When Sam wakes up in a strange new world with a message floating before his eyes, he thinks he's hallucinating. However, he soon discovers a land filled with dungeons, monsters, angry gnomes, and even worse, talking dogs!
Warning: This is a LitRPG book, containing multiple stat sheets, message windows, dungeons and epic loot. This book contains excessive amounts of profanity, so if you're a delicate flower, be advised to read something else. You have been warned.
Three books filled with a man-child that constantly displays anger issues, zero self reflection, and everything else that makes up a horrible person. The worst part is that he's surrounded with decent to amazing characters that continue to look out for him for some reason. I have no idea how the author thought this character would be funny/enjoyable at all, with the worst part being that selfish a-holes reading this book will use it as validation for their baseless martyr complexes. Blows my mind how many LitRPGs are ruined by the MC time and time again. Next time, write a book, then make the MC into an unimportant side character, then swap a side character in as MC. Such a mental series...
The first book is kind of amusing. It gets 3 Stars. The second book is OK too and it continues the story. Show and another two stars. The Third book however is very disturbing and if you have not yet begun to read the first book I would recommend abandoning the series. If I was truly neutral I would deduct 2 stars for that. But I really hate incomplete stories so I will only deduct 1 star
I was really enjoying these books and was horrified when I read that the third book would be the last one. Admittedly, there are quite a few typos but the story line and characters more than made up for it. The last book wasn’t exactly what I was hoping for, but I enjoyed it anyways. Thank you to the Author for making this a box set.
This book started great and was good almost the whole way through but the ending was hollow. The ending was rushed and doesn't wrap up neatly. The ending left me confused and would have liked a fast forward
I like the series. If u can handle an mc with anger issues you should like this series if like litrpg stuff in general. Its funny has a bunch of fantasy tropes, and is entertaining. Surprised it was unpopular.
