Talk about fun, this book will keep you in stitches most of the time. Jessica Savage is determined to bring up her bedroom antics a notch or two. She wanted to go from bland to spicy but didn't know how. Weston to the rescue. Stud on wheels and best friend to boot. Who would be a better teacher? No red flags here. Platonic, yeah right. Her heart was spinning faster than she could say the O word. What a cute friends to lovers romance that was a cute read. Once I started reading it was hard to put down. The characters are enchanting and the story line entertaining. A great read that I read as an arc and voluntarily chose to write a review.

Great cover - definitely made me envision Jenna Savage’s hotness !!
Storyline of friends to lovers a favorite genre of mine
LOL funny dialog ( ie bananas / multiple ones I might add and robots , endearing Rosie the Robot )
Also learned hyperventilation can be used as a form of measurement
Amazing characters in Jenna and Weston
Totally hope Angela ( Jenna’s BF ) gets her own book

I am so happy Booksprout introduced me to this amazing author. Every book I have been able to read has just left me feeling “so good” and Savage in the Sheets is no exception. Wes and Jenna have been friends for a number of years. Wes is the player but he would never consider playing with Jenna’s heart. Jenna is a 25 year old lawyer who tends to think everything through to the point of being straight laced and analytical even so much as to why her non existent love life / relationships fail her after “said 5 dates “ that’s the longest she has been in the dating pool. When Jenna confides in Wes about her dating problems he offers to help and they develop a 3 Stage approach to get her back in the game. The only problem is they both begin to fall hard for each other when they start to take things in the friends with “benefits “ zone !!
Can’t wait to read more by this author !! Great read could not put it down !!

I absolutely loved this book! It’s a Laugh Out Loud kind of book and I just loved Larks sense of humor!
The characters are so sweet and relatable and Jenna and Weston are couple goals!
Now I can’t wait to read Angela and Gregory’s story! Hopefully we get one.

Jenna Savage, 25, is a serious, analytical and competitive lawyer who has never been in a serious relationship and asks her best friend, Weston, 30, for help. Jenna and Weston had met 8 years ago when she tutored him during college and they were still close. Jenna wants Weston to teach her about sex by practicing with him but neither one wants to jeopardize their friendship. When they end up getting more involved they both realize that they need to talk but a misunderstanding tears them apart. Will Jenna and Weston finally talk about how they feel and can they begin a relationship?
I enjoyed this cute story with two friends who become more than friends and give it 4.5 stars. The author gave us background on their growing feelings but they were afraid to admit that they felt more than platonic love. The epilogue was a great ending for their story.

For a good time read this book!!! Friends to Lovers Rom-Com that will have you laughing, swooning, and falling in love with Weston and Jenna.
Weston and Jenna have known one another since college when she tutored him. Jenna is driven, successful, and an over achiever. She cannot keep a guy past 5 dates and cannot understand why. That is until Weston reveals that a former date of Jenna referred to her a mechanical, like Rosie from the Jetson’s. She is mortified, but with help from Wes and Angela she begins to let loose and live in the moment.
As they embark on this adventure, they find themselves looking at one another with fresh and open eyes.
Friends to Lovers is one of my favorite tropes, Savage in the Sheets does not disappoint. Lark delivers a sweet, HOT HEA!!

This book is super cute! Weston and Jenna are totally couple goals. The found myself laughing like crazy. (The banana incident with her coworker 😂) I’m sad it was a novella as I think the author could have added more to make it a legit story. I had serious doubts about Angela but she redeemed herself in the end.
Jenna is a beautiful lawyer but had trouble keeping a guy. Turns out, she needs some help in the sack. She enlists her best friend, Weston, who practically volunteers to assist and feelings start to fly.
This was a super cute, fun and light read.
*Overall novella is 5/5
*HEA - Yes!
*Lots of lust, 🔥🔥🔥 but only 1 true sex scene if that’s your kink. Still the lust is 5/5.

