The audio of a beginner and intermediate mat workout is so worth the price of this quick reference. The audio workouts allow me to do the exercises by myself anywhere. Siler’s cues for each exercise are clear and precise.
I wish that she had also recorded an advanced or advanced-intermediate workout, but those exercises likely require instruction in person from an experienced classical pilates instructor.
*Love*, *love*, *LOVE* this kit. Brooke Siler has a friendly, low-key approach to Pilates. You can go at your own pace (I'm *still* on the beginner level) and take this kit anywhere because it's 2 CDs and flash cards. So grateful for this kit!
