Dan's freed the remaining three girls from their prisons, but thereis still the little matter of the curse binding them to him, and ofcourse binding him to an early grave. But if nothing else, he's kept his word, and thankfully they really do want to keep him because the onlyplace they've been abusing him is in bed. However nothing is ever simple in Dan's world anymore, because even after the curse gets conquered, there's the little problem of the demonic blood that the curseintroduced to his body.
The only thing keeping him alive at this point is his newlydiscovered mixed heritage. But even that won't keep him alive for longif they don't find help soon. Magical help. Powerful help. Perhaps eventhe kind of help that requires a visit to Wrath's father, a truly lastditch resort as he's not only the last person you want to meet in a dark alley, meeting him on the street in broad daylight isn't exactly safeeither. However all those many years of being mean, evil, and an allaround terror have left him with a knowledge of curses and their effects that few can rival - few still left alive.
This of course doesn't mean that the wizard who cursed him isn'ttrying to kill him, he's actually looking to be much more proactive inthat venture. Assuming however that Dan and the Girls don't kill himfirst.
WARNING: "Heritage" contains unicorns and fairy dust and cute pixies and happy people singing happy songs and dancing and playing nice and never a nasty word is said. It also contains a Warning Message that's just One Big Lie. Nothing's changed! It's still chock full of raunchy, kinky, demonic sex, and a lot of people doing bad things and enjoying it! I'm new to the Harem / LitRPG thing (If I'd known more about LitRPG when I wrote Shadow, I might have incorporated more elements of that into it). I have a FT job, so I work on this when I can. Hopefully the next one will be even better. https://stryvant.blogspot.com/
A good installment. The MC gets a handle on his curse and makes things official with his women. Not a whole lot of action. This felt like a preparation book for the action that will happen in the coming books.
Wasn't sure I liked it at first, but was enjoying it by the end This book is a power up / training montage where the MC (Dan) gets more powerful. To be honest, I skipped over most of the sex scenes of which there are a fair few. I thought this book was where the series jumped the shark, but I was mostly wrong because when I got to the end I jumped right into the next book with out hesitation.
Much like the first 2, this was enjoyable. Not too many sex scenes, but it’s understandable. It’s time to go to war. Dan finally reclaimed his demonic half (for better or worse) and that involved cannibalism. Not gonna lie, I’m concerned about his current state. I’m sure he’ll through like he has so far.
His women are great as always. As for his father-in-law, he’s a trip.
The action scenes were cool (though a bit of a blur).
Weson was really something. It’s a shame he killed his secretary. I’m going to enjoy his demise.
So yeah, this’s an enjoyable addition. I’ll definitely read the final installment. You should too.
Dan and his girls are back in town and time's getting short before Dan bites the big one. There's a chance that someone who's knowledgeable about curses on humans can help, but there's a teency problem, the person is Wrath's father, the one she stold his favorite sword. And he hates humans. Add to that he's kind of famous throughout the demon relms for his violent temper, and he hates humans..a lot. Pick up book there for a little magic a lot of violence and some sexy fun!
Dan and his harem are on the move. After a trip to see Status father, Dan is able to join his warring aspects. The relationships between the characters continues to grow in depth, they are well written and the sexual exploits are titillating serving the plot and not just stuffed in. I have enjoyed all three books and I'm looking forward to the next one!
Instead of 1 review,I should be doing 3, or I should have done two with this being number three...
Anyway, for those that look at the last book in a series to look at reviews, go back to book one and buy it already. When you get back here you will understand that except for one minor overuse I completely enjoyed inhaling these books like Lofn drains weak men.
This was another great addition to the series. If you were here then you already know what to expect. Plenty of action without being repetitive and plenty of new characters being introduced. I thoroughly enjoyed the character development as well and I can't wait to see where the story takes us next and what we discover.
I really like this series it's a fun read and a lot of exciting things happening. I especially like the way the characters interact with each other is fun and it keeps me interested I hope the story continues and would like to read the next one soon.
Urban fantasy harem adult situations Dan the MC to deal with his half-demon heritage. Much of the book is this side quest where he is challenged to embrace his roots and deal with his dying body. A little grimmer than my usual fare, but enjoyable nonetheless. Stryvant is great with both characters and action. Fun.
There were a few fun twists on the story that I enjoyed and the variation on magic & magical beings makes it stand out from other stories. Like all mid-series books it ends just before the next set of good stuff is due to happen. Looking forward to the next one.
All ive got to say is I an so so soooo happy you didnt try and rush for a trilogy at 25% to go. It would have been a true waste to end this series here, since theres just so much potential ahead. I say at least a 5 book total for this series, depending on what goes on in book 4.
This book sees the end of the things holding Dan and his girls back. And once they can go forward at full steam.. they really do! We also get to see another realm and an over-bearing father-in-law who has to be won over. Good thing Dan knows no fear. Definitely recommended (17+)
And is succeeding. The character development is spot on. The overall story is balanced and we'll thought out. The pacing is good, fast enough to keep you reading past bedtime but not so fast you miss chunks of in book time. I really hope this goes the distance like his other series.
A really good book 3, sorry it took so long to get back into this series
This book continues the story of Dan and his build up from a cursed Dork to something else, while building plans to Kill Wesson. Dan strengthens his bonds with the girls, lots of sexual hijinks, and a training montage later we are all set for what I assume is the 4th and last book in the series. Loved it.
I'm loving the series and the direction it's heading, really hope it's as long as valens. Also hope Lofn gets an actual 'scene' like the other girls soon. Otherwise a great third book!
To many series start getting lost around book three. This series keeps right on building on its initial storyline. Plus who can complain about the characters. Got to love it.
A slightly more sexually tame adventure with Dan and his demon harem. More magic and curses and opponents to kill. Lucky Dan even gets to meet one of his demonic father in laws. An enjoyable supernatural adventure in havoc.
Loving this series. Although it may have been intended as a sort series, a few more installments would be awesome. Even a connected storyline or two. Would love to have the story of the Zoo and its characters
I’m so glad that they completed this leg of the story arch. The trip to the other realm was a great touch along with the father but. This is shaping up nicely.
The characters are lively, fun to spend time with, and very intelligent. The villains are completely despicable and have no redeeming qualities. The plot is well paced, very entertaining, and easily captures the readers attention.
Great story. Charachters getting more loveable every chapter, the intrigue and humour are amazing and the whole series are simply delicious. Cannot wait for the next book!
A good next chapter in the series. Looking forward to the next one. Liked the way the story progresses and the character development. A good quick read.
Another solid installment from stryvant. Can't wait until the next one.keep them coming there's so many possibilities that I'm excited to see where this goes.
