Excellent continuation of the series

There’s a good & logical payoff for a number of things set up in previous books. The characters are true to who we’ve come to know. But there are still a number of things for future books.

Wow, the surprises Abbey has to endure in order to do her job. Many twists and turns, with plenty of surprises. Abbey, Liz, Oliver and Merrick have their hands filled, with death and magically damage. Yet, at the end of the day Abbey knows who has her back and who will betray her. As Levi worries about Samuel getting to Abbey, Abbey is not ready to give up the fight. Can't wait for the next book, cause Abbey needs to kick some butt.

Good book!

This book was good, there were times I got irritated with people in the story and I'm still wondering what the deal is with new boss guy. I know these next books are going to be good also.

A quick read through

And with one of those horrible cliff-hanger endings that deplore. If book 22 ends the same way, I am not reading book 13 when it comes out.
