Makenna has a past she’d rather bury deep in her mind. Unfortunately, as the sole guardian for her five siblings, forgetting where they came from isn’t possible. All she can hope for is to provide her loved ones the kind of untroubled childhood she’d always dreamed of and keep them far away from where she grew up. Friendships and relationships, especially the romantic variety, don’t rank on her priority list. That is until she’s introduced to a hot biker whose playful personality and mesmerizing smile would make any woman perk up and take notice, even one with more responsibilities than sense.

Thunder has seen it all, done it all, and has no interest in the high maintenance, in-your-face, party girls. Give him a no-frills woman, like the diner’s adorable new waitress, who doesn’t play games rather than a scantily clad bimbo who manipulates men for sport. Makenna is precisely the kind of fun he needs to celebrate patching with the Hell’s Handlers MC. Only he quickly discovers Makenna is a package deal with more baggage than a carefree guy like him can handle.

With each passing day, Thunder finds himself increasingly drawn to Makenna despite her mountain of responsibilities and his distrust of relationships. Even crazier is how some of her siblings are working their way under his skin and into his heart, as is Makenna.

Just as Thunder starts thinking about dates and promises, the CDMC roars back into his life. They’re responsible for his beloved club brother’s death, and he wants nothing more than to make them suffer.

When the threats start coming, and Makenna finds herself caught in the crossfire, Thunder will discover exactly the kind of man he is, and how far he’s willing to go to keep Makenna and her siblings in his life.

I am sooo sad that this series is over 😭 I absolutely loved every single one of these books❤️

Each book covers the relationship of one couple and the trials they go through to eventually find their HEA. There is one book called Joy that gives all the couples up to that point a chapter or two while the Club is celebrating Christmas.

I cannot wait to see what Lilly Atlas writes next!

NOW THAT'S THE WAY TO END A SERIES!!!
I have to say I am going to miss these guys but WOW that was one way to wrap things up!

Thunder has been prospecting for the Hell's Handlers MC for a while now and he was an integral part on capturing the person responsible for events that took place in SCREW's book. which made him a guy I wanted to know more about.. Thunder was always the fun guy, the stripper, the life of the party, and never faltered when someone needed a hand, but you could tell there was something more behind his carefree attitude. Thankfully Lilly Atlas has graced us with his story to close out the series, and what a story it was...

Bruh, this book is as everything!!!! I didn’t know I needed this but I knew going in that I loved Thunder so so much and that Lilly wouldn’t do me wrong. Very much how I felt with Shell and Beth seeing another single mom doing it all just made me hurt and yet so happy to see the family growth. Mak was sweet and smart but just the right amount of sassy. Her and Thunder was cute and hot but never depressing which I kinda worried about with having two people from such hard and dark pasts. All I can say is give the Hells Handlers all the stars because this series will always be one of my favorites.

Thunder was the tenth and final book in Lilly Atlas’ Hell’s Handlers MC series.

Thunder was the “stripper for hire” and the biggest flirt in the MC. But it’s always the fun and happy one that has the saddest backstory and Thunder’s was no exception. But his secret past made him the perfect match for Makenna.

Makenna was raising her five siblings. She had multiple jobs and her entire life revolved around them. She didn’t have time for anything else. We met her in Viper’s book and knew she had a story, but the details weren’t revealed until now.

True to form, Atlas unraveled the lives of Thunder and Makenna while simultaneously developing their relationship and addressing MC conflicts. It was a mixture of sadness, fun and suspense.

Also true to form, it was well written, intriguing and enjoyable. Atlas brought the entire MC full circle and provided a strong epilogue. She also gave us a clear picture of the offspring so although I’m super sad to see the series end, hopefully, in time, we’ll see a legacy spin off in the future.

Thunder is book 10 in the Hells Handlers series. It also sounds like it is the final book to the series. The story focuses on Thunder and Makenna.

I found this book to be just OK. I didn't really click with the characters. Maybe because I haven't read the other books in the series. There were hella cheesy parts that had me rolling my eyes. But the general story line was good and there were some unexpected twists.

Thunder and Makenna have both suffered some type of trauma from their childhood. I believe that is why they were so drawn to each other. They are the exact opposites of what they know and experienced.

