Two people that are looking for a family and someone to care about them find each other. They’ll have some hurdles to jump and some issues to work out, but they are actually meant for each other.

Ransom is a member of the Dead Ringer MC, but the trajectory that the club is headed is a danger to all of the brothers. The current president is off his rocker and dragging the MC down the drain with him. It’s time for the younger generation to take over, but with the old guard still alive and in charge, things are not looking good.

Annabella has had a life of pain and hiding. Her mother and she have been in hiding for years after being rescued and set up by Kid, a member of the Dead Ringers when he was younger. He’s like a brother to Annabella, but no one knows about her or her mother. Now that tragedy has hit Annabella, it’s time for her to pay Kid back for his help and rescue. Her only goal now is to rid the world of the men that betrayed her mother and her before she was even born. Annabella lived a sheltered life for a long time, but now she’s ready for freedom and living her life to the fullest.

This story is dark and twisted, but it’s a great read. I love the characters and the wonder of knowing who Annabella can trust or not had the pages turning for me. I love that each character brings a question of ‘will they betray her, help her, or hurt her?’. The story left a few questions though and I hope they are cleared up in Kid’s story. I read Driller and was at first confused when I started Ransom because I was thinking that Annabella was a danger to the MC but reading her story and getting to know her has changed my mind and I just want to see her thrive now and have a real life with someone that loves her and will protect her and provide for her. I loved the story and give it a 5-star review. I look forward to more of the Dead Ringers MC because I do have questions that need answering.

This book is a great addition to the first it really brings the first story to light with Annabelle's side of things and how every thing plays out.
Annabelle really ended up with the poo end of the stick when both her and her mother were sold to traffickers having spent most of her childhood behind walls she is thankful to Kid for saving her and her mum that when Revenge comes calling she is all for it.
Ransom loves his club yet after some awful home truths and shocking sitings he distances himself yet when Annabelle comes to town he knows he must keep her safe not only for her but for the club.
Emotions are brought out with this book and Annabelle really pulls at the heartstrings so be sure to have tissues ready incaseyou cry lol. This book just shows that sometimes family isn't always the safest.

This is the second book in this series and I have been waiting for it ever since I read Driller While it can be read as a stand alone i feel you get far more of a story if you have read Driller first and they are so good why wouldn't you read them all.

Annabelle (Belle) is bent on revenge she is determined to bring her father MC down after all he sold her and her mother into slavery something that caused her mothers death and she will do whatever she needs to for revenge There is only one problem the Dead Ringers are under new leadership and I trying hard to leave their past so Ransom is tasked with her care He is deeply attracted to her but can they have a future with so many memories between them Another dark ride in this wonderful series

This was an amazing book! I am loving The Dead Ringers MC! I am struggling coming up with the words to convey how much I enjoyed this read. Deja is an amazing writer and has just gotten better and better with every book she writes, I’ve read them all! This series is full of lies, deceit, treachery and hurt.... as well as love, happiness and new beginnings. This book overwhelmed me with all of the feels! Annabella has been hurt so much and really has no hope in life. Driller is dealing with his own heartbreak . I love how this book brings around all that happened in the first book. It was very satisfying to see it all happen as it did. I can’t wait to see what is in store next for the Dead Ringers!!

Interesting

This book was a little confusing at first it went back over for a few chapters of the first book but told it from a different point of view and everyone's point of view is different of right and wrong I'm glad they have weeded out the scum and now just have to build up the club again to something better. This club is darker then some of the books I've read but there good

Ransom is quite the story! It's exciting, action packed and full of surprises. Annabella has been through h*l^ and back. With the help of Kid she's on the road reckoning. Those who robbed her of a good, normal life will soon get what's coming to them. She just didn't bargain on Ransom coming into play.  Ransom is at his wits end and ready for change.  Maybe between him and Annabella better things are coming for the club. You don't want to miss Ransom. Deja Voss has given us an incredible addition to Dead Ringers MC.

Deja has done it A.G.A.I.N.! I am extremely enamored with this author! Crazy and a bit turbulent with bits of rage intertwined. Anna and Ransom well this is actually their story and what a story it is! A lot of backstory with a bit of chaos to make you want to throw your reading apparatuses! I always get a good feeling when picking up one of your books and then get slapped in the face when I start reading because so far no one does it better than you at bringing me to my knees with regards to your Men and Women that encompass your writing. It has a fulfilling emotion that I have found on such a great scale that to deny your stories hurts to imagine not being able to sit back and escape into your worlds. Not only are they gritty (this one is no exception) but they bring some trying and some hair raising dilemmas that only you have the ability to convey and control. I know that sitting down with one of your stories it is going to make me angry and yet have a startling and thrilling end to remarkable characters! you never have disappointed, I am grateful to you for allowing me to take many journeys with you and the wonderful characters you create!

This is the first book that I have read by Deja Voss and let me say I am very intrigued. So when I first started reading I got sucked in really quick because one I there is the mystery of Annabella and two what in the world is going on with the club. So we meet Ransom who was told that he was going to be a dad and he was going to make a go of it. Unfortunately the club Pres has other ideas. Not cool, and this just shattered him. Then here comes Annabella wreaking havoc and trying to help Kid out for helping her. Only to cross paths with Ransom and then her journey gets put on hold. Once we hear Annabella's story and what she has endured it is heartbreaking. So now we know the why but will Ransom stop her. Will he see that the path that the MC is going on will lead to their downfall. This book was not like the other MC series that I have read. I do hope that we get to see more good come of the MC in the future. Definitely a must read series.

