Callaghan Green #10

The Partnership

Rate this book
He’s setting the rules.
She’s breaking them all…

Playboy. Poser. Partner.

It’s always the first two I’ve been known for. With the rest of my siblings in grown-up relationships, I decided it was time to prove I was more than just my reputation, and take my partnership in my family’s law firm seriously.
Ambitious.
Hardworking.

No more spilling coffee on the photocopier.

Forget my love life, I was taking a vow of celibacy; padlocking away the crown jewels; the bedroom was closed for business – and every other room too.

I was going to find who I was as an individual. Focus on just being me, Seph Callaghan.

And then she turns up.

This wasn’t how it was meant to go.

I was so excited to read this book and it didn’t let me down! Previously in the series, Seph was one character who always stood out in the family, always the brunt of his family’s jokes. Never quite settled or happy with his life. Particularly when he was betrayed by someone he thought he loved.

This changed everything I though I knew. Georgia arrives at Callaghan Green as a partner. She joins Seph’s department and there is an instant connection between the two. Georgia however is hiding something from Seph. Georgia’s family, Olivia and Rose were hilarious and I loved getting to know them.

This has everything you want.....the family chat, the steamy scenes and an escape into the world of Callaghan Green.

A slow burn and sensual read, this is the long-awaited story of the youngest brother Joseph, in the Callaghan Greene series. If you’ve read the others in the series, you are probably already in love with Seph, as a secondary character. Now it’s his turn to get his own happy ever after.
Joseph was always the playboy bachelor. He was fun and didn’t take life too seriously, but he has grown tired of that life. Everyone around him seems to be falling in love, building families and moving on. He wants more than just fun and meaningless relationships. Even though his life is full of success, family and friends, he feels lonely. He wants to be seen as more than the fun and energetic one.
Georgia is a single mom. She worked hard to get to the top of her career in male dominated profession. When she signs on as Partner at Seph’s family law firm, Georgia discovers that her new teammate, Seph, is handsome, sexy, kind and very hard to resist. She is torn between falling for his charm and maintaining a professional relationship.
Together they face insecurities, obstacles, and the realization that they must face being vulnerable in order to find the once in a lifetime love that they didn’t even know that they were searching for.

JOSEPH! This book has been my most anticipated read for a couple years actually. Ever since we met Seph as the youngest Callaghan Green sibling I've wanted inside his head. At times I felt sorry for him for the amount of times his family messed with him about being overly dependent and bouncy like tigger. He gave as good as he got though, especially with Max, and we get several witty scenes with the two of them. Seph tries to prove everyone wrong by taking life more serious, earning accolades and working hard at the family law firm. Surprise, surprise when he meets his new partner, Georgia! She is his ultimate match and these two together set off all the sparks. The chemistry between the two was amazingly hot and when they finally give in to those feelings, oh goodness! I adored Georgia's family and the relationship Seph forms with Rose filled my heart. Such rich family interaction, text threads that have you rolling, and the love they extend to everyone makes it all the better. This is one series that is best enjoyed if read in order.

I’ve been in love with this series since I first read Max and Victoria’s book and as I read the first two out of order and then rest in order I have been waiting for Seth’s book. Seph’s book was amazing and so worth the wait and all the books that came before his because we got to see the most growth and change from him over the years.

Georgia is the perfect match for Seph and made this book worth waiting so we could be introduced to her! I loved Georgia, Rose and Olivia and seeing Seph join them as part of their family way amazing. My favorite part of this book was how well Payton, Claire and the rest of the female Callaghan’s took in Georgia as family.

Finally, I just want to mention how much I loved the scenes between Max and Seph because those scenes are hilarious. Additionally, the Callaghan family group chat was perfect and as usual one of the best parts of this series!!

This book was everything! Joseph's story or Seph as he is know to all his fans was the one I have been waiting to read for 3 years and it was everything I had hoped it would be and more!

Seph, has a big family, as the youngest Callaghan brother he was always the brunt of everyone's jokes! Just as well he was easy going! He had a bit of a reputation after a long term relationship went south a couple of years back. He stop trusting himself that could make good decisions, I mean he is a fantastic lawyer but when it came to his romantic life he just didn't trust himself.  He saw all his siblings happy and in love, he just wanted that for himself, he wanted his own family to love!

