine got her HEA too. That girl deserved it. 💖
The author had done an incredible job at making the story detailed enough without ever making it too long or ever becoming dull. The fact that it was written in different POVs also helped me understand the characters and what they were going through.
I loved every second of this journey. This was a group of characters that claimed a part of my heart that I will gladly let them keep.
Overall, Ms Storm has done an amazing job and even though I already loved her work based on Girl Obsessed, I have now become an even bigger fan!!!
My favourite book from the series i lovvved how the book describes the friendship between Jasper and Jasmine and how living together helped them grow and understand each other and help us know them better
I binge read three books ...in two days.. I love the passion these books are written with. You fall into the scenes in this series, and become engulfed in emotions becoming one with the characters. I fell in love with the characters every single one and couldn't put the books down.
Don't read this this review if you haven't read once a cheater!!!!!!!!
After I finished once a cheater somewhere in the middle of last night I was left with my emotions all over the place. I personally felt betrayed by what Jasper did to Skye and mostly to Cole.(it was like he did it to me, that's how good this was written) So after about 2 hours sleep I dive right into this one. This one is 2 years after Jasper cheated on Skye and Cole with Jasmine. And after Skye lied and told Cole he's the father of Jacob. Jasper got another stroke scare and Jasmine moved to Scotland with hopes to help him(staying off the alcohol, away for temptations and Cole and Skye. After the first few months sleeping together(those 2 years ago) they stayed friends rather than lovers. He send the money back to Armaan to get out of the contract. In the 2 years apart he still kept contact with Cole with who he chats every friday night(it was their date night after all). Then Skye finds out, and freaks out about it. It's another blow to her self esteem. Skye had the baby and Cole married her after she suffered of postnatal depression. With Jaspers money he bought an galerie for Skye and they moved to a bigger place. Then Jasmine is served with divorce papers and an invite for Armaan's engagement party. She thinks it's the right opportunity to go and try to reconcile Jasper with Skye and Cole. Cole obviously welcomes him back without any questions but Skye tells him how he made her feel and then everything goes to hell.( Don't want to spoil the entire book.) When you start book 1 you hope they will get a happily ever after. But when you read you know there's no way they can go back the way they where. I admire Skye for doing for Cole what she did. I don't know many women who would do such a thing allow him to maintain a relationship with a guy even though he hurt them so much and not only that let him live with them. And then Armaan getting cheated on again and for some reason ends up with Jasmine. These series are one big rollercoaster of emotions and it is amazing how Zee captured the emotions just right and I became more than a fan of the books.

This is the ending for these five, and mostly happy ever after. Jasmine finding out the truth about the deal Armaan made with Jasper, woke her up to the fact she still cared for Armaan and never wanted to hurt him. She still couldn’t stop herself from meddling with Skye’s relationship with Cole by letting Jasper know about Jacob’s parentage. Still, Jasmine got to keep Jasper as her best friend, Armaan as her forever lover. Cole and Jasper get back to where they always were as a couple deeply in love. Skye? I felt most sorry for her, because she does still love both Cole and Jasper but is content to just be Cole’s wife. Cole will never hurt her, but l think she needs Jasper too. Great story.

Twice Inflamed, book number three in forbidden series continues with after two years of the of drama and emotional events. So far this is my favourite one that had brought me to tears. The secrets are exposed on why Jasper did what he had to do, what brought on the cheating that destroyed the perfect relationship between him, Skye and Cole . They all moved on however there was still something missing and while Cole and Jasper found their way back to each other, Skye was still stuck with her insecurities and trust towards Jasper.
This story really took me on emotional ride and I couldn’t put it down
I have been like trying forever to do this. But yay success! Okay now back to the book. Zee, one of my fav authors from Wattpad and has published this and I am so proud. This book is the best thing I ever found on wattpad. The whole forbidden series is so beautifully written with equals amounts of sexiness, forbiddeness and so much more. It will make you laugh and cry at the same time and a perfect escape from the world. Go read it now!!!!!
Surprise! I have to give Ms Storm credit for a really good three book series on the perils of loving more than one person . Also showing that love isn't enough sometimes. All the characters are complex but what I really enjoyed was they stayed true to themselves in spite of or maybe because all that had happened. I know there are more books to come but considering what she put Cole, Jasper and Skye through, I sincerely hope she leaves well enough alone.
Skye, Cole and Jasper had to really fight for their relationship.
Skye and Cole are struggling with a newborn baby and still dealing with the heartbreak of Jasper's betrayal. Jasper is desperately trying to move on with his life as if he has not lost a part of his soul.
This love story is full of angst, desperate situations, and heartbreaking decisions. You follow their fight for a happily for now. If you have been following their story you will find some closure with this book.