Annabella should have grown up knowing what it feels like to be surrounded by love, instead she was surrounded by pain watching the only person who loved and protected her be abused. That is until Kid came to rescue and hide them away one day. For 15 years she has planned and waited to not only pay Kid back but to get revenge on the people who were supposed to protect her them not hurt them...her time has finally come.
Ransom is suddenly told by Kid he must protect Annabella at all cost unknowing what all it means. He has felt the club he loves growing darker each year but until she is suddenly thrust into his world he would have ever believed it could have even this bad. She is his to protect.....she is his.......can he keep her.

Exciting read

Ransom is the second book in the Dead Ringers MC series and is the story of Annabelle and Ransom. After reading Driller, the first book in the series, and not being impressed I decided to read another book by Deja Voss, as I always like to give authors a couple books to see if I like the writing and storytelling styles. Well Ransom was much more enjoyable and well written. The story-line was solid and exciting and the characters were nicely developed and interesting. Overall I quite liked this book and am happy that I picked it up.

This book is the proof why I love a good MFM book and hate sharing scenes, specially in an MC Club! Future women will pay the price!
I don’t know how I ended here but all the book is so twisted, awful and dark that I only wanna forget!
I didn’t know I had so many triggers until today! DNF, I can deal with OW who mean nothing and appears but this is just another level and there’s no reason to stay in there! She deserves better and this is no romantic, also, all these men need to know that at some point, their women will have to face all this kind of creepy claiming! So grossssss

Ransom is a member of the Dead Ringers MC who along with fella members think it is time for the younger generation to take over the mc. Annabelle is a traumatized girl looking for revenge and retribution for those who ruined her life. This is a story with alot of twists and turns, angst, drama, heartbreak..it is so hard to watch Ransom reject Annabelle over and over. But after he gives in their chemistry is explosive. Excellent addition to the Dead Ringers MC series...can't wait for book 3.

This was an excellent read. The characters were realistic—they had good and bad traits and even though there was some darkness there was also a nice HEA. This is the second in the series but it does stand alone. Ransom and Annabella have real chemistry that the reader can feel. There are twists and turns, ups and downs and there is an overarching story line so even though this stands alone, you’ll want to read the first book as well. Fast paced, moves a mile a minute and is a real page turner. Plan ahead because you won’t want to stop once you’ve started.

Ransom and Annabella’s story is not for the faint of heart. It is dark and twisted and unlike anything I’ve read before. Annabella has lived her whole life in the shadows. She went through the motions, but she never existed. She’s stronger than she’d ever give herself credit for. Her loyalty and determination make her a force to be reckoned with. Annabella and Ransom’s chemistry is explosive and I loved watching them fight their feelings for each other. This entertaining dark read demands your full attention from beginning to end and I can’t wait to see what is next for the Dead Ringers MC.

A captivating book two in the Dead Ringers MC series! It is superbly written, emotionally deep, fast pace, engaging, and action-packed with suspense, intrigue, angst, drama, danger, twists and turns, and more guaranteed to keep you on the edge of your seat. I really should have read the 1st book to get myself familiar with the club and its players. Nevertheless I will certainly read the upcoming books. So far I'm liking this series. It's about Ransom and Bella. The Dead Ringers are heading down a dangerous path with the old guard. They need some fresh blood. The current Pres is not all there and the rest of the club feels it. It's a very dark and twisted story, but well worth the read.

Wow

This MC is so messed up all because of two men. Going into Ransom and Bella's story there was going to be more revealed. Two selfish old men destroyed a mother and daughter all in the name of greed. Annabelle was right in her justice and Ransom showed her she was loved not only by him but the true family she was denied. Now Kid something is telling me that he will either destroy the club or rebuild. Plus I feel he as more secrets. Can't wait .

Ransom is DELICIOUS! Another wonderful series I am enjoying so much! Can not wait for the next book. Our hero and heroine are a magnetic couple, I hope to see what happens for them going forward. Tiny baby Ransoms would be amazing!

Another great story by this author. This is Ransom and Annabella's story. It'll grab your attention from start to finish. There's action, some drama, ups and downs, a little bit of suspense, twists and turns. It's even got a few surprises. This one will have you on edge until the end. Definitely recommend reading.

I love MC books where there’s more than just a steamy romance and the story has twists, turns, and some mystery. I love the writing style of Voss and how all of her characters are unique in their own ways. I do hope that with the next installment that there’s a bit less of the insta love and more of the characters building up to actual emotions.

Amazing raw passion

It was with mixed feelings I started reading Random, but Deja Voss had found a magical pen and written another Best Seller. Annabella & Ransoms story was far from pretty, it was raw and heartbreaking, mixed with uncertainty, jealousy, love and sexy time. I am ready to read Kid's story....never judge a book by the cover

We met Ransom in Driller and I instantly fell in love with him, I was on the fence about Annabella, but her actions were completely warranted with the way she and her mother was treated throughout their lives. Love happens when you least expect it and that is exactly what happens with Ransom and Bella. Another great installment to this series.

This one is filled with twists and turns and I was on edge reading. Annabella is out for revenge and is finally free to do as she wishes. The story kept me engrossed in it but also left me with some more questions that I am hoping get resolved in the next book.
