Little plot, too much sex.. 3s just cos it's her debut

This book was a wild ride full of steam and twists and turns. I cannot believe it was a debut novel because it was that good. It gripped my attention from the beginning till the end. I was hooked and couldn’t get enough of the spicy romance between the MCs. I liked the fact it was told in different POVs and that it was about two brothers. In a single book, we get to drool over two sexy alphas and sassy heroines. What more could you ask for. I’m highly anticipating the next book in the series. Highly recommend it to everyone. ♥️

Pure steamy entertainment
I don't even know how to write this review because this story...this story...was so entertaining to read -- jealous-possessive, growly, sexy antiheroes with caveman complexes going after, heck possessing, their girls, Desiree and Ava, one new to the scene and the other a former childhood sweetheart. Brothers Kai and Killian delivered double the heat and double the bad boy alpha ruling the high school, the streets, and the sheets.
Newly arrived Desiree starts high school and is intercepted -- preyed upon -- by Kai when Ava is asked to escort around school. Similarly Ava, previously ignored by former best friend and childhood boyfriend, comes back on Killian's radar. The question is why. There is a backstory to this enemies to lovers story that, coupled with the guys' involvement in the underworld, gives this tale intrigue, some of which is revealed and the rest of which to be answered in the second part of the duet.
Likable characters. Desire and Ava could hold their own with their guys, just the right about of feisty with sweetness and submission and well-matched to Kai and Killian's over the top alpha, dominating bad boy. And dominate they did. The steam in this story was singeing, just off the charts -- skillful, explosive, and frequent. Yes, frequent; there can never be too much steam, even at the expense of story. Sufficient build up of chemistry, at least for me, that did not delay relations until mid-book. (thank you.) Main characters aside, former boyfriends, teachers, and boys in the gang also made for an enriching read. And oh that car switching scene...yeah, somewhat implausible (suspension of disbelief on high), was just pure, thrilling fun, broadcasting like a car chase on a movie set.
The pace and length of part one of this duet were perfect, rather fast pace but with sufficient detail to captivate, no filler (thank you again). Dark themes touched my dark heart; this was not the typical lightweight bully romance. I'd categorize it as light to mid level of dark; certainly I've read darker, but in this trope this book is one of the darker ones.
Overall, this was a story with the entertainment and steam meter on high, nothing staid about it, simple, direct writing rather than poetic, with a degree "say what?" for crazy alpha males in possession of their girls. I found unwitting humor in darkness along with an enjoyable story. I can't wait for book 2. 4.5 stars.

This is the first book that I’ve read by Blaire Wynters, but this is also the debut book written by two writers under this pseudonym.
If I had read this book without any knowledge of the authors of this book, I would have said that this isn't the first book they have written.
I loved their writing style and the interesting plot which is far from predictable, and this is especially noticeable with the cliffhanger at the end of this book.
What makes this book stand out from other books with the same genre is that it is told from two perspectives, but not either, but from the perspective of the two main female characters which means that the plot revolves around two couples.
"Vicious Savage" is a dark high school bully romance with a lot of angst that you won’t be able to stop reading, and at the end of the book, you’ll want to read the next book to find out what happened next.
If you're looking for a dark high school bully romance and want to read something a little different, then you should give this book a try!

I don’t think I’ve ever read a book set up quite like this, with a double romance going on, but I’m not mad it. Double the pleasure and all that. (Yes, the double mint commercial, that’s exactly how I thought of it too.)
Lots of steam, a solid developing plot, and plenty of things to look forward to.
I’m excited to see where things go from here, because I’m just out here. Dangling. Hoping I don’t have to wait too long for my next fix.

Oh my gosh. For this being Blaire Wynters debut book, I am blown away! I finished this book in just one night because I couldn’t put it down. I am hooked and already dying for the second one.
There were so many LOL moments even in the most intense scenes and I loved that so much! It was like a breath of fresh air. It’s not easy to bring humor into what’s considered dark and I really love that about this.
Though this is a dark romance book with dubcon, etc. it was fantastically written and the sex scenes were EXTRA delicious and steamy. Five stars+.

