"Even with my mechanical modifications, I weighed no more than a hundred and ten pounds; I felt as though I could fly sometimes." Moments after waking in a strange world in a body she doesn't recognize, Camrist is forced to create herself anew, including the name she's given herself. And then only moments after that, she realizes why she doesn't recognize the world she's woken up in and the role she played in its past, present, and inevitable future.

For a first time author this was one of the best books I have read in a long time. I was drawn into the world Morgan wrote about. The imagery was amazing. I could picture exactly what Morgan was intending. The characters were well developed. The ending left me eagerly awaiting the sequel.