Thunder has a strange perspective towards women and he's basically emotionally unavailable until he meets Makenna. He doesn't know how to deal or express the emotions he has because they are so foreign to him and he's scared $hitless of being hurt or ending up in a meaningless/loveless relationship.

Makenna lacks experience of affection, love, and living free in general. She grew up way to fast, has seen too many horrible things and experienced a large amount of abuse; physical and emotional. The only thing pushing her forward are the siblings that she is raising.  It's always been them against the world until she meets Thunder and the Hells Handlers. Makenna pushes people away because she believes she's protecting them from her past, what she doesn't realize is Thunder and the Hells Handlers are the ones who can protect her from her own past.

If you've been following the series this far, I have no doubt you will enjoy this book.

Oh man I can’t believe this series is done. But a good story to an amazing series.

Makenna ran away from her dictator father and the ‘community’ she grew up in. She took her siblings with her when she left. So now she is responsible for six people and it is not an easy thing. She accepts a job at the Finer of the Hells Handler’s MC. Which means she gets taken under Jaz and Shell’s wing pretty quick. And that’s how she met Thunder.

Thunder doesn’t have an easy past, which you wouldn’t say. He is the most easy going happy guy you could ever meet. But deep down he has his own issues with relationship and women. Thinking that all women are just there to use him for what they can get out of him. But when he meets Makenna he doesn’t understand why she’s not falling for him like every other women. Quickly he becomes a part of her life and her family and find out this is exactly what he has missed in his own life.

But between the CDMC MC and Makenna’s family looking for her, will things end before they even start. Will Makenna be on the run again to escape being taken by her father again or will she trust that Thunder and her new friends will be able to protect her and her siblings?

I am actually sad we wont have more stories in this series. I loved every single book. Always action, drama, adventure, suspense and most of all family and laughter. Thunder and Makenna’s story was exactly that. I loved that family is the most important thing to this club and nobody messes with family ❤ 😊

The end of a long and winding road is here. I semi-binged this series so the entire brotherhood swims in my head right now as I try to write this review. I don’t really know how I feel about it coming to an end, but I know it has been a heck of a ride.

The story of McKenna and Thunder was not just surface emotional, but deep down to the marrow of your soul emotional. Their respective pasts were traumatic distressing and a lot at times, but their journey together was uplifting and full of hope. I wasn’t excessively overwhelmed while reading but almost always on the verge. It was quite an experience coming out of Viper’s story into this one. I loved every minute.

Now that I’ve read all the books in the Hell’s Handlers MC series, I have to state very emphatically, that if you want the best experience out of it, you really need to start at the beginning. That’s almost always the case with all MC romance fiction. I never *eyeroll* get tired of repeating that! LOL (yes, yes I do!!) So don’t start here, this is far from a standalone, but ya’ll will do what you will so … Happy Reading!

This is the last in Lilly Atlas ‘Hell’s Handlers MC series. What a series it has been and I’ve lived every minute of their stories. The added bonus epilogue was a fabulous touch, catching up with each MC’s and their partners 15 years later. I’m feeling a bit bereft having finished this series

This book was a story that took me down a path, I did not see coming. I loved every word and every minute I spent in Thunder and MaKenna's world. The only way I could put into words what these characters brought was with an open letter to them.

Dear Thunder -
When I first met you, I knew there was a backstory that needed to be told to fully understand why you are who you are. I also knew that when you were ready, you would tell us. To hear you describe your childhood and what you witnessed broke my heart. It made me fall in love with you on a different level. it made me understand why you guarded your heart and put those walls up. After seeing you grown and begin to trust MaKenna, I fell head over heals for you. Your strength and determination to overcome your past was amazing to watch.

Dear MaKenna -
What can I say about you, other than you are one amazingly strong woman. You overcame a horrific past, while sacrificing everything to save yourself and your siblings. Your ability to lower your guard and trust not just Thunder, but also the Handlers MC, shows just how strong you really are. You brought with you a strength, maturity as well as an understanding that blew me away. Your strength and determination to not let your past effect your future or the future of your siblings is admirable, as well as inspirational.

Lilly Atlas has once again proven that she can spin words that suck you in and keep you wanting more. She will always be an author I support and anticipate more books to come from.

What a wonderful Bittersweet Book “Thunder” is. It’s Bittersweet because I just love these guys and Thunder is the end of the Hell’s Handlers MC series. My hope is this won’t be the last we see of this group. Perhaps a 2nd generation or cameos in an upcoming series? One can only hope!!!!
(Ms. Atlas => Hint Hint).

