Simpler approach to dealing with difficulties. After reading this book, i started reading 12 rules of life by Jordan Peterson and he explains the rules address the more fundamental aspects of our living and the i would say that these 40 (and more) questions would be asked and answered as you follow them. Kudos to the author for easy read text. Thank you Mr. Mason.
