Jenna I’ve always seen things; monsters that stalk the shadows. If I keep my head down, I don’t see their luminous gold eyes. Then I make a mistake and a dog-like pack of them chases me. I’m going to die…
Lorcan I sense the breach from faery and ride hard to stop the monsters before they kill. I don’t expect to see the most gorgeous woman I’ve ever laid eyes on running for her life. When I grab her and draw her onto my bike, I’m determined to never let her go. She’s mine.
Book 1 in the insta love paranormal romance series filled with fae bikers, monster hunting, and danger. For readers who want a bad boy fae warrior to sweep them off their feet. Steamy romance with no cliffhangers.
Where aliens rule the skies, and mates are captured and claimed is where Riley is happiest writing. Her heroes are powerful and her heroines are their match and their romance will ignite your imagination.
When not exploring other worlds and civilizations, Riley lives in Fremantle, Australia. One day she plans on growing up and doing something sensible with her life, but today is not that day.
This was a short book full of more action in th streets than heat in the sheets. I enjoyed it though. Lorcan and Jenna needed a few more pages of action!
I wish they had had some cool powers to help them fight the beasts.. I think she knew all along she wasn't fully human, she was just in denial. Especially though since before Lorcan, she was the only one who could see the beasts.
It was too short. So short that it feels incomplete. Like this is just part one of the story and part two is out there somewhere. Also, there’s no romance, just maybe some lust.