As for this book, it was amazing. The author gave us a terrific storyline for Thunder, the gyrating biker and his love interest, Makenna, the “runaway diner waitress. Both of these characters have grown up in worlds where loving relationships were not the norm. Long Term anything just wasn’t in the cards for either of them. But Makenna and her siblings touch something in Thunder. Something he’s never ever had but secretly longs for. However, Thunder knows better than to hope because in his world, love always turns to hurt. As for Makenna, she knows nothing of love between a man and woman, that kind of love is only in books. In her world, that kind of love means nothing but pain. The only love she knows is that for her siblings. 5 Young people she’s responsible for and determined to keep safe and care for. But real life has a crazy way of getting in the way. So when pasts come into play for these two, it's either put your faith in someone beside yourself or get crushed in the process. Can they do it?

Phenomenal storyline that includes the series ending. I can’t recommend this MC series enough and Thunder puts it right over the top. If you haven’t started the Hell’s Handers MC series, Grab up book 1 - Zach - ASAP and get started. You won’t regret a single book in the series.

2 Thumbs Up and 5++ Stars for Thunder.

Fantastic!!!

Makenna is new to town and is working at the diner which is owned by an old lady of the Hells Handlers MC. The women that work there are all linked to the MC but after hearing about the hardships that Mak is having they hired her and they’ve taken her under their wings which means that she also earns extra money by bartending at the clubhouse when needed. Mak is quiet, sexy and is weighed down by the responsibilities of being guardian to her siblings. The story goes that their parents were killed in a car accident…now wait until you read the real reason of her taking care of her siblings!!

Thunder is a man with a past that has shaped him into what he is today. He is a stripper who will never do a “real” relationship because the women only want to use him. He plays into their fantasy though and always has a smile on his face and knows how to use what God gave him.

Thunder and Mak have the same outlook being that neither of them can do a relationship even though for the first time Thunder is impressed with a woman who has taken on the responsibility that Mak has and doesn’t fall all over him. The chemistry is amazing but it’s much more than that with these two. This book had me on the edge of my seat waiting to see what was around the corner for these two. Will Mak finally tell everyone what her real reason for taking on the responsibility of her siblings and will she be on the run again when her past gets too close to her?

I highly recommend this book as well as all the Hells Handlers MC books. MC books at its best!!

We really enjoy this story and its conclusion to the series. Who would have known that the playboy Thunder would make a complete 180 not me which made us fall in love with this story even more? We really loved it as it was messy, heartfelt, emotional, and had an amazing cast of characters like always.

Even though the story focused on Makenna and Thunder we loved how many other MC members played a part in their story.

I loved Makenna from the moment we met her as she was a character to be admired, a role model, and you had to love her for the fact that her family was everything to her and how she went to great lengths and sacrifices to provided and protect them all the while being a mother figure to all her siblings.

Thunder made us laugh out loud on more than a few occasions. Some would say he was a bit of a free spirit and lived life to the fullest and lived the way he did with no remorse but, what he was really doing is running from the demons of his past that he never really dealt with. Accepted and dealt with are two different things and Thunder was finally coming to terms with the fact that if he wants a family and women to love and one to be in love with him, he is going to have to put his past to rest once and for all. There were many times I wanted to smack him up beside his head but, we had to admire him for the fact that we never ran from the complications that came along with Makenna he actually took to the situation like a duck to water.

We loved the sexy stripper as he made us laugh out loud on more than one occasion, and we loved his possessive nature over Makenna and her family as well. We loved how he called little Emmie princess all the time just heart-melting...

Overall a super sweet story that came with a lot of complications and a lot of love and tons of suspense and was an emotional story where fate had not been kind to the couple but, hopefully, will find love and the stability and the family they justly deserve and crave even more.

The author created the perfect ending for both Thunder and Makenna and as well as the whole cast of characters. We loved this tale, and we are sure going to miss reading about our favorite characters but, they will always remain in our heart forever.

A great way to end this series. I would love a book that had a story for Kristy. Who is Kristy? A side person in this story who did something super smart....lol

This is Thunder's and Makenna's story. Thunder is just like all other MC men... they don't want to get involved with a single woman and fall in love because they don't think they deserve it or don't want to hurt another because they can't handle it...yeah, yeah, yeah.

