Emma Louise’s Force is an emotionally charged, second chance romance written in K. Bromberg’s Driven Worlds project.

Tucker Neal is living the adrenaline fuelled life he always dreamed of, both on and off the race track.

He lives life at full speed. It’s the only way he can stay one lap ahead of the bitter memories that chase him.

Until the past swerves directly into his lane, setting him on a collision course that could spin his life out of control.

No matter how many years have passed, or how many miles have been between them, Brooke Nash has never forgotten her first love.

And now he’s back, reminding her of everything she gave up.

The connection between them is still indisputable, but can Tucker out manoeuvre his demons enough to give them a fighting chance?

Or will they crash and burn once again?

4.5 Tucker and Brooke Stars

Gorgeous second chance romance that picks up nearly ten years after Brooke and Tucker went their separate ways aged 18. Tucker went and made a name for himself as a successful racing driver but all the fame and fortune could not fill the hole left in his heart when Brooke Nash left him. Brooke has trained to be an art therapist and is working at the boys home run by Rylee Donavan from the Driven series - so lovely to see Rylee , Colton and some of the other Driven Characters again.

Great story that had a couple of plot twists that I thought I had the measure of, but I was wrong so that made it even more enjoyable. I am so impressed with this 'new to me author'. I first met Brooke's sister Bailey , in Until Mitchell. That compelled me to read Brooke and Tuck's book and I shall be reading their Mum's story next in Fixed.

HEA? Yes
Cheating? No.

Force is a sweet, heart-warming, second-chance story that has all the elements for a great romance read.

This intensely emotional read is so well written with characters who are just so engaging, likeable and so easy to fall in love with them. Tucker and Brooke were highschool sweethearts and inseperable for years but as fate plays out, they unfortunately break up and go their separate ways. But then fate steps in and by chance they meet again. It is evident that the love is still there. Their undeniable bond, the chemistry and the passion between these two sizzles off the pages. I truly loved and felt everything about Brooke and Tucker’s relationship. The love, the downfalls, the sparks, the determination to get back what they had. This story had so much emotion to it and I actually felt the journey right along with them.

Force had just enough emotional angst, heartbreak and love blended with plenty of sizzle and steam. Along with real, true and relatable characters, this was another winner from Emma Louise.

Get ready for this Flawed Love/Driven World crossover you will love.

Tucker and Brooke were highschool sweethearts and inseperable for years but as fate plays out they break up and go there seperate ways.

But of course they find their way back to eachother after the years. Tucker is now a famous racecar driver and Brooke is an art therapist. Unknown to both of them they find themselves in the same friendgroup.

Tucker and Brooke took my heart by storm. Their story is sweet, a little angsty and just how we all like it!

3 ⭐⭐⭐ - OK decent reads.
========================
Nothing to write home about.
Long separation. Second chance.
Pulling my phone out, I scroll though the contacts, looking for someone to help me forget this night ever happened.

I’m not in my bedroom. I’m not even in my own fucking house.

“Really? You’re not even going to say ‘bye?” The unimpressed voice sounds from behind me as my hand hits the door handle.

“We’re not doing this, Karlyn,” I tell her, biting back the frustration I feel starting to burn inside.

Karlyn is an ... ex of mine for lack of a better word.

“Didn’t seem like it when you were sticking your dick in me last night,” she fires back, the words hitting me like fucking bullets.

Amazon

Brooke walked away from Tucker years ago, knowing she'd always come in second place to his racing, and wanting him to live his dreams, not be stuck in their small town with her. She's moved across the country at age 28, it's been 10 years, so why does the sound of his voice still give her goosebumps?

Tucker has never gotten over his first, his only, love. But she left him a decade ago, and he's angry that she has the nerve to be in California, which is the last place he'd ever expect to see her. But, maybe she can give him some closure as to what happened to them? Maybe he can finally get her out of his system once and for all.

But the love and the attraction between these two have only gotten stronger, so resisting each other, not giving into a second chance, will be impossible. Is it possible for them to come together, be with each other in the present without letting the past interfere? What about when something happens that tests their love? Will Brooke stand by Tuck's side or run again?

