A Daddy who has everything money can buy...
Except the one boy he can’t have.

You’ve never met a boy like Nick Macklin. He’s an enigma, wrapped in warm cinnamon pastry, wearing a belly-exposing tank top. He’s two hundred and forty pounds of confident, cocky, curvy yumminess.

He’s proud of his body and proud to be a big boy. He’s also loud, unfiltered, loyal, and fiercely independent. In other words, everything smart, successful, sexy silver fox Daddy Steel Crawford has ever wanted in a boy.

There’s just one problem: Nick thinks Steel’s a jerk.

One of those guys that can get what he wants, simply because he’s a man with the means to afford it. Steel might be a self-made man, and able to catch Nick’s eye—but that doesn’t guarantee he’ll automatically be able to capture Nick’s heart.

Even if he is a super successful lawyer who runs his own law firm.
Even if he is as kind as he is rich, and a genuinely decent guy.
Even if his light blue eyes, silver mane, and sculpted body have earned him the title of one of Daylesford’s Most Eligible Daddies...three years running

Steel is a Daddy who can buy anything he wants, but will Nick be the one thing he can’t have?

It really pains me to give this book suck a low rating, I can’t explain how excited I was for it. I read the third book in this series first and I adored it and it has a place on my favourite list. Then I went back to read book one and two, book one was alright and I was so excited for this one, it sounded like it would be perfect for me. But I can’t even find something that didn’t annoy me about this book.

The only thing I enjoyed about this book was Casey Cox’s writing. His writing is damn lovely and it’s so nice to read, to be honest, it’s the only reason why I finished the book.

I guess I kind of enjoyed Steel too (the daddy in this scenario), he was a fine character but we didn’t really get to know him. You see, my main issue with this book is that it was mostly about Nick (the boy) and I never warmed up to him, he spent the entire book annoying me and getting on my nerves.

One of my main issues is that I didn’t like these two together and instead of rooting for them to be together, I wanted them to not be together, it got to a point where I thought they would be better apart.

Seriously, these two had one of the worst communication I ever read about in a book. They never told each other anything. Instead of just communicating with the other and clearing up their doubts and everything, they just didn’t talk about anything important, at all. They only realized that maybe they should communicate at like 94%, a bit too late there guys!

And Nick, oh boy, do not get me started on Nick. God, he was such a dick. He ignored Steel for months because he overheard him talking about someone and thought it was about him and instead of clearing up the air, he just avoided the poor guy for months. He made shitty assumptions about Steel and never talking to him about them, he just made up reasons to hate Steel. He was really hot and cold towards Steel. One second he was all into him and the second after he pushed Steel away for no damn reason. It was so annoying and he kept doing it and no real reason was ever given for it. Nick could never decide what he wanted, if he wanted Steel or not and he kept toying with Steel, when he knew that Steel had feelings for him, that's a really shitty thing to do to someone. Steel kept opening up to Nick and doing everything for Nick, he was really nice to him, and Nick just kept rejecting him without telling Steel a reason why. Also sometimes he was just really mean to Steel for no reason and he never told Steel why. He had so many issues about Steel but he never talked about them to Steel. Fucking. Communicate. Please.

Also, after Nick being hot and cold for months and being an asshole to Steel for months, they started saying I love you out of nowhere without actually being a couple yet and I was like what?? How am I supposed to believe that these two are in love, they sounded like such a disaster together. I never felt the love between these two, at all.

Also, there was the most annoying break up at 75% because these two never talked to each other and had no communication and it annoyed me so much.

Personal pet peeve, but I do not enjoy public gestures and this one had a massive one. I was already not liking the book at all by then so it only got me more annoyed.

In brief, I was really excited about this one but there isn’t much I ended up enjoying about it.

I already had fun even before I started the story, by only reading the awesome blurb.

Here is just a line 🙂 BIG Big is a Daddy-lite enemies-to-lovers gay romance featuring a one-in-a-million big boy being pursued by a sexy silver fox Daddy. Ha!