Thunder had a horrible life as a kid....(didn't they all?). Makenna's upbringing was disgusting too but she is doing the best she can as a twenty two year old raising her brother and sisters by herself.

When these two get together it's like instant fire....I still wonder if you can understand love if you have never known it... oops I said this is the last book in the series but there's one more and it's just a Christmas story....

4.7 stars.
Fuck.
This book gave me all the feels.
It was so gut wrenchingly sad at the beginning.
Then it was so fucking heart warming I had to rub my chest.

I just.
Thunder is just so confused at the beginning. And then he’s just so freakin perfect for Mak and her kids.

I really loved loved loved the family time that we got to see Thunder experience for the first time.
It was so cute and funny and absolutely adorable all around.

Then the sex was hot as hell.
The plot was dangerous and sad. Check Content/Trigger warnings before reading. These two have Very shitty Pasts and things happen as they go thatre pretty shitty too.

Then those epilogues.
Fuck me.
They were so fucking sweet and I can’t believe the series is over.
I need more of this author’s MC books.

The story centers around Thunder and Makenna and all of the ups and downs they their relationship. They are a complicated couple and neither of them truly expected to find each other. Makenna has sacrificed so much of herself for her siblings because their childhood was horrible but what Makenna suffered was unimaginable. With all of that on her plate she has no time for a relationship. Thunder is the Playboy of the MC but he has so much more just below the surface than anyone realizes. He just needs to decide if Makenna and all of her complications are worth it. This is the final installment of the Hell’s Handlers MC and I really hate to see them go😢.

Wow this book really took a couple screwed up situations full of lemons and made some awesome margaritas.

Thunder had a tough childhood and became this seemingly unattached, good time Charlie. Makenna was abused and hurt her entire life, yet still took on the responsibility of all her younger siblings. When this "playboy" meets this uber-responsible lady, all bets are off. It was a slow burn that turned into an inferno. They needed each other and were so much better together.

I've enjoyed watching this entire series unfold.

Thunder’s story is curiously appealing. He sums himself up as a “dirty biker and a male whore.” He doesn’t think or say it as a criticism, it’s just what he does, strip and give a little extra from time to time for a lot of money. Makenna is a runaway wife from a paramilitary commune where she was beaten and abused by her father, husband and other members of the commune. She has brought her five siblings with her. When Makenna and Thunder meet, she and her siblings have been on the run for two years. The book is actually more about Makenna than Thunder.

The story has some intriguing twists and turns; it was obviously well thought out, although some of the details appear only when needed. A case in point is the runaways’ six fake identifications. At the end of the book, it’s going to be necessary that their IDs stand up to official scrutiny. This is when we learn that Makenna “paid a pretty penny for their identities.” No idea how. Until this point, the fake IDs had been mentioned in the prologue as an item to check off their runaway list, and again mentioned in passing in chapter 9 when Makenna rehashes their flight “across multiple state lines” where they all “assumed new identities.” Even Thunder assures her, in chapter 32, that her “identity should hold up.” How does he know this? Where did Makenna get that pretty penny to pay for six brand new identities? She could not have saved enough at the commune, particularly when we learn that most of the money she hoarded came from her sixteen year old brother.

While I enjoyed the plot, and the ending was epic, there were parts that made me speedread. Makenna went on and on and on and on with her worries and self recriminations. Far too many pages were spent rehashing her concerns, past tribulations, and plans for a future escape. These pages should have been edited into a few sentences. Readers are not going to forget that she is scared, that Thunder is not good relationship material initially. A reader does not need to be reminded page after page. It gets boring, tedious, and severely repetitive.

Makenna needed a stronger personality. She never really stood up to anyone (even Thunder) for all that she was portrayed as a strong woman who had survived so much, and had taken such good care of her siblings. She did not seem capable of using that same strength when dealing with Thunder. Perhaps the reader is supposed to believe that she is a victim of insta-love, although her character, as written, is not a good candidate for insta-anything. She’s portrayed as more rational than this.

Thunder’s personality had me shaking my head fairly often, usually in amusement. He was a character. He changed his persona after realizing Makenna was the real deal and she – with her siblings – was the family he wanted. It was an interesting read, although the reader must plow through far too many pages of his angst and internal struggles that could have been edited down.

