Listen, if you name a book Stuffing Her Stocking, I'm gonna have certain expectations, you know? The first one being sexy Christmas puns, which I did NOT get. The second being a whole lotta banging which... okay, banging yes. But it was in no way obscene, and for that I'm disappointed.

This was a super sweet Hallmark romance, cute dog included. It had a little plot which was well done for being so short. I'm on a BJ kick this holiday season, and this book didn't deliver on that front so I'm pissy about it. In fact I finished it just a few hours ago and I really don't even remember it.

There was a weird thing about socks. But not a weird sex thing, I think it was supposed to be sweet. My cold heart doesn't always "get" sweet though, so the sock thing didn't work for me.

I mean, honestly? Unless you're just marathoning every Chrstmas book you can get your hands on (no judgment!) you're really not gonna miss much by skipping this one. But it wasn't bad... I'll say I was thoroughly whelmed.

The name made me giggle and I love any hoilday novellas.

Beau hasn't always disliked Xmas but the past couple years he has so he's been a grumpy grinch. With his dog Ford, until he spots a car go off the road and meets Holly. A sweet woman who is passing though Christmas town. He helps her out and is smitten with her. As for Holly she feels some pull to Beau and his dog not wanting to leave.

They grow closer and well have a happy ending :)

No ow/om drama, no cheating, sexy times, no virgins no manwhore

This is my 3rd Shaw Hart Holiday novella and I've really enjoyed them all. This is so much cuter than the cover portrays (not a fan of these kind of covers at all). Short, sweet, and steamy.

Now that I’ve found you, I can’t let you go.

I enjoyed this quick, sweet, insta-love read. No abuse or cheating, dual POV, no mention of either past, no OM/OW drama, epilogues at 1 year and 10 years later.

Holly brought back the Christmas joy to Beau... this was such a great short story, and I absolutely loved all three characters.
Beau was not looking for love, but when he found Holly he knew he could never let her go. Holly was on the move to start a new job, but when her car slid off the road she never expected her life to change for the better so soon. Ford is the sweetest dog who fell in love with Holly instantly because she has showed him love and affection from the very beginning.

Wonderful!! This was a nice quick, short read. I absolutely love it.

Beau and Holly met after she gets into an accident not far from his garage. Beau hears the accident and goes to help, he finds Holly inside. Beau takes off to get his tow truck and comes to pull her out. Beau takes Holly to his home to let her warm up. He tells her to take a shower and then put some of his clothes on. Beau heads to the garage to look over Holly car. When he comes back to his home Holly is passed out on his bed. The next day Holly wakes up and sees Beau on his couch, she lets out his dog, Ford. Holly makes them breakfast then they both head to the garage. Beau tells her she doesn't have to wait at the garage for him she can stay in his home. Holly stays then finds his paperwork all over his desk so she begins to file and do all his office work. Holly was headed to Wisconsin for a job when she went off the road. When they are both done in the garage they head to the grocery store and pick up a few items. Holly notices that Beau doesn't have any decorations up for Christmas so they pick some up. They hang up decorations and Holly bought some mistletoe she hangs. When he notices it she tells him he needs to kiss her, Beau tells her she doesn't need to asks. Holly makes dinner for them before they head to bed. Beau tells her she can have the bed and he'll take the couch. Holly tells him the bed is big enough for the both of them. While they are in bed they soon start kissing one another, then Beau pleasures her before she falls asleep. The next morning they head to get a Christmas tree to decorate. Beau helps Holly out with the decorations, when it's dinner time Beau asks her if she wants to go out but she tells him she'll make something. They watch movies after they eat. When they head to bed, Holly has an ache she can't help, Beau ask her if he can help her. Beau then pleasures her and she tells him she needs him, they then make love. The next day is Christmas and they exchange socks as gifts, Beau gets her the fuzzy socks. They head to the hill and go sledding on the hill before it gets busy with families. They head back home, the next day when Beau wakes up he tells her he needs to go to the garage and start working on her car, her part came in a few days ago. Holly asks him if he wants her to leave and Beau tells her no. Beau tells her he's falling in love with her but didn't want to stop her from leaving if that's what she wanted to do. Holly tells Beau she wants to stay with him and his dog Ford, if he'll have her, she's falling in love with him too. Beau tells her she can work on his book at the garage if she can't find any work. One year later the day after Thanksgiving Holly goes into labor while she was trying to decorate for Christmas. They were married the beginning of the year and shortly after Valentine's Day they found out she was pregnant. Beau and Holly head to the hospital in her new SUV something he wanted to upgrade for her. Ten years later, they all decorate Christmas cookies on Christmas Eve. Their oldest son Nick, daughter Luna and youngest son Milo all help with he cookies. Beau still owns the garage in town and Holly still does his books along with a few other clients in town. Review: this was such a cute and sexy Christmas story this is about Holly and Beau. Holly ends up kinda crashing her car and Beau owns a car shop so he offers to fix her car and they start to get to know each other and flirt and they end up fooling around. They decorate for Christmas and they sleep together and start to fall for each other and Holly decides to stay in Christmas with Beau. They end up getting married and have kids such a sweet story

