Jim Barrow is an American writer and historical researcher who for 30 years has been disseminating history with a modern, innovative and captivating approach, providing his readers and followers with a multitude of creative means for accessing his knowledge and research - books, audiobooks and even coloring books for children and adults!

Bookshops and libraries are full of books on history and mythology, but very often they are long and complicated texts that rarely reach out to a global market, which means that it is difficult to discover those cultures and peoples we do not read about at school, yet who play an equally important role in helping us to understand who we are today.

Jim Barrow's mission is to stimulate curiosity through the simplicity of his content, which is suitable for everyone but at the same time can delve into all aspects of history and mythology.

Talking about "who we are today", that's what the author gives a lot of importance to. He continuously reminds us that today's world is nothing but the sum of the events of the past and the choices made by our ancestors. Understanding history and knowing at least the main facts helps the community not to fall back into making the same mistakes that have hurt humanity in the past, which unfortunately is not always the case today.