Nick is a delightful guy, he loves himself and appreciates himself dearly. Why wouldn’t he, he’s a big boy, soft chubby features, a big butt with delicious cheeks, a belly Steel wanted to touch so badly, he can’t get enough of looking at Nick. But Nick is avoiding Steel, he thinks Steel is a jerk a rich, spoiled guy who comes from money instead of working for it like Nick has to.

Nick is one hot sparkling whirlwind, with a sassy mouth He got four jobs to gain money, so he can help his grandparents to keep their bakery alive. There’s a company who wants to sell them out, over his dead body will that happen!

Steel Crawford is confused by Nick, why does he keep avoiding him it seems he even doesn’t like Steel.

I loved this fast-paced narrative, it had a great portion of hurt comfort what made it even more engrossing. There are several misunderstandings and some other events that squeezed my heart a bit. It was also a sexy read, there are some delicious encounters, and more even emotional, both men were in learning modus, with some sweet candid moments. The story has humor in it, if you read too fast you could miss it. There is some Daddy/boy action but it didn’t felt main here.

Overall an entertainingly, very enjoyable, written story, nicely developed and clearly designed.

Will the next installment be about Hudson and Liam? Hope so!

I was looking forward to reading Nick and Steel's story. The tension between them was a mystery in the first book. The author really took her time with bringing two men together with their friends' help. I enjoyed the story. Sassy humor, body positivity, new to me kink and a bit of drama made for a good reading time for me.

I absolutely adored Steel. He was such a good loyal man and the most perfect Daddy for Nick. It does not seem so at the beginning when there are misconceptions and preconceived notions flying around between two men. The aftercare he provided was out of this world amazing, I could read the story for that alone. There were couple of tender moments that made me just sigh.

Nick was a bit harder to like. His attitude of "I know better and that's that" at times was a little heavy handed and brought pain to both men needlessly. But I really liked his unapologetic self awareness, how he owned his body and the fact that he was a total bratty diva. Oh, the hoops he made Steel jump were fantastic.

There were some crazy shenanigans that made me howl with laughter and a time or two when I wanted to smack Nick upside the head, but it all was made better by such wonderful piece of creativity! I loved it! With the help of Steel's friends and loud and sexy Nick coupled with lots of love both men found their way to each other again. The end was sweet and set the premise for the next story. Overall, I enjoyed the author's use of words, the humor that was consistent and well timed, and relatable characters that made up this wonderful story! Copy received for my honest and unbiased review

I love Steel and Nick's story! I actually prefer book two to book one. For me the story flows better and the characters feel a lot more natural in themselves and their relationships.
Nick's character is so much fun to go read as his full of energy, body positivity and love for life. It is confusing for a moment as to why he's so negative towards Steel but it to take him long to come round, especially once they spend time together and explore more than just attraction. Steel is sure that Nick is the boy for him and he loves everything about him; his diva ways, his big body and how much he cares for those that are important to him. There are a couple of stumbling blocks that they have to overcome along the way but this is a very entertaining, hot and loving read.
I love how much each man's friends mean to him and are an important part of their lives. That comes through very clearly in their interactions and the support they give each other.
Definitely a recommended read, especially if you like you boys bratty and diva like but still in need of love and care from their Daddy.
I received an ARC and am happily giving a review.

Oh god, Nick is such a fun character. He's an adventure as a protagonist on every page and I was not ready to let him go! Us fat drama queens need some love, too, and Nick knows who he is, what he wants, and what he deserves from page one, never faltering even when he starts falling in love. One of my favorite gay romance MCs in a long time.

And he does erotic cake sitting. I can't handle how much I adore him.

There is an element of cringe with these books. The whole repeated "big boy" phrase just sounds so silly (I'm a lesbian who is definitely in the know in the queer scene, but I have never heard that used as a phrase or identifier before). And the dialogue can be a little clunky, though that may be because Nick can be super corny, which is cute.

