This is the Bible of Kanban and will totally change the way you think about change in your organization. This knowledge will enable you to lead change and evolve your organization to be customer-focused, risk hedged, agile and future-proofed, and best of all do it without having to tear it apart.

As Kanban trainer and coach I'm using Kanban Maturity Model every day. It supports not only every day challenges at work, but also helps me to broaden my perspective and help other people to solve their doubts and issues. This book helps to understand how people think, why it is so difficult to introduce change in your organization, and why it is more important to focus on values than practices and outcomes.
But what is even more this is the book not only about Kanban. KMM book will be your guide over the next 10 or 15 years, cause its content is expanding way beyond what you are achieving right now with your organization.

If you`re looking for a guide on growing and evolving your business with Kanban - there is no better book to read. The Kanban Maturity Model was tested during a special beta program when it was applied in different companies all around the world. This second edition book has all the latest updates, it was written given the results of running this beta program and in general summarize almost 10 years of studies, research and development made by authors - David Anderson and Teodora Bozheva.
This book is made in a form of a guide - you don`t need to read it all through. Instead, you can define where you are and move from there - read the theory and check the practices on how to apply it. Probably one of the most useful books about Kanban Method ever written.
