This is the second book that continues with Gabby and Grayson. When Grayson is transitioning into a vampire something is not going right. Gabby has to seek out to find what went wrong when she turned him. She goes to her father and helps her and Grayson. While she is with her father he brings her out that she is his daughter. There is a new man on the scene that Gabby is attracted too named Sebastian. A crazy woman that wants Gabby taken care of. So things get dicey for Gabby and Grayson. Cant this crazy woman does what she has set out to do to Gabby? Is Sebastian going to come between Grayson and Gabby? There is drama and action along with loving moments. Just make sure you read the first book so you know what is going on.

While I'm a sucker for soul mates I felt ashamed as I found myself rooting for Sebastian. Gaby continues in this second novel as the strong stubborn type, which I like. However somehow (good writing I think) Grayson falls from the pedestal leaving a crack in the door for me to let Sabastian grow on me as a new possible love interest for Gaby. The ending is a little surprising yet at the same time, I liked how it left off giving the perfect start to the next novel in this series. I look forward to reading it. I didn't give this five stars due to the peppering of spelling errors and in some cases, words missing entirely from a sentence that should be there. - I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
The Twists keep coming! “Blood Ties’ continues Gabriella and Greyson’s storyline from “Fate” book 1 with more drama, intrigue, and excitement. Will their love be tested again? The twists in this tale keep you reading and guessing to the last page, with a shocking ending. This is a not to be missed tale.

This was a pretty good read. The storyline has action, suspense, romance, and a lot of drama. I like the main characters, and the storyline just kept me on my toes with its plot twists. Will be interesting to see what happens in book 3.
I enjoyed this story very much so. It had a well-thought out premise with plenty of extremely interesting characters. The main character was increasingly fascinating and I never found myself wanting to quit reading the story. I finished it all rather quickly and would definitely recommend this book to others wanting to try this author out.