I love the relationship between Nick and Steel. Organic, charming, and sexy without being too sickly sweet. They're scorching together, and their chemistry with all the other characters is great.

I only have one real complaint. The ending sort of falls flat for me, because if you're a kinky fucker like me who wants to see a lot more AB/DL stuff out there in queer romance, the author pulls their punches a bit and doesn't even show us Nick's thoughts or feelings as he explores being a Little. His personality is so well-written that I just expected way more! I feel like this book played it a little safe. I just wanted a few more chapters.

My favorite of the series so far!

First let me say I love Casey Cox's writing, it just flows really well. I adored book 1 in this series, but book 2 didn't work as well for me. There were things I really liked and things that really missed the mark.

I really liked Steel and the fantastic relationship between the 4 friends. The dialogue when they were all together was smart, funny, and just oozed 20 years of friendship...I adored their scenes together. There were also some really sweet and touching scenes between Steele and Nick, including some things Steele does for him that were just wonderful. I also was thrilled to see such body positivity consistently expressed throughout the story. It was so refreshing to see a plus-sized character portrayed in such a confident way!

My biggest issue was Nick just never grew on me. He was immature and just too over the top. And because of that I wasn't able to connect entirely to Nick and Steele's relationship. I also was thrown off a bit by the book cover...I am not sure if that is meant to represent Nick, but the cover model has short blond hair and blue eyes and Nick was referenced multiple times as having shoulder length brown hair and brown eyes...it threw off my visualization of the character a bit.

So there were things I loved and things I didn't about this book. I do love the 4 friends and the authors writing style so I am definitely going to grab book 3 as I am dying to read Hudson's story!

A Joyfully Jay review.

4 stars

Big is the second book in the 99 Daddies series, but is fully enjoyable as a standalone. The story is sweet and sassy and sexy and a bit breezy. I really liked the body positivity that Nick outwardly displays, even as he sometimes wonders if he’s asking too much to be loved for all of himself. That Steel cherishes him is a huge morale boost, and his sexy thrall at go go dancing and erotic cake sitting—yes, it is what it sounds like—is another body positive experience. These two are truly content with one another and Steel’s help, in ways Nick could not have fathomed, show that he understands the needs of his big boy and will go to any length to provide for him. The stories in this series are all a little larger than life, with characters and situations that are kind of silly and escapist and all the more lovely for people who enjoy low-angst romances.

I enjoyed aspects of this - I loved the humor and the voices of Nick and Steel when they were narrating the most. I especially loved Nick and how much he loved his body, how positive he was with it, how he saw his life in moments of being in a movie. Those moments of their inner musings really stood out for me, and that's where the author's humor was the strongest.

However, there were also things that kinda killed the momentum of the story for me - lack of communication from BOTH of them CONSTANTLY, Nick constantly judging and jumping to conclusions about Steel, and pretty unrealistic sex scenes (seriously - all over the damn house?!)

It was a fun story, and now I definitely want to read about some of the other guys, but I also will hope for some deeper characters and relying less on communication issues to be the conflict.

Steel is a Daddy who can buy anything he wants, but will Nick be the one thing he can’t have?

We met Nick and Steel in the first 99 Daddies book (First) where Nick’s best friend Mikey meets and falls in love with the daddy of this dreams. Will Nick and Steel ever find the happiness they are both looking for?

Nick is a gorgeous, sassy, big ball of fun! He is a force of nature scraping his way through life with a selection of jobs as he tries to help his grandparents (who raised him) keep their bakery afloat in the face of jerk-off developers trying to run them into the ground to buy their property, headed up by king of the jerks Steel Crawford.

Of course this is all set up nicely for a “lets just have sex to get this stupid attraction out of the way” type tryst with all the usual consequences you’d expect!

This is a joyous romp. Smartly written and so very camp - the amount of tongue-in-cheek action would be enough to give you a cramp, but this is funny and sexy and perfectly escapist in a way that recent times has been essential to my metal health!

