Countdown to Armageddon: How Much Time Do We Have?
Dr. Richard Ruhling is an expert in Bible prophecy. His book, The Alpha & Omega Bible Code explained how he predicted the war with Iraq before 9-11, based on Daniel’s vision “at the time of the end.” Iraq and Iran are the Medes and Persians seen in Daniel 8:17,20.
Our world is coming to the scenes of Revelation and we should study to understand our opportunity amid the dangers that are beginning to threaten many cities.
The Bible says God won’t do anything without revealing it and the next verse is a time of fear with an earthquake as seen by comparing Amos 3:7,8 with Joel 3:16.
That earthquake initiates the end-time “day of the Lord” and the scenes of Revelation will follow. We can hear the approach of the four horsemen of Revelation 6 now.
The earthquake is also the “knock” of the Bridegroom in Luke 12:36 because the only other place that Christ ‘knocks’ is Rev 3:20, for a lukewarm church that ended in an earthquake circa 63 AD. That lukewarm church represents western Christianity.
God “executed judgment” on Egypt and He took Israel to a covenant that He regarded as a marriage, Jeremiah 3:14. This example is for us, 1Cor 10:1,11.
The US is like Egypt that killed babies in Exodus 1. Our 60 million abortions and slavery to alcohol, tobacco and a rainbow of negative lifestyles is a parallel to Egypt.
The coming earthquake will be the beginning of sorrows but readiness to make a covenant in response to the Bridegroom’s ‘knock’ is the key to high destiny and how to avoid “many stripes” in Luke 12:36-48. Until then we can expect things to worsen and climax with the earth-quake as the end-times begin in the spring of 2023.

As usual, Dr Richard Ruhling demonstrates great competence, wisdom and humanity.
It helps us to understand how with the help of the bible it is possible to predict future events.
It speaks to us of life and death, of God and apocalypse, exodus and jubilee.
It also focuses on the American health system, civil war, Islam, Last Judgment and much more.
Another book written by Dr. Ruhling, full of notions and information to help us understand and live better.
