Her entire life has been chaotic. His entire world crumbled when he lost his mom. After deaths, break-ups, and life hindering circumstances they are faced with a battle no-one can match, Coronavirus. What happens when two strangers meet and are stuck together? Can they get through the haze?
This book had a very unique storyline and I thoroughly enjoyed it! A romance read with a splash of comedy to keep you entertained. The lead male character has two brothers that make an appearance. I love when books have funny brothers. I look forward to reading more books by this author.
Loved it! This was a quick dope novella. Haze and Patrick were a vibe. I loved that they were both fans of Jay-z. Loved their differences and chemistry and I so love Pryce. Che has not disappointed me yet and I can’t wait for her next book. Great read!
Author Che Moon and her talents have you feeling like you are right next to the characters..feeling every emotion they're feeling. As an author she is able to make you become a part of the story!!!
Haze had a tough life and could not catch a break. When the story opens, Haze was at a breaking point. Meeting Patrick Drake, an attorney with a prominent law firm, was what she needed. The ending of the story was bittersweet.
I’m not one who likes to read short stories. Do you know why? Because they leave me wanting more! Unforeseeable Haze has definitely left that in my brain! The story is actually centered around what life was really like during the first wave of the coronavirus when the whole world was shutting down. Haze is an extraordinary woman who is faced adversity all her life and has never given up yet, no matter what this new chapter will not break her. And I stand a beautiful queen any day! Patrick is so arrogant he made me grind my teeth so many times! But he’s also dealing with a tragedy, with losing his mother. Two wounded people heal each other despite all odds. Bravo to Che Moon on this amazing short story and cheers to many more!
Haze was trying to survive all the chaos life throw her. After realizing she was struggling Patrick became her knight who wouldn't take no for an answer. The were what each other needed.
“Unforeseen Haze” was a refreshing read and I really enjoyed it. The plot was very different and original. I would definitely love more of these characters. I look forward to reading more from Che Moon in the future.
Haze had a lot going on and she was trying her best to get through it. Jewels was a trip. Jason did need his tail beat for what he did to Haze and how he treated her. Patrick had a lot going on too but he still managed to be a gentleman to Haze. Patrick's brother Pryce was hilarious he thought he was so handsome and was truly a ladies' man. But I'm glad everything worked out for everybody especially since the story includes covid and we all know or at least seen how hard covid affected everyone. I will definitely read another book but his author.
For my first read from Che Moon I loved it! The one thing I didn’t like was that it was too short. I wanted more of the story, I wanted them together just as long as the slow burn it took to get them together lol it was a slow burn happily ever after. I pray we get another brother so we can get an update. The characters were fully developed and the side characters were just as important as the main characters. I loved the relationship with his brother and her best friend. It was a perfect compliment to what they needed in their lives. Even though they were from complete different backgrounds the struggle was the same. Again a great book to start with and worth every bit of the read. Definitely check it out.
Patrick and Haze came from two different backgrounds but they were what each other needed. I loved how Patrick loved on Haze and how she was able to be the light he needed.
This book gave me all the feels. The connection between Patrick and Haze was electric from the start. Patrick is baeeeee and was a perfect match for each other.
Haze and Patrick both knew heartbreak and needed each other to release them from the demons that they both possessed from their past. I’m glad they both took the necessary steps with each other to grow in love and add happiness to their lives.
I absolutely feel for the energy between Haze and Patrick. Patrick was in a fog, just going through the motions, just existing until Haze. Haze was just chugging along doing what she knows which is to keep on pushing despite life’s challenges. Great book, that I enjoyed immensely!!