Highly recommended for over-the-top rainbows and unicorn fans who are avoiding too much angst.

I was given a free copy of the book in exchange for an honest review.

Casey Cox's Big, the second book in the 99 Daddies series, is a fun romance.

Steel's a daddy without a boy. He desperately wants a boy, but he really wants that boy to be sassy. And, damn, he wants to discipline that sass.

In Nick, he finds just the boy he wants. Nick's a dancer who's snarky, funny, flashy, and full of sass.

Their story has plenty of BDSM and kink talk, including wet and messy play. It's definitely a new thing to me, having never heard of it before. But, dear god, the aftercare scene is wonderful. It's seriously beautiful. This alone is worth the read.

Their tale is one with a hookup that's meant to be a one off. It's a tale with assumptions and some miscommunication, or more like, lack of communication.

For these two, mutual friends aspect is a big deal. It helps them run into one another. But it also causes some worry. And, damn, Nick really doesn't like Steel at the beginning. There's also plenty of internal conflict, as they don't want to cause issues with their friends.

As far as the title is concerned, Nick is a plus sized person. There's a lot of discussion about it, including that shame that comes with being overweight.

It's a entertaining read, with Steel's strong and intense feelings for Nick. It's cute and sweet as he tries to heal Nick's broken heart. Most of all though, I enjoy the exploration of kinks and the admittance of one's desires, which makes for a great scene.

I continue to like the writing style. The characters are well developed, with great dialogue. I enjoy the side characters and the internal monologues. And the conflict is well done.

Overall, Big is an interesting romance. Casey Cox definitely hits some unique factors with this story, which is a must read if you enjoy great aftercare scenes.

So my thoughts on this book are similar to the first in that mixed feelings, there is a lot i enjoyed but plenty that didn't work for me and very split down the middle.

I loved the first half and was leaning towards 4 stars, but then the 2nd half hit with the ridiculous lack of communication and conflict that i just hated. Also annoyed that Nick is the only one who did the grovelling/apology, while Steel is the one who kept secrets and caused the final problem.

True they both were awful at talking in general, but it did feel very one sided in parts either towards Nick or Steel. I didn't really see why they liked each other. Apart from their connection in the previous book, but they have great chemistry and the steamy scenes are incredible.

The puzzles together was really sweet, i loved that and the 80s references were fun. Song choices and dancing from Nick, i enjoyed how they resolved things although it seemed too easy.

However thats because literally all of their problems wouldn't have existed if they actually talked properly... Is it obvious i hate miscommunication?

Still an entertaining and enjoyable read with a rather fun mc. I loved Nick so much and am always happy to see more plus size characters, he was beautiful and sassy - i just adored him throughout with all his passion.

Overall a short, steamy read with entertaining scenes and happy ending. Looking towards the next books and future pairs 💕

If you don’t fall in love with Nick right from the start l would be amazed. He is so funny and sassy you can’t help but love him. He is like no other character I have ever read.

Steel is super sweet, and all he wants is a chance with the fiery sassy Nick. He’s a daddy with a boy and all he sees when he looks at Nick is his future. But they have a few obstacles to over come before they can get their happy ending. The chemistry is so hot right from the start. This book was fire and I can’t wait for the next book in the series.

« Oh, alors il me déteste simplement ?

I didn’t read the first book in the series, but if there’s a chubby MC in a book I absolutely have to have it! Luckily, this can be read as a stand-alone so I wasn’t lost in any way. I adored both Steel and Nick. I love protective loving MCs and I love sassy hilarious MCs so each of these characters were wins in my book. I’m also not huge into daddy kink (I KNOW it’s a daddy series, but see first line about chubby MC), but luckily for me this is a very very daddy lite relationship. Unfortunately, I didn’t completely feel the chemistry between these two and while I’m one of those people who doesn’t completely lose it when there is non/miscommunication, I thought there was just two much of it here. These two could have had zero problems if they just talked from the very beginning, and while I’m glad they eventually worked it out, it got frustrating at times. For me it was wonderful characters with an okay story line, but I did enjoy myself while reading.