Force is a great addition to the Driven World. Brooke and Tuck have amazing chemistry, and it was obvious their love had never disappeared. As second chance romances go, Force is a win!

As a fan of both the Driven world by K Bromberg and the Flawed Love series by Emma Louise this book was a joy to read. Brooke and Tucker's story was a great second chance romance set in the world of Indy 500 racing. The book begins with the leads as 18 years olds in the midst of their friends to lovers, first love relationship when Tucker gets drawn into the Street Racing world and it comes between them. Jump ahead 10 years, ugh my heart and Brooke has taken a new job as an art therapist with a Foster Care charity for children in California.

I loved Brooke and Tucker together, their attraction and chemistry was clear, and Tucker was the perfect level of Alphahole when Brooke walked back into his life. I loved the initial tension between them, Emma's writing built it up until breaking point and the Hero and heroine couldn't stay apart any longer. Her characters blended into the Driven World seamlessly, with plenty of characters we know and love like Colton, Rylee, Zander, Becks and Haddie all making appearances and playing a part in the story. It read well, and was a seamless merging of two series. My only complaint is I wanted more, I loved the build up to Brooke and Tucker's reunion but would have loved to see her in his world a little more before things hit a bump in the world. That is probably me just being greedy because I am a lover of both of these worlds.

Tucker and Brooke were such a loveable couple, you just knew they were meant to be and rooted for them throughout the novel. I think this is a book fans of either world will love just as much as someone new to either the Driven or Flawed Love universe.

Force is part of K.Bromberg’s Driven World and includes the next generation from Emma’s Flawed Love Series, but can be read as a stand-alone.

Tucker and Brooke have known each other since they were kids and began dating in high school. Brooke feels second best to his love of racing so she can walks away from their relationship.

10 years later unable to return home to Savannah and all the memories, Brooke accepts a position in California, as an Art Therapy counselor. At a Charity Event the company she works for is hosting, she runs into Tucker.

Tucker is thrown for a loop seeing Brooke after so many years and takes his anger out on her. There were a couple of moments I wanted to shake him, but you realize how deeply Brooke leaving him broke pieces of his soul. He soon realizes the past is affecting his future, he apologizes to Brooke and asks to start their friendship over.

As they begin rebuilding their relationship, they both soon realize the teenage love they had is still present.

An Ex from Tucker’s past tries to derail his relationship with Brooke and his professional racing career with a lie. With the help of his racing family and Brooke’s they are able to move forward.

I love a series and second chance romance, so this book is a complete win-win for me. Brookes’s connection to her family and the way they extend their love to Tucker, whose home life had always been rocky, touched my soul. This book is about overcoming obstacles. In different ways both Tucker and Brooke are abandoned by a parent, this drives them both towards their life goals.

I love how Emma’s writing includes a strong family base, whether it is the family her characters create or the family they are born into.

With Emma’s books I get a bit of angst, complex, real, relatable characters who love deeply and passionately with the HEA I cannot get enough of.

Tucker:
Brooke is back in my life, and I can’t help but hunk there’s a reason for that. Fate brought us back together, and I’m not about to let her go again. Not without a fight this time.

Brooke:
“But look at us now. Look at how far we’ve come. I gave up on us so you could do the one thing you loved, the one thing you crave, without me holding you back. Don’t you see that? I gave up 10 years of my life with you for all of that,...”

The Driven Series by K. Bromberg is one that will forever be a part of me falling in love with reading again.  K. Bromberg has gifted us with a Driven World...a place to read about other characters that we just haven't met yet.  Emma Louise seamlessly put us back into the world.   If you have read Emma Louise before - Brooke is from the Flawed Love series - the daughter of Duke and Elliot (Fixed  - Flawed Love #2)

Brooke and Tucker, high school sweethearts that had it all planned out even at a young age, and one day that all changed.  Brooke leaves Savannah and heads to California to leave the memories of her past.  Low and behold Tucker is in California and their paths are about to be intertwined.

Emma Louise writes stories that are flawless, and full of depth.  Her characters enthrall me, her stories flow and keep me on the edge of my seat.  Brooke and Tucker are still in love with each other from years ago, but coming to the admission of that is the journey of this story. There are some absolute swoony moments, a few tears, and some serious sexy too.  Three things, in my opinion, made the Driven series so successful.

