I’ve been in love with Lorelei Carter since we were kids. But she promised her forever to someone else. She chose the wrong brother. Antonio Agrioli grew up watching the woman of his dreams fall for his older brother. But Greyson wasn’t born to carry the family legacy and live the life of a cowboy. He up and left the ranch, his family, and his fiancée behind. And now their father’s expectations lie solely on Antonio’s shoulders. It’s his time to step up. But with Lorelei suddenly single, Antonio has a hell of a time keeping his head straight and his feelings bottled up. Could loads of alcohol and a little bit of cotton candy help Lorelei take off her blinders? Or will Antonio be doomed to suffer unrequited love forever? If only she could see that she was his home, sweet home.

Author of smart, sexy characters, J.M. Adele loves to flit between the dark and light sides of romance. Somewhere along the way an almost constant procession of imaginary characters settled into her thoughts and she picked up a pen to share their stories. She lives in Queensland with her three greatest loves, her children. When she’s not writing or being a mum, you might find her hiking up a mountain, singing in the car when nobody is looking, or curled up with a good book.
Super sweet with just enough heat, and a whole lot of heart! That's this story, and indeed this whole series. Adele has delivered a small town unrequited love story, with loads of wonderful imagery and so much feeling I almost felt like I was laying amongst the pastures, listening to the cows and feeling the sun on my face whilst reading it.
Antonio Agrioli has always been in love with Lorelei Carter. Though, with what began as a noble and protective gesture, Lorelei became his brother's fiancee, and Antonio had to suppress his feelings and remain at arms length.
So when Greyson leaves both the farm and Lorelei behind for the big city, Antonio finds himself unable to hide his feelings any longer. But Lorelei loves Greyson, right? Cue the angst, tension and nerves for this star-crossed couple who obviously have great chemistry.
Antonio is a wonderful hero; he's loyal, strong but tender and sensitive and you can't help but be gunning for him in this story. Lory is the almost quintessential naive farm girl and takes a little longer to see what's been right in front of her all along, but thank God she doesn't take too long to get there!
This tale has a delightful old worldly feel about it, from the traditional family expectations and the gentle courtship-like way this couple feels their way around their budding romance, but yet has plenty of steam as well.
This is absolutely worth the chance and ties beautifully in with the others in the series. I hope we've got a book coming for Lorelei's brother Clay, as I can't wait to see Toni say "I told you so!"
If a sweet romance is what you are after in a book this is sweet but has a heck of a lot of wonderful spice too! I loved it! Having read Finding Home not long before I was happily once again ensconced in the world of Mississippi ranches with Lorelei and Antoni.
Toni is without a doubt one true gem of a guy, to sit back and play second fiddle to your older brother and the girl you love is such an achievement in and of itself. I can so understand him doing this though, this is exactly the type of person he is where family comes first. When he loves he goes in with his whole heart and isn’t afraid of commitment. Lori naturally was a tad confused in the beginning but seeing her growth in this story is such a joy. She really is the perfect match for Toni and oh la la is their chemistry off the charts hot!
So, what’s the run down of the story? Boy knows girl for most, if not all, of his life. Girl plans to marry the boy’s older brother. The older brother leaves her behind, then yep, the boy sees his chance. Of course, it’s not quite as simple or as straightforward, but that is the fun part where you get to read the story and find out what happened.
I thoroughly enjoyed this entertaining shorter story, the perfect companion to Finding Home.
Antonio’s unrequited love for Lory, his brother’s fiancée was sweetly romantic without any ick factor. He never crossed the line while Lory was with his brother, so it was very gratifying when Grey chose to separate from Lory, leaving her free to move on. Very sweetly written with moderate pacing that helped develop their growing relationship. I liked the way Antonio was loyal to Lory from the beginning to the end as he focused on her and only her. Lory was overprotected and very naïve, but sweetly so. A very satisfying read with very little drama, lots of romance, zero cheating, and a satisfying, feel good HEA at the end.

Greyson and Antonio are brother working the family ranch and they were friends with Lorilei since they were children. When she fell for Greyson it was a crushing blow for Antonio because he had always had feeling for her. Greyson up and left the ranch deciding he wanted the city life and left Lorilei behind and as much as Antonio wants her she may not feel the same way. Can Antonio hope that Lorilei could feel the same way about him?
J.M. Adele did a good job on this story. Home Sweet Home had a strong plot that was filled with many emotions. Lorelei and Antonio were strong characters, their journey hasn't been the easiest. They had many ups and downs but they were meant for each other. Their path may have been rocky but they were drawn to one another, the connection and chemistry between them was strong, they were good together. I enjoyed this story, it was good. Thanks, J.M. Adele. Good work :)
The book is a good romance read. The story has a good story line. The characters are good, and they have good chemistry. The story is an enjoyable and emotional romance read.

Lorelei loves Grey and Grey’s brother, Antonio loves Lory. When Grey leaves to go to Boston, will Antonio confess his feelings or keep quite? This may be a short read, but it sure packed a punch. If you enjoy reading steamy reads, I recommend this book to hit the spot. No spoilers about what happens, so grab your copy and read it.

Antonio & Lory sizzle right off the pages & into your heart. Antonio try’s to do the right thing but when fate gives him a chance at love, he takes it. Lory struggles with her emotions of love & fear. Is loving the other brother really forbidden love?
I liked the believable and caring relationship he had with her even before things evolved the way they did. A sweet and romantic story built from the ashes of a previous relationship with intimate connections.
