Having read Trick, I thought I might as well read Treat too!
It didn’t speak to me quite as much as Trick did but it's still a good short, fun story.
I loved how supportive the couple were for each other! And they actually felt like a real couple, which I appreciated.
Again not the most Halloween-esk story but I did like the little mentions.

Another steamy addition
This was really good. I think sometimes it’s easy to get caught up in the idea that romance exists only between couples that are just meeting but I'm living for the romances that focus in on couples that have already been dating or are married. This particular book focused on Mike and Deena who have been together for a while but they are complete opposites. Mike is socially conservative while Deena can command a room full of people. Where Deena is open to exploring her sexuality Mike is more insular, happy with having sex once a week. All of that changes when Mike is willing to satisfy Deena. This is a menage of sorts. It was well done. I loved the support and care between the two characters. They were really invested in making each other comfortable and satisfied and they illustrated the importance of maintaining the romance in any relationship even after you've been dating or together for a while. I couldn't give this five stars because I noticed some grammatical errors but other than that it was good.

This is around 40 jam packed pages and it is five stars in hotness.
It's the night of Halloween and you're off to a sex club and that's all you need to know. Go in blind, it's a lot of fun but beware, this is a difficult book to read in public. My kindle was steaming.
I will be reading more from the author. Fantastic for such a short story!

This was different, dirty and honestly, not my cup of tea. Deena and Mike are in a loving relationship. Mike wants marriage, Deena doesn't see it. Dina has a wild sex drive and Mike doesn't. But they love each other dearly. In order to get out of his comfort zone, to meet Deena halfway and maybe be a little more open minded and to show Deena he's willing to do anything for her, Mike decided to spice their relationship and it was pure filth from then on. This was just a fun ride with all the communication. I liked Mike and Deena’s relationship, you can tell it’s built on a lot of trust and willingness to please their partner. It ends with them heading back home together and they even get some treats at the end of the night, an “adult trick or treating” if you will. 🔥👀

I wasn’t expecting to enjoy this one but I truly did. Mike wanted to give his girlfriend Deena a Halloween treat that would hit the spot. Assignment understood!
This book was cute, super steamy and sweet. It is definitely for the grown and sexy crowd. I liked it because this was clearly a couple who cared for the other and wanted to do what it took to make the other happy, even at the cost of their own pleasure. But a holiday party helped them find the sweet spot for both of them. All treat thanks to some tricks.

You know what this was a helluva treat.

the first novella, trick, was cute...but treat?? absolutely nailed it. the story follows an established couple learning to step outside their comfort zones for each other in order to save their relationship. it was an interesting dynamic to read about, and the ending wrapped things up beautifully. it could have used a little more halloween-ness for me, but there was plenty of pumpkin spice. yes, that is the second time i've used that joke this month. what about it?!

The way we went into the party, I thought the ending would be with the couple and their friends. Which I would have loved. However, Shae took it in a different direction and I appreciated her way much more. 5 stars for the entire series!

THIS BOOK was so damn 🥵 🥵. I think my favorite part of this is the communication, openness, and honesty. There was also something so precious about Mike wanting to please Deena, but in the end they both experienced plenty of pleasure.

This was both incredibly sweet and one of the hottest books I’ve ever read!! Shae always manages to give me something I wasn’t expecting in the slightest. What she did in 36 pages is amazing. I love the characters and this was one of the best HEAs ever. Coming from a book you have to read one handed!

This was the second book in the series and wasn't connected in any way to the first book so they can be read separately. Another short Halloween novella with a little more of a storyline. Spice level was a 10 and I enjoyed this one as well.

I loved Treat! This book snatched my attention from the beginning. After six years and two kids, Mike thought it was time he dropped the vanilla act, step out of his comfort zone box and give Deena something that she’s been craving for years. Something to show his appreciation for accepting and loving him for the prude he is. Things definitely “Creamed” up for this couple. LOL! This book lived up to its name .It was indeed a Halloween“Treat” and it took me on fantastic voyage. Reading a story where the male isn’t the sexual prowess in the relationship had me intrigued and I was hooked on this couple’s sexual expedition. this story is sensual, freaky, sexy and hot AF. This story didn’t come with multiple sex scenes, yet the way the author vividly gave details of the couple learning and exploring was riveting. I think I took a few deep breathes and clutched some pearls. It was sooooo sexy. While I commend Mike for FINALLY stepping out the box, this story was a cringeworthy reminder of how women stay in relationships when they’re not fully satisfied. I wouldn’t change anything about this delectable treat and you NEED to read this immediately. Treat yoself!

Was great to see how the author handled him going out of his comfort zone to please her. A super sweet and sexy Halloween rendezvous. Loved it and would reread it in a heartbeat.

I am usually not a group play kind of girl but this erotic short I was! Halloween night and Mike wants to prove to Deena he can be more than vanilla in the bedroom and whew did he! I loved how Mike wanted to prove that he come over come being timid to fulfill a dream for his partners Deena! Deena having this experience also shows her that Mike is the real deal and this could be forever! I recommend this holiday short for the spice, funny moments and just overall good story! Definitely recommend!