Seeing so many characters from the Driven series was a bonus as they have such a sweet spot in my heart.  Emma Louise wins the checkered flag on this book!

5 force stars! Another top favorite!

Emma Louise did it again! This book is a perfect example of why she’s a one-click author for me. I loved it so much!

I have been a long time fan of the Driven series. When Emma Louise announced she was writing in this world, I was thrilled! If you’re not familiar with the Driven series, it’s okay because this is a standalone. We get snippets of Emma’s series, Flawed Love, but it’s not confusing and not necessary to read it to understand Force; but I loved it and recommend reading it.

Now on to the story. I won’t give spoilers, but I’ll say the angst was so good with this one! I had mini heart attacks. Second chance romances are one of my favorite tropes and Emma knows how to write them so well. We meet Tucker and Brooke who reunite after 10 years. They are flawed characters who make mistakes but I adored them, nonetheless. Once they get together it’s one heck of a ride! The epilogue was EVERYTHING!

I was so happy to be reunited with the Driven gang. Duke as a dad had me swooning hard! I’m sad it’s over, but I’m excited for whatever this author has up her sleeve next!

An enjoyable second chance romance set in the Driven world. Tucker and Brooke highschool sweehearts who crashed and burned years later they are reunited. I liked they way the story was written it was emotional and you get a real sense of who they are. With each new book in this series it reinforces the connection and family feel the team has built. One thing I really liked was how Emma's family was included in the story.

Are you ready to fall in love ? Because that is exactly what will happen when you start to read this brilliant story .

Brooke and Tucker's story has just enough angst to keep your heart beating fast , and just enough compassion for your heart to warm your whole body .

Brooke and Tucker had a love that was meant for all time , but true love never runs smooth . There was a break in the road they travelled, and it was such a wide gap that neither of them was strong enough , or mature enough to make the leap .

Neither have found true happiness in their lives , so when fate comes knocking , they eventually find the strength to answer the door .

100% must read

I loved Brooke and Tucker. Honestly in the first couple of chapters I wasn’t sure if Tucker was going to fr able to win me over but he definitely did. This is a second chance story at true love with a bit of a break. I definitely recommend this one. I have not read any of the driven novels so you don’t need to have read them to enjoy this story.

Get ready to step back into the Driven World! Emma Louise knocked it out of the park! Brooke and Tucker are each other's first and only at eighteen. A misunderstanding tears them apart and this book opens ten years later. Brooke is starting a new job in California. Little does she know that she would be crashing into her first love. Get ready to see the whole gang--Colton, Rylee, Becks, Haddie, Zander, and even little Ace! Second chances are the best! 5 star read

Brooke and Tucker are high school sweethearts they love each other more than anything. Tucker has a need for speed that takes him on the track and well Brooke wants to support him for that. But sometimes life happens and their dreams go elsewhere. Now ten years later they are face-to-face for the first time and they jabs they make will hurt. Tucker has never stopped loving Brooke and now seeing her he knows what he has to do. Win her back at all costs, but sometimes the heart can only take so much. Brooke never expected to see Tucker she has always been proud that he's lived his dream, but it hurts. Now she has to decided if they have another chance together or if their once in a lifetime love was just that.

This author has penned and outstanding addition to “The Driven World” series and this is Tucker and Brooke’s story. Even when these two were separated they never forgot their first loves, and now when they connect 10-years later the chemistry is still as strong as it always was. These two are only human and they have both made mistakes in their lives, but the moral of the story is to accept and forgive each other and more on together. This is a beautifully written story which is an emotional roller coaster, as well as intense, heart-warming, and an all-round riveting and engaging read. I was captivated throughout this addictive page turner, and I highly recommend for all readers.

Just when you think you are done with the flawed series.