Everything changes when a red head enters his life, just as he decides he needs to be "more serious", he doesn't want to get involved there are complications, she's the new partner in work.

It has everything you will love, the family banter, the text exchanges will have you laughing out loud!

It was nothing short of amazing and was the perfect ending to the series!

I have only just stopped crying all the happy tears!

Worth the wait.
I fell in love with Seph at the beginning of the Callaghan Green series. As the youngest male in the family, and the one who needed to grow up the most, his story was saved till last. I am an impatient person by nature, but I have to say that this book was definitely worth the wait. Seph’s HEA is written in first person from a dual POV.

Georgia, a successful lawyer on her own, has been brought into Callahan Green as a salaried partner in Seph’s department. He is immediately attracted to her, but Seph has grown up a lot recently and he is very focused on being professional, growing his career, and proving his worth to his family and himself. Georgia recognizes Seph’s physical attractiveness, but she is not looking for a relationship either. She is focused on getting settled in London and building her career as a stable partner at CG. It does not take long for them to earn each other’s respect and admiration in the office. I loved reading as Seph is in control of his department and stands up for all the right things. Georgia is intelligent and full of sass at times, able to banter with Seph in an adorable way. I do not want to give away too much of the actual story, but I will say that I love their romance and their heartwarming HEA.

There is a lot to love in this book. I adored getting Seph’s POV on his relationship with his siblings, especially Max. I loved finally getting his side of the crush he had on Victoria at one point. I adored seeing him with his nieces and nephews as a fun but firm figure. I loved seeing him in all if his professional glory. I was beside myself with happiness to see him as a heroic, protective, soft-hearted man who will do anything for the woman he loves. There are some seriously swoon-y moments here folks. I will also note that I absolutely love Marie so much! I love that she gives it right back to the kids in their family text chats and has them breaking out the brain bleach. She is a put together, fierce, intelligent woman, and I want to be her someday.

I cannot recommend this enough, and though it is a standalone, you will want to read the whole series. I simply love this whole family, the writing, their stories, and their relationships.

I am voluntarily leaving this honest review after receiving an advance review copy of the book.

I know I’ve said it before but this series is an all time favorite and I truly adore this family. Joseph “Seph” is a special character and has appeared in every book so I’ve had lots of time to get to know him and love him. I’ve waited for his book a long time and let me tell you it was worth the wait. Seph grew up through the course of this series and a grown up Seph is truly special. His heroine is absolutely perfect and it didn’t take me long to realize that Annie Dyer saved the best for last. This series, this family, and these stories will stay with me long after the last page is turned.....thank you for giving them to us.

It’s a bit of a cliche, but diving into the latest Callaghan Green book really is like revisiting old friends. The way all of these characters have been developed adds an extra layer of richness to what is already a really well written story.
This is Seph’s book. It’s been long anticipated by many, and it does not disappoint. I was instantly sucked into the story of two people who have really good, valid reasons for making their life choices, and now find themselves dealing with a complicated mutual attraction which could change everything if they’d just let it. We’ve seen Seph from his siblings’ point of view, often not in a complimentary manner, but there have always been hints of something more complex to his character, and now we get to discover that in full. Watching him fall in love (in more ways than you might expect!) is a joy, and it’s the perfect end to a series.

I was looking for a feel good book to start this year off on a good note, and that's what I got.
Seph and Georgia are just a lovely couple. Their story weaves a web around the ups and downs of their relationship.
Can't wait to hear more from this family

I know a lot of people have been anxiously waiting for Seph's book (including me!) and now that it's here, its everything I hoped for and more!!

The youngest Callaghan brother has always had a reputation as a playboy. Seph, although a fantastic lawyer, was often the butt of his siblings jokes. Once he decides to change everyone's view of him (which means no women!), of course he meets the only woman he really wants.
I have loved Seph since day one and Georgia is the perfect match for him. We get to see a whole new side of the Seph we love and I love him even more because of it! Plus we get to catch up with all the Callaghan siblings and their famous text conversations. Definitely the perfect way to end this series!!

I'm actually sad to write this review, writing it means the Callaghan-Green series is over and I have come to love this family so so much. The final book, and the one we have all been waiting for is Seph's book.