Not Real Daddy Stories!

How disappointing!! These stories are supposed to be about daddies but they’re not. It’s all an act. The author put daddy in the title but they’re just regular romance novels. To the author - for those of us who actually like the details of a Daddy story, these books are BS. They allude to something you don’t even write about in the book.

Nick is just over the top! It was clear in the first book of the series that he was very self-confident, didn't care much about what other people thought about him, and just lived his life as he pleased, in a very shiny, exaggerated, colorful way. In this book, we discover that he loves 80's and 90's pop culture, and except for his friendship with Mickey, he is very self-centered, so much so that he bases his initial dislike of Steel on a few words he eavesdropped out of context and on the results of an online Google search he did not even fully read. These were not a good foundation for a strong relationship and his reaction was even worse when Steel presented to him a conflicting situation: instead of listening and discussing the issue with his lover, he decided unilaterally that Steel was the bad guy.

Nick might love his grandparents, he might be a hard worker, but I really could not understand which of Nick's character traits actually attracted Steel, besides their physical attraction.

I rated this book 3* because Steel, instead, was a very likable character, though his version of a Daddy is more a cuddle lover who lets his boy be a brat rather than an older wiser man who directs and cherishes his boy with a strong hand. I also like this author's writing style a lot: the characters tell a story at times as if they were sitting around the table with the reader, and I love this feeling of being part of the story!

I read that the last book of this series will feature Nick and Steel again and it will focus on their Daddy/boy/little relationship that was only briefly hinted at in the epilogue of this book. Well, that will be quite interesting, given that Nick does not give any Little vibe away!!

This is the second book in the series, and while it can stand alone, Nick and Steel both feature, and first meet, in “First.” I liked Nick a lot in that book, and I like him even more here: he’s smart, funny, loud, proud, and perfectly comfortable with himself. He’s got an incredible work ethic and he’s devoted to the grandparents who raised him. He is steeped in 90s pop culture. He 100% deserves his HEA. In “Big” we get to see Nick’s life-- the 4 jobs he holds down, the sass and style he brings to everything. We also get to see why he ostensibly doesn’t like Steel, who is borderline obsessed with him and, with help from their mutual friends, essentially forces Nick to interact with him. To be honest, I didn’t love that part of the novel: Steel’s early behavior can read as borderline stalkerish, and that his and Nick’s mutual friends enable it read to me as more worrisome than romantic. He’s rich, he’s not used to not getting what he wants, he can come off as entitled and arrogant, and he makes a number of mistakes over the course of the novel, but he also reveals himself to have a good heart, and ultimately, a healthy respect for Nick’s feelings and boundaries. I was, admittedly, slow to warm up to Steel, and the pacing of their relationship felt oddly unbalanced-- they linger at zero and then suddenly accelerate to a million miles per hour, but overall, I really enjoyed the book. I am happy Nick is happy, and I look forward to hopefully seeing him in the next books in the series.

In this second in the 99 Daddies series we get better acquainted with Nick Macklin, a man well-adjusted to his size and likes his body. His nemesis is Steel Crawford because of a crass remark that Steel made that Nick overheard and totally misinterpreted. He avoids Steel like the plague, refusing to talk to him and always walks away from Steel. Now this behavior totally infuriates Steel because he's drawn to Nick in a big (forgive the pun) way. Now these two have mutual friends (Book #1 "First") in Stirling and Mikey, daddy/boy respectively, who show up in this book to give advice and coaching to guys as do the other daddy friends in this ongoing story line. And, boy, do Steel and Nick need help. Wrong assumptions, hilarious situations, and comments make for an interesting read. I liked Nick's acceptance of his build, and his overcoming of school bullying scenes. As for Sterling here was a man who was a self-made man who gave up family financial rewards and worked his butt off to successfully build a law career on his own merit and not falling back on his so-called riches. Both men were self-achievers. Both just had to learn to acknowledge what the other had to offer for a rewarding relationship. This review is written honestly and voluntarily for the ARC I received.