This book is amazing!
It has it all sexy scenes that are to melt for!!
Killan & Kai are alphas in every way and I am here for it I fell for them so hard.
Ava & Desiree I love I can’t wait to get to know more of the girls and what happen in their past and that ending left in on a cliff.
I wanted more and kept swiping. This book has so much action and you can’t put it down. I finished it last night and gave up sleep even though I have to work this morning. I just needed to know what was coming next and boy am I glad I kept going. The brothers I can’t stress enough if you needed a good alpha book this is it. It is everything I wanted it to be I am still reeling.
Car chases, fighting, steamy scenes, blood,
Protectiveness. I can’t wait for the next book!

What a debut! Vicious Savage delivers the promised heat, savagely possessive alpha-holes (we get two: Kai and Killian), feisty heroines with claws (Ava and Desiree), and a bout load of villains (eyes Chad). I enjoyed this so so much.
The men were everything. They were cunning, yet gentle at the same time. Revenge is best served cold, but what is passion runs deeper and feelings become haywire? Well, you relax and enjoy the show.
The best thing about this book is we get multiple point of views - Kai, Desiree, Killian, and Ava. We get to learn and enjoy emotions from all the sides. The fact that the girls both own a piece of their hearts topples the steam and tightens the plot even further.
The process of 'falling in love yet maintaining the c0cky attitude' made me swoon. They are themselves in their full glory and everything. I'd have to warn you though: CLIFFHANGER almost gave me a heart attack, but I'll hold on just to read the next book. I am super excited for everything these girls have planned out for our couples. Give them hell, babe squared! Highly recommended duet if you're looking for not a vanilla-love story, but something that is twisted yet addictive.

Blaire Wynters' debut novel and they did not disappoint. The book flowed so well that you could not tell a difference in style between the duos writing.

It is book 1 in a duet that does end on a cliffhanger.
Vicious Savage is NOT your typical bully romance. We get two different couples instead of one. Twice the bully....twice the drama, twice the steamy parts.
Kai and Killian are brothers. They are the kings of Blackcrown Falls. They say jump you ask how high. Ava and Des are the lucky or unlucky ones who find themselves in the brothers crosshairs. They both have a back story and a past filled with tragedy. The brothers are no different except their past is more hidden.
The flow of this story runs smoothly. You're not left confused.
Blaire Wynters know how to write a dark twisted book. They don't call themselves the queens of dark for nothing and they back that statement up with this book. Honestly, I didn't think I was going to love this book as much as I do. It has me on pins and needles waiting for the next book. Thankfully we don't have to wait long....book 2 comes out next month!!!!

I have mixed feelings about this.
I really liked the actual writing style, it's very good for a debut.
It's very new (to me) to have the book focus on 2 couples at the same time and Wynters did a good job off making all 4 of the MCs their OWN character. It was very easy to see who's POV it was even without the name in the headings.
There are a lot of really steamy scenes and they are well written but with that said, there are a lot of questions in this first book and a lot of things thrown around but somehow not a *single* question was answered. Instead of the cliffhanger at the end giving us BOTH answers and new questions, it just gave us more questions.
And going back to the steamy scenes, everytime something big would happen (and I mean BIG), whichever couple the chapter was focused on, they would have sex. Nothing would be discussed. The couple would just randomly out of nowhere start fooling around.
And also most of this book was miscommunication after miscommunication and instead of the couples working stuff out, they would just start fooling around. For example, h one would ask H one why he hates her and instead the H would just distract her with smexy times.
Like I said, I'm all over the place with my thoughts. I enjoyed the actual writing. I never once thought to myself of how bad the writing is because it isn't BUT there are several things in the plot that I just didn't like.
I went 3.5 because while I just stated so many things I didn't like, I did enjoy this book to a degree. And I'm definitely going to read book 2.