Seph has always been the fun, tender-hearted playboy of the family. Not to mention, he has the looks of a model! He has decided he needs to clean up his act and has thrown himself into work to prove to everyone that he can be a serious adult.

Georgia is a single mom who is hired to work in Seph's department at the law firm. They both have instant attraction and instant lust. While spending time working together, it builds into something more.

Their story is one of learning to trust in themselves and each other. Seeing Seph with Rose is just about the best thing ever! We always knew he would be good in that role but seeing it play out just makes my heart so happy!

We get the famous family group texts and they are just as hilarious and cringe worthy as they always are! Every couple gets their story wrapped up and we get to know the happily ever after of each sibling we have come to know and love. I also loved the little nugget about Lainey and her boyfriend and I'm so happy that we will still have that connection in future books!

I can't recommend this series enough, this is one of my main comfort reads. I have read most of the books several times. I have a couple that I turn to pretty religiously! The Callaghan-Green family is one you want to be a part of and you never want to leave!

The Partnership
A Callaghan Green Novel
Annie Dyer
This book is everything. Just one word needed Seph. Our beloved Seph gets his hea.
Joseph Callaghan, the loveable younger brother, twin, reformed player. Seph decided to take life more seriously, work hard, improve his life choices and not be tempted by any girl.
Quote a Seph inner thought “I knew I hadn’t fallen off the ugly tree, and my job was like honey - well paid and fairly prominent.” You will laugh out loud with this well written, fun, inspiring and dreamy instalment of the Callaghan Green’s.
Georgia took on a partnership at the Callaghan Green law practice. She had secrets that she needed to keep. Beautiful, talented and a hard worker.
Strong, empowering characters written so beautifully, if you have read other novels in the series you will enjoy seeing the whole gang and their banter (and group texts) again. These characters are all well balanced accomplished adults who seem to live charmed but real lives due to the magical Ms Dyer and her carefully honed craft of literature.
This can be read as a stand-alone novel with hea but you will get the richer experience from reading the whole series and leaving Seph till last. There are definitely spoilers for previous Callaghan Green novels in this book.
I received an arc of this book.

Joseph Callaghan is all grown up!

The Partnership is the 10th book in the Callaghan Green Series and I think has to be the most anticipated book ever! The book tells the story of Joseph Callaghan AKA Seph who I fell in love with right from the start of the series.

Seph is very different to the other male characters in this series, although he has a successful career, money, good looks and a wonderful family, he is very sensitive and has lots of insecurities. He really just wants to experience what his other siblings have with their partners and children.

In steps Georgia and her beautiful daughter, Rose. Georgia is a strong, independent single mum who has not had an easy life so far. I love the fact that although Georgia is independent she is not to proud to accept help.

I also loved Georgia's sister, Olivia, I really hope we might get to read her happy ever after one day (hint, hint)

This book is full of the usual things that we have all come to love about the Callaghan's, the family texts, the teasing and banter.

I just loved it but am sad that the series has ended. I challenge anyone to not fall in love with this series.

Absolutely loved it! I’ll be back with my review when I can actually put something together that doesn’t sound 100% twitterpated.

Ok, here we go!

I’ve waited in anticipation for this book of the Callaghan Green series because, well, Seph! The youngest Callaghan has taken stock of his life and has strived to be taken seriously in both his work and personal lives. This isn’t to say that he won’t happily throw shade at his siblings in the family group texts, or at his cousin Shay who has become quite the ladies’ man/partier during his free time away from the hospital.

Enter Georgia, the newest partner at Callaghan Green, quickly became a new fascination for Seph. She’s a striking redhead that has her own little secret that she hasn’t shared with the other partners upon being brought into the firm. Her daughter, Rose, is her greatest joy in life but isn’t spoken of until an accident occurs that shakes Georgia up and makes Seph aware of her presence. He jumps right in to make sure that Rose gets plenty of her mother’s time as well as his own.

“Love you, Mummy. And I love Seph too.” I think it was at that point I decided what I wanted my future to be.

These three little sentences got me in the heart and made me love this story even more. I loved seeing Seph and Georgia get their HEA and Rose is the sweetest character.

