Nice set up for pubs in a D&D style setting. As a long time pintsman, I was impressed. The given inns are set up well for role playing, with many excellent adventure hooks for an experienced DM.

While I personally enjoy more modern pubs, most of these do have an excellent feel for the past, so they lean slightly “sports bar” with the employee descriptions, I would not (as a more novice reviewer has stated) say it’s sexist… especially after setting up a random generator using the tables at the back), but would say there could be a more evening out of the given inns to keep that not all together incorrect statement from being so bad.

The majority of this hook is great. But the book is also pretty sexist, with everything written with the obvious assumption that the characters are uniformly male and straight. There are some other problematic things throughout the book as well. But if you ignore these problems, it's still helpful.
