This book is the ultimate overview of running an arts non-for-profit in the 21st century. The book does a great job of covering lots of areas that are relevant for any board member or c-suite level position in an arts organization.

Deserves 4.5 stars due to the general typos in the text, but the content is great. Learned a lot about nonprofit organizations and, more specifically, arts organizations. One of my favorite textbook reads for a class ever.
