Colt was the tenth book in Lena Bourne’s Devil’s Nightmare MC series.

Colt began near the end of the previous book, Ace, with a scene that had already played out; however, this time we heard it from Colt and Brenda’s perspective. Brenda was Stormi’s best friend that had also become a prisoner within the Roadside Sinner’s MC. This was the scene that started it all for Colt and Brenda.

Bourne then took us through the remaining MC conflict that was a carryover from the previous books. True to the series, it was suspenseful and action packed. Although I liked Colt’s alpha character, the suspenseful nature of the plot was what kept me hooked and intrigued.

Also true to the series, Bourne gave us a teaser near the end for Blaze. So hopefully we’ll see him next.

I'm loving this series with only two books to go. Colt is a bit of a screw up but he tries to do the right thing for the club. When he was sent in, in the last book to gather information he met Brenda.... she was at one time Stormi's best friend. They only talked for a few minutes but somehow they connected. He knows he has to get Brenda safe.

With not much support he goes after her and gets her set up in a motel to hide out in. She thinks she is going crazy like her mom did and that was never settled. The one thing I didn't like in the book. She does end up being a help to the club so when her past comes back to haunt she has some back up but will it be enough?

Brenda has learnt the hard way that the only person she can count on is herself. She is tired of finding herself subject to other people’s demands and all she wants to do is pay off her debt and escape the situation she finds herself in.

Colt is a member of the Devil’s Nightmare MC who meets Brenda while on club business and is drawn to her in a way he has never felt before. When circumstances take a turn will he be able to rescue Brenda or will she become collateral damage?

I was a bit prejudiced against Brenda from a previous book (RIP Josh), because of her words and actions. Brenda was an opportunist and a user. I didn't like that Brenda exhibited too much attitude and coldness at times towards Colt, for someone in her position. Smh. You get more flies with honey than with vinegar, girl!! I enjoyed the dramatic flourish at the end and Brenda's growth, but I was hoping for a blood bath. Lol. Colt was such a tame
kitty cat with Brenda- side effects of love!! Looking forward to more.

OMG, it's been a few months since I had a book from this lady to read, and let's just say that I couldn't start it fast enough.
Not only is this book written by one author that I really love, but also it's an MC book. Oh yeah...
You know that I really adore this genre.
The more I read... The more I need...

This new book explores the lives of Brenda and Colt.
Brenda is used to the life of the MC. She starting screwing around with the president if on MC to achieve one goal.
But sometimes life has other ideas...
Colt was sent to do one job to prove himself. Being a part of the Devils MC is job is to protect his brothers no matter what.
On that job...
Oh boy, how I missed this.
I love this lady and her books don't ever disappoint.
Perfect plot, well written, super intense with a cloud of darkness in between.
Each chapter was even more intense than the latest and the need to know more, kept me reading nonstop.
These two were made for each other. Her sassiness and his big mouth were perfect in every way.
We have some craziness in here as well as some hot stuff. Oh boy... Hot hot hot.
Once I started to read, I couldn't put the book down and I was mad when someone interrupted me.
Seriously? Do not, I repeat, do not interrupt me when I'm reading an MC book...
Jeez... Crazy much?
Overall, it was another amazing book that will hold your heart hostage.

This exciting action packed suspense filled mc romance story.Colt is undercover at the Dinners OF bar along with his brother an best friend Blaze they are there to tell Ace to get out they think his cover is blown.He sees Are an Stormi going to a back room He sees a beautiful woman that he wants and she's bartending says her name is Brenda .But when he knows Ace hasn't come back out but the Presidents son has he makes his way over to Blaze who's acting drink an says it's been too long something isn't right.So he has to hide outside an forget the beauty for now.Ace an Stormy are being lead to a van an he knows it's not good he jumps the fence an meet a up with Blaze the follow the van an get Ace back .The way he feels he wants to go after Brenda. Brenda finds a note from Stormy saying she had to leave but that she knows Brenda will find away to get out too.Brenda is beyond kissed at her friend when they find out Stormy is gone they are gonna take it out on her.Brenda doesn't trust anyone she's had to do whatever was necessary to survive.When she's grabbed from her room by two of the Dinners she tries to seduce them hoping it will save her life. Will Colt get there in time to save Brendas,life ?There are so many twists and turns to this story will keep you riveted until the very last page and leave you begging for more.I love the way this amazing author brings the characters to life before your eyes and makes you feel their emotions and their pain.I can hardly wait to see what's next by this multi talented author.

He's got a big job to do and this gorgeous creature behind the bar is a distraction he can't afford right now. But he can't get over how beautiful she is. He just has to finish this job. But will she still be there when he gets back? This is another incredible book by Lena Bourne. All the answers are right at your fingertips. All you have to do is read it. Now if you haven't read the previous books in this series, you'll probably want to do that first. I mean, why take a taste of your favorite dessert when you can have a full serving? Remember, if you want to read a book you can't put down, you have to pick it up first.

