This is a fantastic series. Each story will touch your heart and leave you with a smile and a good feeling. I had read each separately but I read then again and I loved them just as much as the first time. Super great series.

Mountain Man
Big Bad Older Loner In love with his mountain. But is he really bad? Clint lives on the mountain. Built his cabin and works on the mountain. He is out in his woods when he hears a woman scream. Chloe is a nature photographer who needs to be saved at the moment from a black bear. Clint feels something open in his heart when he rescues Chloe. Can Clint open his heart and let Chloe in? Can Chloe who is younger and inexperienced with men trust Clint? This is a quick little read that has descriptive, charming characters who you will come to love. It is a great story about unexpected encounters and maybe love at first sight, not the kind that slams into you, but the kind that continues to smolder and burn and ignite and continue to grow and grow.

Mountain Daddy
Oliver came to the mountain to heal. He was ex-military, was dealing with PTSD and needed the quiet, peaceful life on the mountain. He was healing and started given back by helping troubled youth through camping, wildlife, nature weekend trips. He was returning to the cabin when he noticed something/someone at the end of his road. There was a woman holding something. He walked down and there was a woman with a baby. The baby was his half-brother’s son and he was the last living member of the family. He didn’t know he had a half-brother or a nephew. The woman was the nanny and had taken care of Henry since he was born. She didn’t want him to grow up in foster care like she had. There was a snowstorm coming and they needed shelter. There was something about Oakley that was drawing him into the situation. He felt an attraction, a need, a connection that he wanted to protect her, keep her safe and make them his family. With the snowstorm raging he told his story to Oakley and she wanted to help him heal, to help him love. She wanted to stay with him and for them to be a family. She wanted to love him. They had tenderness, passion, and smoking hot desire combined with love - love for each other, love for Henry. This is a story with heartwarming love and tenderness.

Mountain Cowboy
Absolutely fabulous! These two characters, Micah and McKenna are a chemical combustion. They are sizzling hot! The characters are likable/lovable with fabulous personalities. The story is filled with drama, passion, lust, and love .... so-o-o good. Really enjoyable, entertaining, fast paced with a great storyline. Micah has finally returned to the ranch after being in the military as a doctor. He needs help on the ranch. McKenna is his sister’s best friend and has agreed to be his ranch hand. McKenna has crushed on Micah for forever. Is this going to work? Is this her chance? What about Micah? Does he feel the chemistry, the attraction? Micah & McKenna have blazing hot chemistry - they might set the ranch on fire!! If you like short day reads, this ones for you. I would not call this an instant love story because their love has developed over time and without the other knowing each other’s feelings. It is a fabulous read with sexy, smoking hot characters.

Mountain Girl
This has everything one would want in a great story. Austin has returned to the ridge to be closer to his twin brother and his niece. He has taken a job as the sheriff. He is handsome, hunky, single and likes a good cup of coffee and a sweet or two. He walks into the Muffin Top and his eyes land on Adele, the owner and baker - she is gorgeous and then he hears her laugh and is instantly attracted. He has never been so affected by someone. He has agreed to help Adele with her problem with the City Council. Austin is having trouble concentrating, his mind keeps going back to Adele. He has never felt so strongly about a woman - he thinks this is the one for him. Adele keeps thinking about the kiss -it was amazing! Handsome man, curvy woman who are lovable together - sweet, heartwarming and so-o-o sexy hot. It’s a story that leaves you feeling good!

Mountain Man, Mountain Daddy, Mountain Cowboy and Mountain Girl are wonderfully written that you will get lost in each story page after page.

Mountain Man
Mountain Man is a sweet love story of Clint and Chloe. Clint lives in the mountains and crosses path with Chloe when she is trapped by a bear. After punching the bear in the, Clint opens his home and his heart to Chloe.

Clint and Chloe's story is a sweet and simple one, of finding the person who not only understands you but will be there for you no matter what. I really enjoyed this book, it made my heart flutter.