Emma throws out the next generation!
So we meet Brooke Nash. This is her story, she moves away from her home town Savannah after breaking up with Tucker.
Fast forward 10 years, fate has them been in the same place at the same time. Old feelings rush forward but Tucker is angry that he lost time with her, and hurt that she could just walk away from everything they had. Brooke tries to fight her feelings but in the end they were made for each other.
It was a fast paced read but it was still a great story, and great to see Duke as a dad and him dealing with Brooke and Bailey growing up.
I can’t wait to read more of the kids stories too!

Not a fan.

It’s a second chance romance and of course the MMC Tucker is a big player when they’re apart. It’s implied she’s dated but never explicitly stated.

This is fine, but I **hate** when the guy sleeps with another girl after they’re reunited, and he does. 🤢 And then like one day later he is all in and wants Brooke back.

It’s too fast, I wanted them to get to know each other again. And there’s no talk of safe sex/condoms which is another gross thing for me after knowing his history.

Then the main conflict is the girl he slept with accusing him of rape. Even though we know it’s not true it just kept pushing the fact that he slept with someone so recently into my mind, really bringing down the romance.

Being new to both the Driven world and Emma Louise’s writing, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Blown away by the blurb, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this. Force is an emotionally angsty, but also steamy and sweet second chance romance, where two high school sweethearts who weren’t ready for the power of their love in their teens, get a second chance at something that only comes along once in a lifetime.

This book is extremely well written with engaging characters who give you all the feels, even when that is dislike. Tucker and Brooke were inseparable in their youth, but as they grow, their dreams become different and when Brooke gives an ultimatum, Tucker makes the wrong choice at the time, but the right choice for his future. Crossing paths again as adults, it is clear there are still strong feelings on both parts, though I hated Tuckers treatment of Brooke, his actions and the person he had become, it is clear the depth of their feelings and the love between these two had not gone away. I strongly felt every emotion along with this couple, and after Tucker’s apology, when their relationship advanced, I was once again rooting for them.

Force is packed with pain and heartbreak but also an undeniable love between this pair, who deserve their second chance, despite outside factors trying to keep them apart. I enjoyed this story, but disliked who Tucker became and his actions after he reconnected with Brooke, and that is my reason for a 4 not 5 star review.

Brooke and Tucker were young and in love. Tucker was into racing and Brooke worried about him getting hurt when racing illegally. She gives him an ultimatum, go and were done , or stay. He chose to go nd she stuck to her word. Fast forward 10 years. Brooke has let that heartbreak rule her life and avoided going home because the memories were too raw. She is starting over in California and this is where she and Tucker's lives intersect again. When he first sees her, he is awful to her. He was just as hurt as she was by their break up 10 years ago, so he doesn't handle their first two meetings very well. I liked that Tucker recognized how awful his behavior was and tried to make it right. Too many tough MC try to justify treating the woman they love so badly. His apology begins the healing process for both of them and rekindled their relationship. Of course there has to be some problem, so a jilted hook up causes problems. Again the author did a great job of having Brooke talk to Tucker about the problem rather than running away.

This was a nice, light contemporary read in the Driven World (based on K Bromberg's series). There are quite a few more books by various authors available if this is your genre. This book was what I consider a light read and passed a couple hours in the evening.

A great addition to K. Bromberg's, The Driven World that I devoured in one day!

Force by Emma Louise is a force to be reckoned with. Emma Louise delivers a beautiful and emotional read that will stay with me for some time to come. This friends-to-lovers, second-chance romance delivers all of the feels. I couldn't get enough of Tucker Neal. He is swoony, sweet, and sexy as hell! Brooke Nash is sweet, selfless, and strong. She is beautiful inside and out. Her dedication to Tucker was touching. Their connection, love, and passion for each other are palpable. Both of them have scars from their pasts. Can they overcome the scars, hurt, and mistakes from their pasts to be together again? Can they grab that rare second chance and make it work?

This is an absolute must-read. I could not put it down. The plot was perfectly paced, well-written, and flows seamlessly. My heart clenched with emotions that pour from her words. The characters are real and relatable. I loved the family feels amongst the characters. It was wonderful seeing Colton and Rylee again. Their road to love was bumpy and broken but oh so beautiful in the end. Emma Louise is such a talented author. She is fast becoming one of my favorite authors! Needless to say, I highly recommend reading it. It does end in a HEA.

