Of Nigerian heritage, Adegoke was born in East London and raised in Croydon. She attended the University of Warwick and studied law.
She published her debut novel, The List, in 2023.

I got away what they talked about in relation to failing and taking risks. How they approached risks. Mid way through.

An excellent title for anyone who is just starting out on their working career. Especially aimed at young women, and young women of colour, but the advice is good for all.
