When the line between friendship and love is erased, can it ever be redrawn? Aria spends every Christmas with her best friend Jenson, but this year she’s got a new guy, and she’s promised her holiday to Evan. Evan would do most anything for Aria, including inviting her best friend to spend Christmas Eve with them. He doesn’t expect the sparks that already exist between Aria and Jenson, though. Jenson always keeps his distance from Aria when she’s dating someone. The only thing he wants more than her is to see her happy. But a bit of teasing, a little drinking, and a lot of truth or dare take a scorching turn that ends with all three of them together. When the high of an amazing hook up fades, and truths come out, will any of their relationships survive Christmas morning?
Thanks for stopping by! I am not currently accepting any friend requests.
Allyson Lindt has been telling stories since before she could put the words on paper. She was lucky enough to marry her muse and soul mate. Their cats are their children, and when they’re not spending way too much time gaming, they’re building new worlds together. She loves a sexy happily-ever-after and helping deserving couples find their futures together.
A couple are celebrating their first Christmas together. They invite her best friend to spend Christmas Eve with them for a few drinks. A blizzard ensues and he has to spend the night. Fortunately their suite has two bedrooms - though the walls are dreadfully thin, and then there's that game of "Truth Or Dare"...
So nothing new in the setup, but Allyson Lindt and Shaylin Matthews bring us a trio of likable, human characters who all get their say, and have their reservations, about what ensues. This is a fantasy, one loaded with angst and drama and love and joy and sex and uncertainty and it works.
A great quick read to curl up with this holiday season. Recommended.
This isn’t a long book, but it put my heart and emotions through the wringer, with angst and drama worthy of a book ten times its size. I loved that this story gave me the point of view from all three characters. I think that’s part of what made my emotional connection to it so strong, because I could see it and empathize with everything Evan, Aria, and Jenson were experiencing. There are several points in this story that I despaired of them ever getting everything sorted out, so I’m particularly happy about where this book leaves them. Though, I kind of wish we didn’t have to leave them so soon. I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book from the author.
Jensen was her surprise guest. Her boyfriend was awesome for making this all happen. The weather though did extend the time together and a little liquid courage, a daring game and some unexpected fluidity made a big splash.
I loved how this short story could add in so much emotion and change. Would have loved a longer book otherwise I think this was super great to read. Great chemistry, some drama and vulnerability and a triad just beginning.
Snowed Inn By Allyson Lindt and Shaylin Matthews Main Characters: Evan, Aria, and Jenson I voluntarily and honestly reviewed this book without bias or persuasion from the author. 5 out of 5 stars This to me was a contemporary friend to lover and first-time bi romance. Jenson and Aria are best friends since college and Jenson is Aria's boyfriend. I loved this book. The chemistry between these 3 characters was off the charts and it was fun watching them come to grips and enlightenment about their feelings. I would have liked to have seen an epilogue further down the road in their relationship which is just my personal POV. I love ménage stories.
Hot Christmas story! Aria and her current boyfriend, Evan, are spending their first Christmas together at a rental cabin in the mountains. Evan invited Aria's good friend, Jenson, to visit them on Christmas Eve so that she wouldn't be bummed about not seeing him on Christmas Day. Things are a little awkward since Aria and Jenson have known each other for years and have little traditions and cute sayings that exclude Evan. When some awkwardness occurs over gifts, Jenson decides to leave early. A snowstorm forces him to turn back and a lack of alternate lodging means he has to return to the cabin. Found out what happens when these three play Truth or Dare and things start to heat up....
I was given an advanced copy of this book by the author. My review is voluntary.