Quote : I love you, Holly. This might be a terrible thing to say but I am so glad that you slid off the road. I wasn’t looking for you or to have this kind of relationship with someone but now that I’ve found you, I can’t let you go.

I bought the book on Amazon after seeing it was attached in a series with book one.
-Incredible story. The best of all five in the series.
-I love the cliché when a dog helps two soulmates find each other, which is what happens here.
-Everything goes fast, which is usually not my style, but it's so well written that it was romance at its best. I was swooning.
-I was cringing though when Holly had her accident and she kept moving all around. She should have been sent to the hospital for a check-up. I was thinking concussion...
-After everything Beau was doing with Holly (shopping, decorating, etc.), I realized that his shop wasn't that busy and he took advantage of this to be with Holly.
-We saw a bit of Beau's cavemanship when the guy at the B&B was eyeing Holly from head to toe. It was funny. But Holly's womanly wiles came out when she was putting mistletoe everywhere and wanted to be kissed by Beau.
-The author keeps forgetting where everyone is in the truck because at one point, Ford is near the driver, then Holly, next Beau climbs into the passenger seat when he's supposed to be driving.
-Unprotected open door scenes.

Beau has become a grinch. And that isn't the way to be in Christmas, MI. He grew up in the town and stayed to run the Mistletoe Mechanic shop after his father passed away. While closing one night, his dog Ford helped him rescue a damsel in distress, Holly. Holly was on her way to a new job and had car issues, and just lost control of her car in the snow. She cannot believe she is saved by a grinch and his dog. Being a knight in shining armor for Holly makes Beau realize that he has been missing out on so many things. So, instead of fixing her car right away, Beau and Holly decide to create some Christmas memories for both of them. Along the way, the two fall for each other, but will it be enough for Holly to stay in the 365 days of the year Christmas town or will she move on?
"Stuffing Her Stocking" is a great addition to the Santa's coming collaboration. This is a great instalove, fast read with the a great story and character development. Shaw Hart created yet another great read with this book.

Shaw Hart's contribution to the multi-author Santa's Coming series, Stuffing Her Stocking, is a super sexy and sweet romance novella. Holly is passing through Christmas, Michigan on her to an accounting job in Wisconsin when her car spins out and crashes. Mechanic Beau, a lifelong Christmas resident and self-professed grinch, finds and rescues Holly, towing her car to his shop then giving her a place to stay - with him. Her love of the Christmas holiday soon rubs off as he allows her to decorate his house, and mistletoe is not required to heat things up between the two. Beau and Holly have explosive chemistry between them, and are a perfect example of the old adage "life is what happens when you're making other plans". Ford is an awesome supporting character - even if he is a dog :) Curling up with this sexy and sweet novella is the perfect way to spend a cold winter's night.

lonely mechanic

Beau has been in his own for a while after his father died. He doesn’t celebrate Christmas any more just works and lives. He and his dog Ford. His shop is across the street from his shop. His end of the street is empty no Christmas lights. Holly on her way to Wisconsin for a job in her beater car ends up crashing and Beau saves her. He finds her just in time. She’s not hurt but her car is not drivable. And she was have frozen because the heater stopped working. Beau gets her safe and sound in his house and takes her car to the shop. When he gets back he finds her passed out on his bed so he sleeps on the couch. They both find the spark between them. She’s trying to decide if she should continue once her car is fixed, when she really just wants to stay here with Beau. She finally feels home.