Series is getting good! Nick, Mikey's best friend, is a lot more than he seems. He works three plus jobs to survive, but mostly to help his Grandparents keep their bakery above water. He, owns his body with is absolutely delightful. But he still has issues regarding his size. Steel, lawyer is a lot more than he seems. He carries himself with utmost humility and he is really a nice guy. We got to see Stirling and Mikey in action as a couple, which is a nice bonus. Nick and Steel tap dance around each other victims of not communicating and mis communicating. Nick's grandparents are fighting developers wanting to take over the bakery as well as the business bleeding money. Independent Nick is stresses and strained living for three people. Steel wants to help. Will Nick stop long enough to speak to Steel? Can Nick singlehandedly keep his grandparents' bakery above water long enough to save it? Does Steele have the patience to court Nick? Great story. I'm liking Steel the best so far. Nick is nice once we get below his surface. Well done. One is out and proud, the other is easily rubbed the wrong way. What can possibly go wrong...or right?

Nick Macklin, is not your typical boy. He is a big boy! Height, build, weight an his overall exuberance, is enough to intimidate anyone. Zero filter, free to do what he likes, yet loyal to a fault.

In steps, Steel Fox, the super hot silver fox who can buy anything he wishes...except Nick.
Steel oozes arrogance. Others may have fallen on their knees, but the one he wants thinks he is a jerk.

Steel manages to catch the attention of Nick. He is a very successful, self made man and isn't afraid to show it. His inner kindness does not match the outer perception. He's known as the most eligible Daddy.

Nick is too hilarious for words. Inner monologues and all. Being fun and fancy free, he needs a calm Daddy to keep it al in perspective. Steel is just the one for that. If only these two can get out their own way and make it happen.

Fun, laughter, love, sass, and a memorable Daddy/boy relationship for the books.

I was more excited about the synopsis for this story than the first in the series but was a bit underwhelmed with what was delivered. The potential between Nick and Steele and how they could definitely work well together and the deep friendship between Steele's group were things to look forward to, Nick's immaturity and iceberg-sized chip on his shoulder as well as communication issues were detractors.

Blending all of the personalities together can sometimes be a challenge. Nick gave us a lot to work with, but instead of it ringing either true or as a facade to protect his soft underbelly, no pun intended, it was both and neither at the same time. That and Nick's insistence at believing the worst of Steele over and over kept me from really connecting with him all through the story.

And another small issue, if you're going to have Daddies as the focus, why be so stingy with that dynamic? Nick needed a lot more from a Daddy and even though I liked Steele and how he was written, something about their dynamic didn't work for Nick and left me feeling that it was a missed opportunity to give Nick was he really and truly needed.

I wasn’t as into this book as I was for the first book in this series, but I still really enjoyed it. I wanted to know what the heck was going on with Nick and Steel and what Nick’s problem was. It was a mystery for the first half of the book and Nick in his POV didn’t want to divulge the issue. Apparently he heard Steel call someone a “big fat baby” and he wasn’t happy about that. But he kept saying there was the other thing that he had an issue with...
Then we find out what it was and it didn’t feel like that huge of an issue for Nick to be such a jerk to Steel. It felt like Nick was the jerk, not Steel.

Anyway, I generally liked Nick besides that. He was a big boy and I was glad for the reference to his body and being plus sized throughout the whole book instead of a one and done mention about it. Soooo happy about that.

There was reference to an interest in age play at 94% and Steel had a nursery for “just in case” he found a boy to try it with, but nothing ever took place in this book. A tiny bit disappointed in that because I love age play, but it’s all good.

Overall I’d say this was a 3.5 or so but I’m definitely planning on continuing with this series.