When Jenna asks Weston for his help with her relationship problems, it turns into so much more. I thought the characters were great in this story. They had a lot chemistry. The storyline was well written, just wished it was longer. Their story just made you want to have more of them.

Jenna is an attorney and is having problems with dating men. She needs help in the bedroom so who better to help than Weston, kind of a man about town. So they set ground rules and she falls for him. They do not communicate very well. Will things go south or can they finally open up. This book made me laugh and scream at them both for not opening up. Great story with fantastic characters. The plot progressed well. This is just a fun book to read.

This was such a great story! It had love, steamy hotness, sexting and lots of humor! I couldn’t stop laughing at some of the conversations and events in this novel! And I just love both Wes and Jenna. They are so adorable separately and together. Their chemistry together is explosively sexy and I thoroughly enjoyed this story!

Oh my God, this book was so much fun. I've always loved the concept of a playboy teaching a girl how to flirt and be more outgoing with the guys. It reminds me a lot of Before Jamaice Lane by Samantha Young.
Not to mention I loved the dual, first person point of view, which is always a deal breaker for me. Read this book, you won't regret it.

A light fun & sexy read...
I won't go into to the story in detail so will just mention that it was quite unique for me. The heroine took no prisoners in the court room but she wasn't so skilled in the bedroom. Her best friend & serious stud steps up to help her. She's a quick study & their friendship becomes so much more. Humorous with witty banter, lots of loving & sexy healing. I received an arc & this is my honest & voluntary review.

This book was the best. So funny, charismatic, and just delightful. Their chemistry is just amazing to read about, and the dialogue between them just hilarious at times. Can't say enough about it. I had the best time reading it and laughed lots. Highly impressed!

This was such a great book. I have found a new author to follow in Lark Anderson. I loved the friend between Jenna and Wes and how they trusted each other enough even with intimacy. Reading through their development was steamy fun!

Sweet & Savage
This is the first book I've read from this author and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Great storyline for Jenna and Weston. Typical friends to lover's romance drama with a big misunderstanding. I really enjoyed reading their love story. Angela is a hot mess and I can't wait to read her story next.

Poor awkward Jenna, she can't seem to catch a break in the guy department until her friend decides to teach her how to get that break. There were so many funny moments and a few serious moments. This was a great book. I strongly recommend you read it.

This gives friends with benefits a whole new meaning. Jenna needs some help in the dating department and her best friend Weston offers to help her out. This is a funny, quick read that will bring a smile to your face!

2.5 stars. I didn't like these characters and I found her to be very unrelateable. I don't understand how two ultra-hot besties never once considered each other as romantic partners. I thought them going on and on about how she was Rosie the robot from the Jetsons got old super quick. I don't understand how she had dating problems her whole life, and they were fixed by someone just saying "stop talking about work, wear something sexy, and laugh at his jokes." Problem fixed.
Her timeline of 3 meetings with Weston was completely ridiculous and nonsensical: "Ok, lets not talk for a week, and meet again in one week for penatrative sex." What? I thought that he felt like he was really written by a guy. How he sees her chest for the first time and thinks how she could totally be a centerfold in a "titty magazine". I thought his reaction to his feelings for her was unnecessarily dramatic and over the top.
The only great part was her bestie Angela, and she felt like she was ripped from a separate story. I have no idea why she would want to be friends with the boring heroine of this story.

A pleasant friends-to-lovers read!
This was a pleasant, light book. A friends-to-lovers story that I enjoyed. Great, flowing plot and really likable characters. Weston and Jenna are best friends for the past eight years. She helped him immensely during college and they became friends ever since. She has trouble getting past the third-fourth date (or a few times between the sheets) as every guy runs, he decides to help her. Up until this moment, no one had realized the feelings lurking under the surface. It was a blast seeing them both fall hard. I loved how protective Weston is. Jenna, despite her strength and assertiveness in every aspect of her life, is insecure in her interactions with the opposite sex. It’s a slow process making them admit their feelings but I loved every page leading to it. I read it in one sitting. 4 stars.