Mountain Cowboy
Micah is back to take care of his family's ranch and land. Short help since his sister decided to make her own way, but at least she had a recommendation. Mountain Daddy is a great fast read, that pulls you in and warms yours hearts as you see Oliver's heart melts and his relationship with Oakley and Henry grow. The love and chemistry between that characters is off the charts.


Mountain Girl
I love Adele and Austin story, its sweet, hot and feisty that is lighthearted and will make you smile. Adele owns Muffin Top, that is crazy busy. She is wanting to expand by is running into red tape. Austin is the Sherriff who has come to give a citation for being over capacity, but instead losses his heart to someone sweet.

This fast story will grab you from the first page and keep you wanting more with each turn of the page. I love getting lost in Regina Wade stories and the way the words are weaved into a magic adventure of love.

It’s awesome to get 4 short, steamy, super sweet romances set in a mountain town. I often use these descriptors in regards to Wade’s books; sweet, sexy, and passionate, I love those things, so I continue to really enjoy each short story I read of Wade’s. There’s always instalove and virgin heroines in Wade’s books, but each book has those special differences that make each story unique. This has been my fav series of Wade’s so far!

Mountain Man - 5 stars

This one starts with nature photographer, Chloe, being saved by ex-military mountain man, Clint. Loved the imagery! Set in the mountains with all the lush trees and beautiful views! I think the author did a particularly good job of describing the setting in this book. The romance and connection between Chloe and Clint is wonderful. Love the mountain man scenario! A shorty, but a goody!

Mountain Daddy - 4 stars

This one features Clint’s friend, Oliver, who is also ex-military and living up on the mountain because he has been dealing with PTSD; he appreciates the solitude. He is in for a surprise when he finds a woman, Oakley, with a 14 month old boy standing in his driveway. Plus, there’s a huge storm brewing! Another sweet romance with some steam by Wade. Love the imagery so far for this series; this time there’s snow! The addition of a child put a little damper on the fantasy aspect; I’m not huge on romances with a kid, but little Henry seems like a sweetie. Also, I like that the situation with Henry wasn’t exactly what one would expect. Another fun, quick romance!

Mountain Cowboy - 4 stars

Ranch owner, Micha, needs a new ranch hand. His sister, Adele, suggests her good friend, McKenna for the job. McKenna has been crushing on Micha for ages and she’s ready to take action! Loved that she’s a tough and sassy cowgirl! Loved the connection between Micah and McKenna; there’s no denying that intense chemistry. Another sweet and sexy short!

Mountain Girl - 5 stars

This one was great! Bakery owner, Adele, is having some issues with a stodgy old councilman. Luckily, Sheriff Austin is there to help! Liked the fun banter between Adele and Austin. Still all the sweetness and all that hot chemistry too! Loved Adele’s sass, and Austin is a total sweetheart! This whole series has been great!!

Mountain Man
Chloe is a nature photographer and is trying to get rid of a bear when Clint hears her yelling. He comes running and sees the bear looking after her. Clint distracts the bear and hits it before sending it on its way. Then he takes Chloe back to his home because she's hurt her ankle. Sparks fly between them and soon neither can keep their hands off the other. Will Chloe be the woman Clint has been waiting for to be able to move on?

Mountain Daddy
Oakley is Henry's nanny and when his parents died in an accident she has to take him to his only surviving relative Oliver. However Oliver doesn't know anything about him because Oliver's father never acknowledge that he was his son. So at first he wants nothing to do with little Henry. Yet Oakley isn't about to give up on either of them and ends up having to stay when the snow gets bad. When Henry gets a bad fever things change for Oliver as he worries that he might actually lose the little guy. He rushes them over to the doctor/vet to get treated as quickly as he can. Will Oliver see that they are the perfect little family and claim them as his own?

Mountain Cowboy
McKenna has an interview to work on Micah's ranch but she isn't who he thought was applying for the job. He puts her through the paces to see if she'll be able to work. When she proves that she can handle the work on the ranch he hires her. Sparks fly between them but Micah tries to fight his attraction to McKenna. Soon it becomes too hard and the both of them give in to one another. Will McKenna get the man of her dreams? Can Micah see that she is perfect for him?