3.5 Stars A great start as it seems Steel and Nick are still dancing around each other from book 1. Steel imagines what Nick would be like as his boy, but Nick does share the same feelings. A short hot sexy scene at the start, and I thought the miscommunication part was cut to short. Nick isnt to sure about Steel but the sex was hot as Steel pulls out all the stops to get him. Nick was a confused boy I think in this at the start.. his pov doesn't exactly come through with his feelings with the tellings in scenes.
Includes sloshing, dance moves, messy cakes, and an untimely accident.
Nick is a bit of a brat sometimes in scenes. Secrets and a few surprises are also included.
A great book to read and probably needs to be read in order as the story continues from book one. A fantastic ending
Nick 24 yrs was proud of his Big status and worked 4 jobs. Being a club dancer helped his Grandparents out financially especially with the bakery problems.

Daddy Steel 40 yrs ran a law firm and was best friends with Stirling and his new boy. A Daddy without a boy but dreamed of someone special aka Nick.

This is the 2nd book in the 99 Daddies series, and I fall more in love with these characters after each book. Nick is over-the-top in all parts of his life....he's a go-go dancer, a naked butler, a clown/slash magician, a part-time baker, and the proud owner of the best booty around! He's a firm believer in working for everything he has. Steel runs a very successful law firm and is used to getting what he wants. The one thing that keeps eluding him though is one very precocious and stubborn young man....Nick. These characters have immediate attraction but misunderstandings and the inability to truthfully communicate cause several issues that threaten their budding relationship. When they do connect....they CONNECT on a fiery level! This book had me laughing so hard at times that I was crying. Nick is definitely unique. The way Steel adores everything about Nick was so incredibly sweet. I highly recommend this book.

3.5 stars

I was given a free arc copy from the author for review.

I'll try to be vague so I don't spoiler anything. I really liked how fun and spunky Nick's character was and I loved how Steel took care of Nick. However, I did not like how their whole relationship was built from assumptions and secrets and lies right from the start. I especially didn't think it was fair of Steel to push for advancing their relationship while at the same time lying. It also felt way too much instalove and I wasn't feeling their chemistry. It felt forced to me. While I can appreciate the circumstances behind the lies weren't Steels fault. He still lied nonetheless. I did love though everything he did to redeem himself with the grandparents. That one scene with Nick was way too cheesy for me but I loved what Steel did for Nick at the very end. It was very sweet.

I'll definitely keep reading the series. The other guys sound interesting especially book 3 and 5.

Big is the second story in a series about a group of best friends, who are also silver fox daddies, and the boys they adore. Nick and Steel previously met at his friend’s 40th birthday party, followed closely by his own, and seemed to have an attraction, but Nick has been giving him the cold shoulder ever since. Steel can’t get the sassy, confident boy out of his mind. However, when you only read the headlines you might get the wrong idea about someone. But Steel can’t stay away, and what begins as casual promises to become more after a mishap in the bedroom leads to an extended stay and time spent together. Miscommunication and secrets might tear this relationship apart before it really has a chance though. Can Nick and Steel tear down the walls they have built around their hearts? Will this daddy and boy get their second chance at a HEA or will misunderstanding on both sides leave them longing? Looking forward to book #3.

Big is the second book in the 99 Daddies series by author Casey Cox. I love this series. This story doesn’t have to be read in order. But I highly suggest you do. There are characters from the first book that we meet again in this story.

This story is told in dual POV. I think it works great for this storyline.

Nick- Smart, sassy, confident, and hard worker. He also has a wicked sense of humor. I loved him. He might be muscled and have a belly but he is a pure-hearted twink in his mind.

Steel- I loved Steel he is a lawyer. He is kind, sweet, and loves a boy with some meat on his bones. Not to mention he loves Nick’s sassy nature.

I really liked these two together they balance each other out very well, and they are hot as sin in bed together. I laughed a lot with Nick he has a great sense of humor.

I cannot wait for more in this series in the future I cannot wait for who falls in love next and how it all unfolds.