A Smash Hit of a Debut!
4 stars!
I- where do I even begin? Usually I would start with a line from the book or a quote, but I’ve literally been rendered speechless and don’t even know if those would do my review or this book justice. Vicious Savage is Blaire Wynters debut book, and lord was it a wild ride to read. This was nothing like I expected and literally everything more. With this fast paced, fast burn of a story, with the 2 main MC’s just oozing raw s*x appeal, it’ll leave you wondering where the time has gone when reading, cause I lost complete track of mine.
I didn’t know if I was going to like this writing style or not. Vicious Savage is written in a dual POV following 2 main couples, so 4 main characters. The POV’s are switched between the 2 fmc. I seriously thought I was gonna get lost or confused when reading, but having both girls follow within the same storyline, it worked out so freaking well, and I just keep wondering why I haven’t seen more like this before.
This book is not your typical romance, so if that's what you're looking for, then you may be disappointed, but if you come into this book with an open mind? Then you’ll most likely end up loving it. Killian and Kai are hardcore alpha as*holes, just leaving behind a trail of dominance being the kings of their environment. Ava and Desiree are two girls who have had it rough with their homelife. They just want to survive and move on with life, living it as normal as they possibly can. But when Kai barrowls in Desiree’s life, and Killian showing back up into Ava’s, that’s anything but. The girls are quickly swept up into the brothers life, with one girl having to adapt, and the other finally joining back into it.
I quickly got swept up in the relationships. Both were totally different, but both oh-so toxic you can’t help but want more. With Kai and Desiree, they never really had any soft or sweet moments, but Des is quickly falling for Kai without wanting to, and you understand why. With Killian and Ava, they were slightly different. With them having a past, Killian kind of goes on autopilot for a few moments and you see those feelings come back, but with him not knowing why Ava did what she did, he’s guarded.
This book had so many action packed scenes. Literally right from the beginning things happen, so people who look out for TW, beware. I loved it all honestly, but the only thing that really got to me was how quickly they dominated Ava and Desiree without there really being a reason. There wasn’t any sort of built up to that, but they did burn. I also wish there could’ve been a little bit more little moments between the couples, and it not being so heavily based with steam, but I do understand why it wasn’t. Eventually certain things are explained, but it still feels a little unknown on why, but maybe it will be explained in the next book or not. It's not something I'm sitting on because of everything else in the book. Overall, i’m highly addicted and I can't wait for more!

This book was INCREDIBLE!! I can't believe this was the debut book. These two authors wrote so well together if I didn't know it was two authors, I would have never been able to tell. There is no way to tell which author wrote which chapters without them telling.
This is a high school bully romance with other dark themes.

Killian omg he is just as perfect. He is toxic and dominating. He knows exactly what to do and also commands attention to get what he wants. He has his weak moments where he turns soft. But in his defense he has a whole history with Ava.

Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought this was a debut book!! What I found most intriguing about this story was how it was essentially two books in one. We get to see the world through the eyes of both heroines. That means we get to experience two relationships - Killian & Ava and Kai & Desiree.
The Pierce Brothers aren’t your average high school teenagers. They may sound the same with swoon worthy British accents but they look nothing alike. One dark and brooding, the other light yet lethal. Killian and Kai are half-brothers who were shipped to American from England and raised by their crime lord-esque grandmother. Remember Nathan and Lucas from One Tree Hill? The Pierce brothers are reminiscent of the Scott brothers but in a very loose and general sense.
Kai and Killian are the leaders (maybe even founders) of a local gang - The Blackcrown Vipers. They are rich, ruthless, and own the town. They also own the school as it’s most feared twosome on and off the basketball court. Known for their outlandish antics and parties, anything these two want they will have. And now that includes the girls they can’t seem to stop hate-fcking.
Ava’s story is old as time, her childhood best friend and first love turns into the bully she can’t escape, until one day everything changes. Desiree on the other hand is merely a pawn and part of a revenge plot. This poor girl unwittingly gets thrust into a turf war she never knew existed. Thankfully she doesn’t come out as collateral damage.
Both brothers are brutally dominant in the bedroom and remarkably alike in their actions. There’s hot AF scenes throughout this story that some have called too much. I personally loved it!! It was a true representation of the teenage libido and inhibitions with a fulfilling amount of story.
Oh and that miserable human CHAD - that guy was a serious piece of work and got everything he deserved! Yet I’m still shocked at that ending. I need to know who the heck is stalking the groups. Is it someone inside? Is it the girl's father? Is it a rival? I simply NEED to know!! Good thing book 2, Cruel Rage, comes out soon. Cliffhangers, it’s a love hate thing.