5 stars from me!

Just like taking my time reading this book, I took a couple of days before I could review it. Seph's book is the one we readers have been waiting for, for a long time, and it was everything we needed it to be. In other Callaghan Green books, you always thought of Seph as the family joke (Everyone picking on him) or the lost puppy (Always staying at someone's house but always having his own) but The Partnership tells us, he's very much a lot of the glue that hold's this family together, without everyone picking on him, or having him stay at their place, I don't think the Callaghan Green's would be quite so close. I loved watching Seph realize he no longer wanted to be part of the butt of everyone's jokes though and be apart of the families everyone has created. Georgie is the chaos that actually calms Seph and it was so fun to watch him fall in love and be that guy we all have known him to be!

WOW, just WOW! If I could give this book more than 5 stars I would! It’s fantastic! I love the banter between all the siblings, and the love they share with each other and the acceptance of the partners is amazing!

Seph has always been the joke of the family, his womanising ways have got him into trouble more than once, but, he decides to stop his partying ways and take his job and life more seriously, also, he wants what his siblings have, a wife and kids!

Georgia is a new Partner at Callaghan Green and works alongside Seph. The attraction is instant for both of them, but you don’t mix business with pleasure. She also has a secret, one that comes out quite quickly when she has to dash off after a phone call. Seph steps in to help, and find out what she has been hiding!!

What follows is a love story that is just meant to be, fast moving, lots of loving and some hurt. But Seph has always been a soft hearted fighter and he is determined not to give up on their relationship and the one thing he wants most in the world - a family!

Rose. I’m keeping her and Olivia. Their mother and daughter relationship makes me smile so much. I love that Rose slowly allows Seph in and to be fair Olivia kept him from the first time she saw him. It says a lot when Seph doesn’t even blink at the fact that Rose has a child. It didn’t faze him. Rose herself is a strong character and she was and definitely is Seph’s ideal match.

Seph, what can I say about him? He’s loyal, fiercely protective and heck he’s the epitome of attractive! His growth throughout his siblings stories and his own was worth it. He’s not the same person he was and that is why his love and his relationship with Rose and Olivia is that much sweeter and stronger too.

I have wanted Seph’s story for a very very very very long time and I’ll be completely honest. It did not disappoint at all. Seph was definitely worth the wait. I love his interactions with his family but most of all with Max because they just wind each other up and it makes for the funniest scenes. This book is the perfect end to one of the best series I’ve read

I'd give this a million stars if I could!

It's the best one of the entire series! What a way to end the Callaghan side of the family tree! Seph meeting his soulmate in Georgia and seeing him finally get his HEA while also enjoying all the family antics and falling in love with newly introduced characters as well. I can not wait to read what she has coming in the future with the Green side of the family. This book was so good that I didn't want it to end.

FINALLY!!! One of the most anticipated books I’ve ever read. It’s too early in the year to call it my favorite, but it’s definitely going to be a top read of the year. The hero in this book is definitely a fan favorite. This is the tenth book of the series, and people have been begging for it since the first book released. Seph wasn’t ready. He had some growing up to do. He was a long wait, but he was definitely worth it.

I hadn’t really thought about what kind of woman he would end up with. I trust the author, and knew it would be a great combination. Originally I was a little surprised that the heroine was also a lawyer, but the way the story played out was brilliant. We find Seph trying his hardest to overcome his previous reputation as a womanizer of sorts. Which only came about because he had a toxic relationship in the past. He’s grown and become responsible. In fact, he’s taken it to the extreme in the opposite direction. He just wants so badly to have his family’s approval and respect. He has it, but doesn’t realize it.

Enter Georgie. She was everything he was looking for. Everything. Except he can’t get involved with her because they’re colleagues. He’s convinced his brother hired her just to torture him with someone he can’t have. Or can he? Will dating Georgia undue all of the hard work he’s put into getting the family’s respect? Obviously there’s a HEA, so when they finally take the chance Seph will have everything his heart’s desired for so long after achingly watching all of his siblings.

Heartwarming read.

I really loved reading about Seph and Georgia (and Rose!). High power couple who are both so down to earth. Both are goal driven and both needing change they never really saw coming.

