Great concepts, not sure all items can be operationalized in real life. We all agree that self service, automation and focus on strategy is the goal, however, getting people to comply with little things like moving out of state without telling anyone that they are now working remotely from a different state is part of real life.
People Operations makes perfect sense in school operations. The more employees can do for themselves, the more accountable and understanding of processes they become. Careful planning can include remote work for employees and remote learning for students. A book well worth reading.