Hot damn. This book was darkish, bullyish, sexy AF, and fast-paced. It was unique having TWO FMCs POVs and the individual romances that went along with each. I wondered how the author duo would pull it off but it was absolutely flawless in execution. Everything flowed seamlessly and we were given TWO stories within one book that was all linked together. It was on the shorter side, which I'm coming to realize I really enjoy when I want to get to the nitty-gritty, sexy times faster, and these authors did a fantastic job filling the pages with just enough angst, steam, and plot to leave me more than satisfied.
Killian and Ava had the emotional backstory full of lies and heartache. Their touches were forged in passion and pain. Kai and Desiree were brought together by assumptions and mistrust. Their touches were pure fire and brimstone. Both couples had dubcon, throat grabbing, rough play, and sooooo many steamy scenes I was fanning myself so hard I could legit feel the breeze. 🤣
An intriguing plot that will carry into Book 2, Cruel Rage, had me glued to the pages. The push/pull of each couple, the growing friendship between our two FMCs, the gradual development of feelings between each couple, and the extremely fast moving plot were all a perfect storm of dark, bully romantic brilliance.
I'm SO freaking happy I hopped on this wild train for Blaire Wynters. And I can't see what these ladies grace us with next.

Woah. I have no idea what I just read! 😂 This book was action packed and soo steamy 🥵🥵! You were thrown into the story without warning and you have no idea what is going on half the time but you couldn’t put it down. This was a fast read and unique story.

This book was unique in that it had two sets of couples and its told from the POV of both women- Desiree and Ava. These girls went through hell so they deserved the edit over the guys! Desiree and Ava both find themselves attached to the Pierce brothers without a way to escape but let’s be real.. do they actually want to? Desiree is new to school and Kai sets his eyes on her immediately but not for the usual lovey dicey reasons.. nope Desiree is tied to his arch rival and he sees a use for her. But will he be able to withstand the pull they have for one another? Ava is tied to the brothers as a foster sister who disappeared, you get to find out more about this trio and their start to running the Viper gang but there are so many secrets with Ava and Killian, I’m just dying to find out.

Wow! How this is Blaire Wynter's debut book I have no idea because you never would guess it! They absolutely killed it in this book.
Let me start off by saying if you don't absolutely love cruel, brutal, mean, and near un redeemable guys then this isn't for you bc Kai and Killian are horrible in the best possible way!!!
Vicious Savage is told in dual POV but get this. Its told from both the main girls POVs so that means you don't just get one couples story, you get them BOTH! In both books! I thought that was awesome and definitely unique seeing as how I've never read a book like that unless it was like an RH or something. This is not RH btw.
Des and Ava are probably extremely high on my list of favorite female characters. They're strong, take no bs, fiesty women who give just as much as they're given by these guys. I absolutely love them!Of course I can't pick a favorite brother tho. At least not yet. They're both perfect in my eyes!
Now to the flaw in the book. If you love a lot of steamy hate sex in your books then this won't be a flaw but bc I prefer more story than sex I felt the book was a little overloaded with those steamy hot scenes. And let me tell you. They were STEAMY!!

Vicious Savage is a debut book by Blaire Wynters and it was amazing! This book is told from both girls points of view in two relationships with brothers. Ava and Killian are one couple, and Desiree and Kai are the other. We get to see Ava and Desiree's thoughts and what they are going through.
Both Ava and Desiree are going through own battles especially with Killian and Kai. Ava grew up with Killian and Kai with their grandmother. The grandmother wants to sell Ava to the highest bidder and Ava knows she needs to get away so she runs away. However Killian thinks that Ava has done much more than she has and calls her names throughout the book. Even though he calls her these names Ava still has feelings for him.
Desiree is new to the school and Kai has his sights set on her. He thinks she was sent there by her ex-boyfriend to get back at Kai for something between them. Her father gets out of prison and Desiree is afraid of her life as well as her mothers and Kai's. When something happens to her mother she ends up staying with Kai. Feelings between them also continue to grow.
I can't wait for book two. I'm hoping we get some of the guys points of view, because I'm curious to see what Killian will think when he finds out about what really happened to Ava. I'm also excited to see Kai and Desiree's growth.