As I was reading it, the fight between Thunder and Makenna towards the end of the book felt staged, contrived, and lame. It seemed like a tool the writer was using, even though – at the time – I couldn’t figure out why. It was out of place, but a few pages later, it became obvious that it was, indeed, a device.

There are also grammatical, punctuation, and typographical errors that should have been caught by proofreading. For example:
==) “…which made Thunder bit his lip to keep from laughing….” I think that should be “…BITE his lip.”
==) “…holding back became nearly imposing.” As funny as that is, I believe that should be, “…holding back became nearly IMPOSSIBLE.”
==) “…as she looked at the sincerity and desire in her eyes, she found herself saying….” This is Makenna looking at Thunder – I’m pretty sure she wasn’t looking in her own eyes, rather, “…at the sincerity and desire in HIS eyes….”
==) “…she’d consumed more alcohol than ever before, and and now she understood why she hadn’t indulged like that in the past.” Only one “and” is needed.

The bonus prologue at the end takes place 15 years later and includes a little synopsis of the major players in this 10-book series. It was fun to read, but I’d like to have known more about Makenna and Thunder’s relationship. It was primarily about Copper and Shell. This bonus prologue should have been longer and included more than a sentence or two about some of the characters intrinsic to the Hell’s Handlers MC.

I rated this book 3.5 stars and rounded down. It could easily have been 4 or more stars but for the number of errors that should have been caught by a final proofreading, and the excessive number of pages devoted to the same thoughts, recriminations, doubts, etc. on the part of both Makenna and Thunder. It just got to be too much to keep ploughing through in order to get to the nuggets of goodness that comprise this story. Kudos for the ending – it will take most readers by surprise, I think: a very pleasant surprise. Well done!

*sniff sniff* I can believe it's over. The Hell's Handlers MC Series is just one of those MC romance series that sticks with you for a long, long time, and it's definitely one of my favorites. Thunder is definitely a fitting end. Though Thunder might not be my favorite biker, the plot is fantastic, the romance is great, and everything ends up wrapping itself up neatly (although it's in the least expected way possible). I have to give Lilly Atlas for this book and series: two thumbs up, five stars, ten toes, whatever other body parts and celestial bodies are required, it's there.

Thunder is an exotic danger who views sex more as a transaction than anything else. It's not his fault. That's just how he grew up. His dad was a John, and his mom ran under him. Thunder finally found his way with the Handlers, but when a beautiful woman comes to two with a bunch of kids, he's intrigued. He had no idea what's going on with her. Are those her kids? What's going on with her? As he learns more and more, he finds out how selfless she is for her siblings and what a heart of gold she has. However, as much comes out and he realizes that he does indeed have actual feeling for her, he finds out that her past is a lot more sordid that he realized. Can he protect her while still dealing with the looming threat of a rival club?

Makenna escaped a commune with her siblings. There she was married to a man in his sixties and was expected to produce children. She almost lost the desire to live, but she got a second chance after she took off with her family. Now, she's responsible for five kids. Everything revolves around them. She doesn't have time for anything else. When she gets a job at Toni's diner, it's natural that she starts to get to know the Hell's Handlers gang, but one guy sticks out to her: Thunder. After a series of crazy incidents, it's obvious that he's not interested in an actual relationship, and she shouldn't be either. After all, she might need to pick up her family and go at any moment. Yet, they get closer, and perhaps Thunder and her could make it after all? If the bikers at the CDMC could finally be dealt with and her father and her husband finally dealt with...

This is such an excellent book and a fantastic way to end the series. I will say that everything is wrapped up perfectly. There's no guessing. There's no, "Oh, but what about this?" It really is an HEA for the series, which we assume because that's what this author writes. It's just sad because you just get so attached to this group. I'm just *sniff* so *sniff* sad that I have to leave them. It's my second time through the series, and I'm most likely not going to go back. I don't know. Never say never, right? ;-)

He’s the entertainer, the fun guy but he won’t give his heart to any woman. His childhood made sure of that. The new little waitress at the diner has his head all kinds of messed up though. Thunder has never had a real family so the MC men and their women are his family and he couldn’t be happier when he is patched into Hell’s Handlers MC. At his patching in party he thinks he might be able to get the waitress out of his system when he finds her behind the bar, so he tries to take her to bed, but she won’t give in.

