All the drama and horror of the first two books in this series come to climax in this third installment. The devil ship has been seen more and more often and the little monkey isn't so little anymore, nor is it still a monkey. Sara and her team may be the last defense against the horror that awaits the world. The demon demands blood sacrifices that will open the portal to an unimaginable hell. Can the good guys stop it, and what price will they have to pay?
I think this is the best of the series. The action moves along at a quicker pace and things hinted at in the first books are revealed in this one. There are some truly scary moments and more than a little gore, but it is a very satisfying read. Highly recommended.

Book 3 of the DEVIL SHIP Series, set in the tropical Caribbean. I found this one the most exciting yet in a Series suffused with tension. terror, and good vs. evil in a constant tug of war. Although the deceased devil pirate Lemaitre has been temporarily battled away, the tiny island of Sainte-Isabel is not yet safe. The global pandemic crisis has destroyed the island's tourism income and starvation looms. But even worse is that now the island's bloodsoaked history is coming into play, and the true prehistoric Evil is about to awaken. Heart-in-mouth Suspense rules throughout.

Sāra un Džo, nopērkot Pirate Cove niršanas skolu un cita veida tūrisma objektu Sainte Isabel salā, ir gatavi riskēt ar lielu investīciju un salīdzinoši drošāku nākotni mājās, ASV, lai pašu spēkiem radītu savu paradīzi uz no malas šķietami tik burvīgās salas. Kur vēl labāk, ja salai ir sava unikālā folklora un leģendas ap kādreiz tās tuvumā tik ietekmīgajiem pirātiem, kuri reiz sagādājuši tik lielas galvassāpes dažādām koloniālajām varām. Bet noteikti kaut kam tādam mūsdienās nav vietas un šāda veida paranormāli mīti, lai gan liela daļa vietējo tiem tic teju reliģiski, ir atstājami pagātnē.

A fitting end to the trilogy!
An enjoyable read, especially the last two books. What more can a lover of horror stories want; demons, zombies, ghosts, plus mass murder. This trilogy reminded me of the film, The Fog, where long dead mariners rose from their watery grave to wreak vengeance on the living. This series was, however, much more than that and so much better for it.

The problems at the resort are coming full circle. If Sara and her friends cannot contain the evil, it will spread outside their small island, and death will visit the entire world.

Good set of books
I always loved the Hopi concept of Koyaannisqatsi, and FF Coppola' memerizing film... brilliantly amazing to see it featured in a horror mystery! Thank you, a great series indeed.