So when I went in I had no idea what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised!
I loved that this book had two stories going on at once, but that they were both very connected. I loved that both POVs were from the female characters, it was different and I loved that! I love to read something different it’s so refreshing. I loved Eva and Killian the push and pull between them was so fascinating to me, their story, their past, I loved it all.

I spend most of this book on the edge of my seat wondering what was going to happen, I had so many questions, half way through I felt I couldn’t read fast enough. That was freaking amazing! Vicious Savage was straight beast! I am so in love with Killian and Kai they are not only gorgeous but straight savages with no care in the world. Their presence is so commanding and they are so dominating and completely ooze sex! Ava and Desiree what can I say about these two besides they are two bad as*es for being able to put up with those two guys and still hold their own and dish it out right back at them. As much as their bodies both craved Killian and Kai they still fought them at every turn trying to remain in some kind of control in their lives. Their growing friendship is honestly something I think they both need after being alone and just trying to survive for so long. This story is completely dark and delicious they is lots of twists and turns to keep you guessing. And Da*N that ending had me like 😳 how you just going to do us like that! I am dying to get my greedy ass hands on Cruel Rage!

I cant believe that this is a debut novel!? It was just so good!! Straight away i was hooked into the story and one of the main reasons for this, is that the story covered two couples instead of one. So you get Killian & Ava's story as well as Kai's and Desiree's! I have to say i loved both couples! Kai and Killian are in a league of their own, if i were to say they were controlling and dominating it would be an understatement!! These guys took the word 'alpha' to a whole new level!! Despite this you could see their protectiveness and caring side come out as the story progressed which just added to their appeal and as for the sex scenes.....well they were so hot and steamy they should carry a warning!!
If you enjoy darker romances, full of steam with a plot full of suspense and mystery then you need to read this book, i cant wait for the next instalment especially after that cliff hanger of an ending!!

I’ve been waiting for this book for months, this debut novel. So many teasers, and FINALLY, release day is almost here!!
Let me say, these authors blew this out of the park! The debut novel snuck in, and wrapped their greedy fingers around my heart. The story starts fast, but develops slow, but the heat is so hot with these two couples. The backstory is slowly built in, and by the time you get to the end, you can’t help but love the two psychos and there girls!

Let me say, these authors blew this out of the park! The debut novel snuck in, and wrapped their greedy fingers around my heart. The story starts fast, but develops slow, but the heat is so hot with these two couples. The backstory is slowly built in, and by the time you get to the end, you can’t help but love the two psychos and there girls!
And that cliffhanger?!?! 😱😱😱😱

Blair Wynters did an EXCELLENT job with the dark and gritty . Ugh i can't wait for the next part !

I can’t believe this is this author duo’s debut ! I’m absolutely obsessed with this story! I also haven’t read a story where the book focuses on two couples so it’s told in multiple POV I wasn’t sure if I would like it but I completely loved it ! It was easy to follow and took nothing away from the story it made it that much more compelling to read . The writing is incredible it’s full of darkness suspense steam and angst . I can’t wait to see where they take us with these two couples there’s so much going on ,this story is full of lies betrayal and secrets. That ending blew me away! This is such a unique dark high school bully romance and one I’m definitely here for !

So in love!!
First book to be read by the author Baire Wynters. I finished this book in one sitting. That's how good it was from beginning to end. I don't know what was about those 4 that kept me reading. Usually when the girls don't fight back it's a downer for me. However in this, Desiree and Ava had that umph to hit the boys where they needed it. Ava and Killian are definitely my favorite. I'm not a big fan of Kai and How he did Desiree and her first time and how easily she just gives in to him, but I understand given what River said to Desiree that night. Cant wait for the next book.