Mackenna has too many responsibilities as a 23-year-old woman. Her 4 siblings have been her world for too many years and now that she is responsible for them and the roof over their heads and food on the table, she has to concentrate on her job and family. She can’t have a relationship because they may have to leave town on short notice, and she doesn’t want something to prevent her from thinking of her family. She has secrets and needs to keep her family safe at all costs.

I loved this story. It is a story of two people that come from a turbulent childhood that formed who they are now, but they both want more out of life. They are both afraid to take what they want because their hearts have been damaged in the past. The Hell’s Handlers have a lot going on. They are worried about another attack from a rival MC, yet they will always protect those that work for them or are a part of their family no matter what. The story was full of action, deception, dangerous men and strong, sassy women. The story is not the normal MC story of rival MC’s fighting, there is an added threat in this story, and I loved the way it was written. I give this story a 4.5-star review and look forward to more in the series. These characters are fun to read and the way the stories are written kept my attention throughout.

Mekenna & Thunder

The final book in this outstanding series is Thunder's story. The series fans will remember him as the male stripper too hot to handle. With all the hottest women after him who would have thought the one to catch him would be the shy new waitress at the club's diner. Not only was she not a party girl but she had five siblings she supported and was raising.

Not an easy story although it is one you won't forget or be able to put down. She's shy and quiet because she has a past she's running from. She doesn't date and sure can't believe this hot man is really even flirting with her let alone really interested.

Her family is filled with too-cute-to-resist little people and some feisty teens. She does it all with no friends and no help. When she started working for one of the club's ol' ladies she'd find out what it was like to have friends and even support.

The fight to resist each other is one where everyone else is plotting to get them together. But, telling each other of their pasts could just be the difference. There are some enemies of the club's that affects them both as well as even more. Will the dangers keep them apart? How will Thunder handle the big family (hint, you'll love it)?

As much as I hate to see the series end, it is a fit story for the last and the epilogue will tie up all the club loose ends. Even those who are new to the series will love this story. Don't miss it.

Ms. Atlas, thank you for all the hours of reading pleasure your series has provided.

Never underestimate the power of a sexy wink

And here we are, the wrap up to the Hell's Handlers series. And Lilly Atlas closes the book in style.

Burdened guilt over Viper's death, and damaged by his upbringing, Thunder moves through his life with a smile and well ruined hip thrust. No commitments, except to his brothers in the HHMC. And he likes it that way. He's used to the ladies tripping over themselves for his attention and 'skill', but seeing the men of the club with their ladies, well it makes him realize that maybe something is missing in his life. He shakes of those thoughts, and continues his man-hoing ways. Until his tries his act on the sweet young lady behind the bar at his patching in party, and is shut down.

That sweet young lady is Makena, a 23 year old who escaped from her family's cult, bringing her five brothers and sisters with her, the youngest being 6 months old when they fled. Makena has no time for anything other than hard work to keep her family housed, fed, and safe. Never knowing if they needed to run in the middle of the night, letting anyone into her life is a bad idea.

And yet, these two can't stay away from one another, whatever dangers arise. And in classic Lilly Atlas style, there's plenty of danger, action, rival MC's. And heat. Lots of scorching heat.

Thunder and Makena are quintessential Lilly Atlas. You're going to love them. And as this is the final in this series, Atlas gives us a time machine hop into the future. It's a heart warming easy to say good bye.

* * I HAD BEEN GIVEN AN ADVANCED READERS COPY IN EXCHANGE FOR MY HONEST REVIEW * *

So sad to see this series come to an end, but what a way to end it!

Thunder I noticed was one of the most asked about on the Facebook page and boy did she deliver!

Thunder is a complicated character in the sense he grew up in a very damaging way, was scared because he did not really know what a healthy relationship looked like, but seeing all that love and affection around him from his brothers stirred something deep in his gut.

Mix that in with Mak, who was from another version of a damaging upbringing, and their attraction to eachother mixed with their need for something healthy and normal just created fireworks.

I liked the strong and fighting independence of Makenna, but disliked her distrust of those just trying to help no matter how much they tried. I am not a fan of her brother and how he went from hero to zero so fast with her and her need for help with the smaller siblings.

I love the way Thunder didn't give up when he decided that she was going to be his. I love the bonds he formed with the smaller siblings and how they helped solidify the relationship between Mak and Thunder.

💯 would recommend!!

