I admittadly skim read the last 50 or so pages. The book does offer a good bit of practical advice, with some personal stories and anecdotes. I just found it a bit slow (probably as I am more in a fiction phase for the last few years), so I won't provide it a rating. There are some particularly good tidbits and things to mull over.
Really excellent book for leaders who want to know how to make changes within their organization. I’ve read a lot of DEI books but this one has actual steps, what data to gather, and even draft policies for groups such as ERGs. I found this very practical and useful.
Excellent read with practical wisdom and recommendations on how and what to prioritise, especially if you are the sole DEI hire in the company. Useful tactics and tools to use that would ensure sustainable impact. Now I wish I can attend one of his talks.
