This is a lovely book to have if you are studying as it explores the therapeutic benefits of using clay to address body image issues. Combining theory, case studies, and practical methods, it highlights how clay work fosters personal acceptance, emotional expression, and self-compassion through metaphor and symbolism. The book provides replicable protocols for therapists and emphasizes clay's sensory value in healing body image and trauma-related challenges.
I also attended the workshop that goes with the book and learnt so much about myself. I would really recommend the book and the course if you enjoy clay or studying the human form.
Happy reading 📖