Force by Emma Louise is set in K. Bromberg's Driven World and it is HOT!

HOLY MOLY but I was honestly sucked in from the start! Their chemistry, the shared history you witness but also feel through their emotions, all of it hit me like a sledgehammer and captured my attention from start to finish in this story!

Brooke is so sweet! She's caring, empathetic, sympathetic, world weary, and still in awe of everything surrounding her. She is carrying a lot of baggage, and it only makes her more endearing.

And Tucker? Goodness gracious but he is a delicious hot mess that I LOVED getting to know better! He is in a lot of pain, and it weighs heavily on him, especially that which he did to himself knowingly and unknowingly. And learning about it as I read really cemented the fact that I a) wanted to give him a giant hug and b) knew that the emotional rollercoaster ride of a journey that this story would take me on would be ABSOLUTELY worth it!

There was drama, there was intrigue, there was the reliving of old memories and the making of new memories. This story will grab you and make you feel all of the FEELS and it will be the best reading experience, I promise! So, what are you waiting for?

P. S. Can I please oh please have Brooke's mom, Elliott's, story with Duke?!

I received an Arc of Force from the author Emma Louise in exchange of an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I’m not going to lie to you, this story does start off a little slow, Emma takes her time to reintroduce us to K. Bromberg’s Driven world most of us already know and love, whilst simultaneously introducing us to Brooke and Tucker who readers may recognise from Emma’s Flawed Love series.

It definitely picks up pace once that foundation is laid out for us though, and it was so much fun to read about some of my favourite characters from both series, there were so many Cameos and I bloody loved it!

I loved that each Cameo was written in with the intent of furthering the story and helping the main characters along in one way or another, it wasn’t just random appearances for the sake of it, each Cameo was well thought out and written, they made complete sense and you can tell Emma has a real love for the character’s within K. Bromberg’s Driven series, because she got them spot on, and I have no doubt fans of Kristy’s original series will get a serious kick out of it, I know I did.

I don’t want to say too much about the actual story because I’m so excited that I worry I may accidentally let slip things I absolutely shouldn’t!

But I will say this… oh. My. God. That plot twist!

I knew there was going to be a plot twist, I knew somehow it would somehow involve a vile woman who absolutely will not be named but I did not expect THAT!

I ended up wearing my tea instead of drinking it, that is how surprised I was. I felt like crying, it completely blindsided me, and I do love a book that can take me by surprise!

Force is honestly an incredible book about second chances and Is full of emotion, I definitely recommend it.

Brooke and Tucker were high school sweethearts who shared everything and were very much in love. In fact, one of the last things Brooke said to Tucker was that she would marry him one day. Life has a way of changing in an instant and one fateful night, our lovers parted, breaking a bond they thought was impenetrable.

Brooke and Tucker grew up, worked hard and achieved their dreams. Romance came and went for both of them, with Tucker being too busy racing for a commitment and Brooke fiercely determined to leave her past behind. She thought moving to California would be a fresh start, and away from the memories of her life in Savannah. She loved her new job and was excited about receiving an invitation to a charity event where she could meet new people. But when she saw a face in the crowd and heard a familiar voice, she thought she was dreaming. What was Tucker doing in California and why was he at the party? He was more handsome than ever, but when he spoke to her, his tone was one she had never heard before. Brooke didn’t recognize this adult Tucker and if he was going to act like this, she would definitely think twice about seeing him again. If their paths should cross, she wasn’t sure she wanted to know the man Tucker had become

Tucker & Brooke were high school sweethearts who believed they would be together forever. However, things didn't work out that way so they broke up & went their separate ways.  Neither got over the other and neither thought they would come across each other's past to be honest.  Fate stepped in & Tucker came across Brooke at an event, and it didn't go so well & I wanted to throat punch him badly. The lethal sparks are still there, but there's also some big baggage both are carrying around, so it's the perfect level of angst to get the emotions going.  This second chance story was so fantastic that I prayed it would never end, but it did & now I have a book hangover.  Oh, and there are outside forces who don't want these two to get close again, so will they be able to navigate these bumps or will the caution flag come out?!  Hit those one click buttons to find out!  HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!