What an outstanding ending to this series! Makenna and Thunder's story is an emotional one from the very first page. Makenna is a strong young lady who has endured some many degrading things. I love the fact that it did not bring her down, but made her stronger for it. She takes everything life can throw at her and she is one determined young lady to make sure her family has more than she ever did.
Now Thunder, Thunder is everything you thought he would be. His past is not a clean one, but one that is filled with horrific things no young child should ever have to be subjected to. When he first lays eyes on Mak there is no mistaken he is very attracted to her. However, they have an uphill battle to fight to get what they both want and deserve out of life. I loved their story and how they got their HEA.
Now I have read every single book in this series, and am very sad to see it ending. We get to get caught up with past characters, and get see just how well everyone is doing. Lilly you did a magnificent job with building this world that I absolutely adore and I am sad that it has ended. Thank you for blessing us with these over protective males that treat their better halves with nothing but love and respect.

I have honestly loved this series from Lilly and I am sad to say goodbye to the Hell's Handlers. They feel family and I am going to miss them.

Makenna is new to town and working at Toni's diner. In true Handler Ol Lady fashion they adopt her into their fold. Her life is so complicated and she is trying to support and hide her siblings from those hunting them.

Thunder, well he will make most women swoon and need new underwear. He doesn't do relationships or have a good opinion of them but watching his brothers fall one by one he is starting to revaluate his life, especially now the new girl at the diner has peaked his attention.

The chemistry between Mak and Thunder is honestly off the charts hot and they couldn't be more perfect for each other.

with the usual MC drama and the threat from the Chrome Disciples still looming there will be enough drama mixed with the steam to hold your attention from beginning to end.

“Thunder was such a ride that have me speechless! First it was the end of a series but to me it was the first. It can perfectly be read as a standalone. I’ve so many things in mind with this story that I don’t even know where to start.

This was my second time reading a book in which the main guy has that profession well kind of but still I’m not used to it so it wasn’t easy to be honest. It felt weird and somehow wrong but anyway it was a really interesting story and surely different form my usual reads.

Thunder past was brokenhearted and getting know all the details I understood why he acted that way and mostly why the high maintenance and party all night long girls weren’t his thing anymore. When Makenna entered the picture his life changes 180 degrees. It was melting heart reading how he was with Makenna’s siblings. Talking about her OMG poor girl. What she went through was hell there’s no other way to express it. She grew up way too fast and lost so many things and surprisedly she managed to stay strong but it was so sad she was just merely surviving but not living. Things started to get complicated and with the pressure of her past poor Makenna had lots on her back.”

So the reason it is getting 4 stars instead of 3 is because I enjoyed the main characters and their background stories! It was different and engaging— as always!!

HOWEVER, I’m not sure if the author was just flying through this book to get it over with but there were A LOT more grammatical errors in this one. And they were noticeable which distracted from the story😭. Also, I felt this was a rushed ending. Don’t get me wrong, I like what Kristy did and how the author played it that way. Butttttt how are you just going to almost dismiss or cut out their enemy that easily? They didn’t even really specify if Crank and Blade ACTUALLY died in that fight! Also, what happened to Kristy at the end, she was there when everything went down and was never mentioned again.

I really didn’t like the ending of this book. However, I appreciated the “Bonus epilogue” the author wrote. It was nice to see a little into the future. Only though it was through Coppers perspective. I appreciate the flash forward.

For the overall rating of this series, I’d give it 4.5⭐️
I would definitely read these again and recommend them to anyone who enjoys this type of genre!😍

This is the 10th and concluding story in this phenomenal series and is Thunder and Makenna’s story. Thunder has had a horrific childhood which understandable has left him damaged and guarded with wall firmly around his heart, and he is a former male stripper, and the newest patched brother into the Hell’s Handlers. Makenna has a heartbreaking past as well which has made her stronger, and when she ran from a toxic situation, she became the sole guardian of her 5 siblings. When Thunder sees the Makenna, who is the new waitress at the diner he is instantly attracted to her. Can these two heal each other? This is a beautifully written tale which is filled with emotions, danger, drama, witty banter, and is a heartwrenching and humorous story which had me totally captivated throughout this riveting and addictive page turner. This author had done an outstanding job in penning this perfect conclusion, and I look forward to reading more form this gifted author whose work I recommend for all MC lovers.