I loved the give and take and I love that they were both flawed. I loved how well Rose was written and that she was always a priority. The heat in this one was spot on too!

The conflict had me wanting to shake a certain character but, it was fun to read how it worked itself out. And, I really enjoyed reading about this close knit family. I love all the support that's available.

Really good, quick paced, read.

Be careful what you wish for, you might get it! Sounds weird right? Well here’s the thing, getting what you want can be bittersweet because you finally get it, it’s everything you hoped for, nothing else compares to it at the time and then it’s over. Ugh!!!
So what can you do? You need to savor every morsel, take in every bit, digest it slow and think about what you’re doing and finally realize how much your enjoying it and commit it to memory.
I love every book I’ve read by this author but in my mind like Whitney Houston sang, You Went and Saved the Best for Last! So thank you for that because Seph was a breath of fresh air.
There is so much more to him than what everyone else sees. He is the whole package. Seph knows what people think but he lets them see what he wants them to see.
Unfortunately for Cassie she’s the classic definition of, you don’t know what you have until you lose it.
Seph is a diamond in the rough. It was fun watching Seph bloom. He’s always been fabulous he just didn’t see it. He’s sexy, self deprecating, good with kids, smart, just the right amount of cocky and when he finally meets the right one he’s allowed to shine.
Georgia, has been through the wringer. She’s independent, a single kick butt mom, determined to make it own her own. Laser focused...until!
I don’t usually quote too many lines from books but something Georgia thought actually made me laugh out loud,
“ I kissed my colleague and I liked it. He didn’t taste of cherry chapstick.”

These two have great banter and lots of sexual tension.

To me one of the real stars of this book is Rose, Georgia’s daughter. She is melt your heart adorable. Rose and Seph have almost instant chemistry. I love how they reach out to each other in their own style. The tenderness and honesty between them brought tears to my eyes. Plus Rose knows how to work them. She is just the right amount of precocious. Seth knows it and knows how to handle her with care and honesty.

Marie, Seth’s mom is another favorite of mine. She is wise beyond her years and is well versed in life and momming. She has to be she raised seven kids. She knows all the tricks. She will have you laughing and smiling lovingly. My favorite line of hers this time is, ‘ Sometimes when you know, you know.” It says so much with an economy of words.
As always we get to see all the sibling, cousins, friends and it’s so heartwarming. Max and Seph’s relationship is taken to another level. I adored it. Don’t worry if you haven’t read the other books. It can stand alone, but I guarantee you will want to immediately check out what you’ve been missing.

I read this in one sitting. I wanted to take my own advice and take it slow and savor every moment but honestly my heart needed to follow this journey. I will definitely be re reading and take it slow. I need to stop because I could talk about this for a very long time. It’s like being on that perfect first date and you’re standing at the door because you don’t want to go in and have it end. The butterflies are there and the anticipation is real. You’re waiting for that kiss and he goes and saves the best for last! Sigh....Seph!

Partnership is the fantastic finale of the Callaghan part of the phenomenal Callaghan-Green series! A romance reader’s dream come true, this story has it all - captivating story line, relatable and remarkably well developed characters and just the right amount of swoon, steam and laugh out loud fun!
While this book is a part of series, it can be read as a standalone, but I would definitely recommend reading all the siblings books - you will love the witty banter, the family group text messages, and the family dynamics throughout the series will make you understand, and fall in love, with the youngest Callaghan - Joseph, who is known as Seph.
Seph is a very successful litigator, who, despite his young age, is well known, successful and respected authority in his chosen field. So much so, the firm has to hire a partner for his department to help with the caseload.
Georgia is excited about her new position at Callaghan Green and is ready to continue to make a name for herself in the male dominated profession that often holds double standards for the opposing sexes.
Seph is on a mission to clean-up his reputation as a ladies man and as soon as he sees Georgia, he knows he is in trouble... They start building a great working relationship and friendship, but slowly discover that the pull between them might be more than they can handle.
As always, we get to catch up with all of our beloved Callaghan siblings and Green cousins, we’ll join in the joy of welcoming a baby and partake in a fairytale wedding, while we follow the developing partnership between Seph and Georgia.
I absolutely adored this book and would wholeheartedly recommend it to all romance enthusiasts!