I can't believe that we are on book 10 and the storylines keep coming, thrilling with excitement and action and wonderful characters old and new. Colt is a newish soldier in the ranks, he's been with the Devils a couple of years and is one of the guys Cross sends in to warn Ace that the sinners are on to him, he sees Brenda and it's like instalust and he vows to get her out of there.
Brenda wants out of the Sinner's clubhouse like her friend Stormi, when she locks eyes with Colt she finds him attractive but also something more, something she can't seem to understand, and then he comes to help her get away.

Of course nothing is simple.......

Loved this addition to the Devils and I can't wait to see who and what is up next.

this is probably the most steamiest and action packed story i've ever read!!!
it also made me cry in the end and my heart felt so heavy it was beautiful!
The ending was phenomenal as always and it really did a number on me
what i also love is how detailed you wrote the make out scenes and they were just pure bliss and the writing was fabulous!!
it's a book i will never forget and will always go back to
the writings is beautiful and also the characters are beautiful!
i love colt and Brenda and I've never read a book where the woman is quite powerful as well so that was nice!
also i really like how Blaze is always looking out for Colt and also when cross and practically half of the Devils MC Gang came to rescue Colt and Brenda was really adorable

There is a reason this is the 10th release, to The Devil's Nightmare MC, because it's absolutely and amazing Series.

Colt and Brenda are going to melt your heart, with the injustice of what they face, in The Devil's Nightmare MC's newest release, Colt.

That's right, Colt is trying to improve himself in the eyes of his President, and Brenda, aka 'Brandy', is trying to escape a horrible situation, one of which she has caused herself; in a way. Discover what happens, to these two, when fate steps in.

I was beyond fortunate to have requested an advanced reader's copy of Colt in exchange for my honest and voluntarily given opinion and I highly recommend reading this release as well as the Series as a whole, ASAP.

This is the first book I have read by this author, and I thoroughly lost myself in it. The language is basic and raw (this is not a sweet little read) - I could hear the characters talking in my head.

The storyline is dark and believable - life doesn't always work out the way you hope, and this is exactly what happened to Colt & Brenda. Both had a tough start in life, but that does not stop them from falling for each other.

Brenda has made mistakes in life, and one of them caught up with her, can Colt save her in time?

I will now backtrack and read the books from the beginning of the series.

This is the 10th book in the series and it doesn't disappoint.
Colt meets Brenda on the wrong night but will he be able go back and save her in time.
Their chemistry is instant but with him still on a mission to take out the Sinners MC will they be able to spend time together.
I loved how they were together but when her past comes back for her Colt might not be able to save her this time.
Loved the ending.

Colt will keep you hot on a cold winter night. If you've never read a MC romance, but you love Sons of Anarchy then you're really going to want to get into this book! I haven't read any of the others in the series yet, but I definitely will. Brenda has a fire in her, and she knows she's made bad decisions, but she also does whatever she thinks she needs to stay alive. Colt is strong with a little sweet and reckless thrown in. This is NOT a sweet romance however, and while it is definitely steamy, it's not all fun and games. Can't wait to read more in the series!

book 10 in the Devils Nightmare MC series. it continues on from Aces book, when Colt and Blaze go undercover in the Sinner MC bar to tell Ace to get out as his cover might be blown with their rivals, there he meets Brenda who has a knack for getting her self into trouble. can Colt be her knight in shinning armour or will she become his downfall. A well written biker romance with action, suspense, steamy hot scenes! twits and turns and more!

Brenda's a sex slave for Roadside Sinners MC. She sees Colt enter the bar one night, and hopes that he can rescue her from the hell that her life has become. He's there for something else, but hopes to see her the next time he can get there. This is on-the-edge-of-your-seat suspense and action, as well as a terrific romance. There are twists and turns in the plot that I never saw coming. The book was well worth the time spent reading.

Another action packed book in the Devil's Nightmare MC series brings Colt and Brenda's story. The author once again brings strong characters and weaves a suspense filled story. She pulled me in with her descriptive writing and detailed scenes and had me hooked from start to finish reading this intriguing story. It's well written ,moves quickly and smoothly and is a great read!

For me this was a slower book. It took me awhile to get through it. The storyline and characters are well developed it was just a slow read for me. Both Brenda and Colt are trying to find their way in life when they discover each other. Will they be able to save each other? Will Brenda escape the MC that is holding her prisoner?

I loved Brenda characters personality in this book. She is so strong and has survived through so much and it’s inspiring. She is definitely the star for me in this book. I don’t really like how she’s had to survive and the things that she’s done is not something that she is too proud of. She is still my favorite character in this book.the passion between her and Colt is quite electric though

Easy read with little drama till the end. I really don’t see why Colt fell for her so hard though. Brenda seemed like a really conniving person in the previous book and she comes off like that at first too, until she meets Colt. The action really doesn’t pick up till the end and then a fast ending.

The thrills and action kept me curious. I enjoyed the writing, great plot and getting to know these two was so much fun.

I loved how things work in this MC for women. Colt ends up seeing Brenda at another MC bar whole on a job. Things go downhill, and uphill, from there for both of them. I volunteered to read an advanced copy of this book.

Sadly this book just didn't cut it for me. As with previous books there seems to be a complete lack of editing. I found the plot dragged and there was little to no suspense. I also found the characters very lacking, in fact complete airheads.