☄️☄️ONE INCREDIBLE JOURNEY☄️☄️ Busting bubbles! This extremely talented, uniquely gifted and immensely impressive dynamic duo brought out the big guns, heavy artillery and ammo aplenty, grabbing you from the start and holding steady until the end, hurling this jewel to a whole new level. Confusion and misgivings descend in a flurry of heated encounters and sizzling tension, broken boundaries and crushed perimeters solidify as limitations are relaxed and tested, secrets confessed, revelations unmasked and promises made, exposing the shy quirks and defying bents, exploding this baby to life brilliantly. Temperament and attributes in layer upon layer that you peel back with each page your drawn into this tangled web so thoroughly till nothing else exists, hurling this baby into the eye of the hurricane, blowing it into a tailspin with life changing impacts. The attraction and chemistry collides with such intensity and ardor, baring boundless emotions and infinite affections, binding them together beautifully. The characters are complex, genuine and realistic with traits and qualities that balance and blend, with amazing depth and diversity and enough spice to add an extra kick to the mix. Throw in 100% on point realism, raising the stakes with such graphic scenarios that are so colorfully descriptive and vividly detailed its like you're living it with them instead of on the sidelines. Incredible job guys, thanks for sharing this little treasure with us.
⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 Basically a 🌽 written out, with not a lot of romance. Too awkward at times to be rated higher. Not sure I’d recommend to others. There is a book by Katee Robert that has almost this same theme and story, but I prefer that one more.
🌶️🌶️🌶️/5 some scenes were whewwwww 🥵 new.

✒️Favorite Quote🖋️ “Never think I don’t want you or you don’t do it for me. I’ve tried every trick in the book, to block my body’s response to you. Mind, body, and soul, I want you.”
The good👍: - great length for a novella - THREE perspectives - happy ending
The bad👎: - I know it was meant to be a trio book but the trio part didn’t actually happen until 95% so the MAJORITY of the book was AWKWARD AND 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩!! Confessing your love to your best friend in front of your boyfriend?! And then the boyfriend goes “you guys gotta talk this out” so he just walks out? Uncomfy. - no epilogue and hardly a happy ending because it’s literally only happy AS it’s ending - very similar to another book I’ve read like I said up above and for it to be so the same it had to be better for me to enjoy it, sadly this one just wasn’t - a few grammatical errors and spelling errors
This is a fun, flirty, and extremely steamy story featuring Aria, her boyfriend Evan, and Jenson, her male BFF since college. Both men want to see Aria happy, so are willing to spend some time together on Christmas Eve, despite hardly knowing each other. Jenson’s personality is so alluring that even Evan feels drawn to him. When their truth and dare challenges reveal some hidden fantasies, the ‘gift of giving’ takes on a whole new meaning! The story is a quick read with likeable and well-defined characters. There’s plenty of humour, drama, angst and super-hot chemistry, along with explicit M/F, M/F/M and M/M encounters. I received an Advance Reader Copy and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I love the spin and start to this story. Easy to read and the characters are relatable. Having each character's perspective helps understand the turmoil and the dialogue of the situation better than the characters. Newly dating boyfriend and girlfriend Evan and Aria get a cabin for Christmas only Aria spends Christmas with her best friend Jenson. Evan's Christmas gift is to surprise Aria by inviting Jenson to spend Christmas with them only it isn't what Evan expected. It is all that and more with Aria and her secret crush of her best friend. Little did we know Jenson has a little crush our his own.
Drunken “Truth or Dare” leads to unexpected sexy times, in this thoughtful look at love and attraction based on the person not their looks or gender. If ménage is your thing, this one rocks.
Allyson Lindt Snowed Inn ARC REVIEW Truth or Dare Truth or Dare and adult beverages lead to a 3some sexy times! The book was easy to read and the characters were relatable.
This book isn't a long one by any means but it put my heart through so many emotions.
Evan and Aria are spending their first christmas together. Evan invites Jensen, Aria's best friend, to spend christmas eve with them for some drinks and an exchange of presents. A blizzard makes it so he has to spend the night. Stuff happens and boy does it put my heart through lots of emotions.
I like that you get to see the point of view of all three characters because you get to see and feel what each of them is feeling. There was a few points where I wanted to punch a few of them but I am glad they got their happily ever after. I do wish the book was longer or we could see more of the characters and their dynamic.