This book is Seph’s story. I’d been waiting for this for a very long time and it was definitely worth the wait! His story was always a mystery, there was never enough information about him in the other books, just that he liked to party and not being alone. In this book we meet a different Seph, maybe more mature, grown up and we also meet Georgia and Rose, and the rest of the Callaghan-Green family. They are awesome, fun and Seph just melted my heart and became my new Book Boyfriend! I loved this book so much I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

I loved everything about this book! Georgia and Joseph’s story was so sweet and adorable. Once Georgia decided to give Joseph a chance, they both just fell so hard for each other. He was so loving, helpful and supportive to her when she needed it and she never expected him to get so involved in her life. Seph never saw her coming, and even when he gets a surprise about her past and her personal life, he can’t stop himself from falling head over heels for her. I loved this slow burn, office romance. The epilogue was just perfect!

This was the perfect ending to the Callaghan Green series! I loved Seph from book 1 (Engagement Rate) and he's grown on me through the series. This book is brilliant, absolutely amazing. I'm so happy that Seph finally has his HEA after dealing with a heartbreak. I cannot recommend this book enough, though you should definitely read the series in order.

Sorry to see it end

This is the end of the series, although there’s going to be books about the Green cousins. When the series first started, I wasn’t wild about Seph. He seemed rather full of himself. After breaking up with Cassie, he seemed like he was a cross between a player and a spoiled child.
In Evergreen, he seemed to get his act together, and I liked him more. I always liked the single parent trope, and Rose was a sweetheart. Georgia seemed to have her act together at first, but really, she was a bit of a mess, and Seph had his act together much more than she did.
I loved this book and I would recommend it to everyone.

Joseph has finally arrived, well I can't get use to calling him that, he's Seph to us all. Everyone who has followed the Callaghan Green series has been awaiting the much anticipated player's book - except that guy is long gone. He stole our heart's and had us craving him throughout and he certainly didn't disappoint at all - he actually excelled.

Throughout the series Seph has changed, matured and determined to prove he is different but is knocked flying when new partner Georgia arrives at the firm.

Georgia's past is something that can't be avoided for long and when Seph digs away he starts to see the bigger picture.

Can Seph really proove to the whole group and of course Georgia - he is exactly in the right mind set to deal with every challenge thrown at him?

Swoon, swoon and then some more swoon. The Partnership by Annie Dyer hit me with all the feels at all the right places. And my heart melted so fast. I am dying over the sweet, sexy and all consuming feels. Just wow.

Seph Callahan is the youngest one of the big Callahan family. He is trying to change his "reputation " as a party-loving bad boy and working hard in their family law farm. His new colleague Georgia is someone he should stay away. She is gorgeous, smart and has a lot of complicated parts in her life. Including being a single mom.

I have been waiting for Seph's story for a long time. I have seen his evolution in the other books and was so ready for him to get happily ever after. And Georgia was perfect for him or what. She is sassy, intelligent, independent, confident and can take on the world on her own. But she has been burnt in past and she has to be careful not to hurt her adorable daughter by any sudden choice. She has such a beautiful heart. She may be a fierce queen but the author also showed her vulnerable side in a very well balanced way. She is an amazing mother and faced all challenges heads on.

Let's talk about Seph please. I mean, a man this perfect should be illegal to write about. He is super sexy, delicious, charming, witty, funny, caring, protective, loyal, loving and so on and on. He has come so far from his reckless days and I totally could feel all his longing to have someone to call his own. He is so good to Rose. ( This girl is the definition of cool kid. I hugged her so hard in my mind). And to Georgia. Never pushed her too much unless it's in bedroom. Respected her space and yet never stopped showing how much she means to him. It was a slow burn set at a fast pace. Flawlessly written. There was a never a dull moment. I wanted to read every single cute, awkward, smoking hot and swoony step of their relationship over and over again. The chemistry burnt me through the pages and I never wanted this swoon fest to end. And Oh I love this family so so much. They rock.

The Partnership is the tenth book in Callaghan Green series. And Annie Dyer kept it interesting and fascinating and mindblowing from the very first book to this one. That should tell you how amazing her writing is. How incredibly talented she is. I just need to tell you one thing. ONE CLICK IT WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT.