These are some of the collection of great stories you'll read in this set. This is a well written and very entertaining collection. I would recommend this box set to any book lover.

Mountain Man:
Clint is home on Knotty Wood Ridge after his service as an Army Ranger. Chloe is a photographer and is on Knotty Wood Ridge taking pictures of nature and wildlife. When a bear attacks, Chloe is rescued by Clint and their journey of love begins. This is a steamy, insta love, older man/ younger woman love story. This is a great start to a new series.
Mountain Daddy:
Oliver moved to the mountains to be alone and when his life gets interrupted by Oakley and sweet baby Henry his life gets turned upside down. This is a quick, steamy read with well developed characters and a great epilogue.
Mountain Cowboy:
McKenna has had a thing for Micah (Doc) for as long as she can remember and now that he's back home she's determined to get him to notice her. This is a slow burn love story and I loved how no matter how much they fight their attraction they know they belong together.
Mountain Girl:
Adele is the local baker and owns Muffin Tops in town. When a local councilman starts giving her trouble he sends the local sheriff to let Adele know that she is in violation of overcapacity they end up falling for each other. This is a sweet, short, insta love story and a great addition to the series.

Mountain Man - An absolutely amazing book one in the Mountain Men of Knotty Wood Ridge series – I had so much fun reading it! Mountain Man - This is a quick read which has a good story, flowed well and held my interest. The characters were likeable and I felt a connection to them. I liked seeing what happened to them a little bit later on. - 3.5 stars.

Mountain Daddy - I have enjoyed this quick read, it is packed full of emotions and flowed well. I felt a connection to Oliver and Oakley and believed in their connection too. I liked getting glimpses into their future through the epilogues. - 4 stars.

Mountain Cowboy - This story is fully of strong characters, good chemistry and connections and flowed well. I enjoyed watching McKenna and Micah's relationship unfold and the story held my interest. - 4 stars.

Mountain Girl - I really liked the connection between Adele and Austin, it made for lovely reading; their connection was instant and like they'd been together for much longer. I am enjoying this series, I like the connecting characters and flow of the stories, I am looking forward to reading the next one. - 4.5 stars.

This set of four insta love stories was a fun, naughty quick read filled with well muscled men and curvy women. I couldn’t help but smile as I read through these stories, they were quick reads but also good reads. They were quick reads that would work when you’ve got a little time on your hands, like when your toddler is dead set on watching the same set of nursery rhyme videos on youtube for the hundredth time in a row.

Each story had a quick plot line that flowed nicely. By the end of each story you were introduced to one of the next main characters for the following story. The stories were well written and had a lovely sense of humor that made me smile and even chuckle out loud at times. There was something memorable in each story and I would not have a problem reading this set again and then probably again after that.

I give this set of stories five out of five stars because I found it to be well written with a good sense of humor. The plot flowed smoothly and held my attention. This set makes me want to read the works again and to also seek out other works by this author.

Each of these stories is a fun romp through the town of Knotty Wood Ridge and it's people. Each book is about a different couple but there are characters that pop up among them, but they can be read as standalone books.
I have already read and reviewed each of these books so am not going to repost my reviews here, as you can read them if you want to. I did enjoy these books with the last two being my favorites. This is a nice series and includes everything, the epilogues and extended epilogues.

Four fantastic stories about couples finding their futures together. The romances skyrocket and the surprises and intrigue keep up the suspense. Totally different stories that present high emotions and feelings just when they are about to make difficult decisions, with options that give the most satisfying results. Could not put down this series and read them straight through. Lots of banter, smiles and ahhhh moments to cherish.

The men in these stories can be summed up in one word...YUMMY!!! Tall...check! Built like the mountain where the live...check! Uniforms...check!!! Romantic...check!! Steam raisers...TRIPLE CHECK!!! These men are the total package wether they are wrestling bears and mountain lions or wrangling rouwdy toddlers. It's all good...well most of it. Some of the colorful words were a little too colorful at time!