First things first; I like the cover of this book!
Stuffing her stocking is a novella in the ‘’Santa’s coming’’ collection. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Beau is a mechanic in a small town that loves Christmas. Over the last few years, he has lost his Christmas spirit. When Holly crashes into town, will he find his Christmas spirit?
The chemistry between Beau and Holly is clear to see and I liked them together.
I thought Ford was adorable.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read.

Beau hates Christmas. He lives in a small town called Christmas and runs the Mistletoe Mechanic shop after his father died. As he's closing shop Ford, his dog, takes off and they hear a crash. He rescues Holly from her car accident and she's not hurt. He is instantly attracted to Holly and she feels the same way about him. He takes her home and doesn't want her to leave. She has Beau putting up Christmas lights, a small Charlie Brown Tree, and they both find the love they had been looking for. Happy Christmas romance. Beau lives in Christmas Seriously! Christmas! He's a mechanic, being raised by his dad and left the Mistletoe Mechanic shop. His dog Ford runs out into the night and he hears a crash. Beau tows her out and drives her home so she can keep warm. There's no decorations even though Christmas only a few days away. Ford really likes Holly and is beginning to bond with her. It's getting cold and to keep warm they decide to stay together

I enjoyed reading this engaging entertaining and compelling story. Told from POVs intimately reveals their thoughts feelings and emotions as they explore their relationship. There is a HEA

Stuffing Her Stocking was a sexy, InstaLove romance featuring a sexy mechanic, a sassy heroine, an adorable mutt and a car wreck. Not gonna lie, I love it when I read about the proverbial damsel in distress who is saved by her knight in shining armor. In this case, the distress is in the form of a car accident, and the knight, is a mechanic and his dog in their pickup! Beau and Holly meet and it’s instant, off the charts chemistry. Watching them fall head over heels in love made this a read in one sitting holiday romance treat. TBR Stuffing Her Stocking and Enjoy!

I thought that this was a awesome book. Beau and Holly were super cute together. Holly and Beau have a chance encounter after Beau rescues Holly after she crashes her car. These two are instantly drawn to each other. Holly helps Beau find his Christmas spirit again and Beau help Holly rearrange her "plans" and I think Ford is just happy have another person to love. I would recommend this book and Ms. Shaw as a truly gifted author.

This story was so cute, heart warming, and the perfect romance to get you in the Christmas mood. Holly crashes her car and it ends up being fate that she ends up in the small town of Christmas, Michigan where her path crosses with Beau. Beau’s status of a grinch was understandable because he was content keeping to himself in town, but his character was also so easy to love and to root for in his blooming relationship with Holly. I loved everything about this book and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Mistletoe magic
This book is about Beau and Holly. He lives in the town of Christmas, but isn’t in the least bit interested in the holiday Christmas… The two meet when she’s involved in a bit of an accident and her saves the day – along with his dog Ford. Her Christmas spirit will have him changing his tune, and opening himself up to some wonderful possibilities. It’s a quick, fun, sweet and steamy read in the lead-up to the festive season.

Short but sweet Christmas holiday romance.

I really liked this Christmas holiday love story. It was entertaining and enjoyable. The characters were interesting and likable. Ford was an awesome dog / wingman for Beau. Beau and Ford found Holly after her car slid off the road. Beau and Holly were instantly attracted to each other but Beau was focused on fixing her car so she could move on. Neither of them were prepared for how quickly their feelings would grow. I loved their happy ever after. I recommend reading this book.

Beau is content to be a grinch in his own auto shop. Its only him and his trusty dog ford, what to get excited about at Christmas time. Then, ford takes off after hearing a noise and beau follows only to find a mangled car off the road. Nothing to prepare him for the spirited Holly that is in the car and needs him.

Loved this one

Beau is on his own and he is grumpy he owns the garage he works at and hip is home is just across from the garage. When he hears the crash he goes to help not expecting to meet Holly and he knows that she is the one but once her car is fixed she would leave.
The more time Holly spends with Beau she sees a different side to him and falls in love with him the only question is does he want her to stay?

This is a sweet, romantic holiday story! The title leads you to believe it's going to be more of an erotic, sex oriented story. But I'm glad it wasn't! A lonely mechanic rescues a young woman whose car slides of the icy road and crashes into a tree. He let's her stay in his home while waiting for her car to be fixed. By the time Christmas comes, they've fallen for each other. Loved the HEA ending!!

Insta love Christmas romance

Holly traveling to get to Wisconsin for a job, runs off the road. Beau closing up his shop hears the crash thanks to Ford (his dog) running out the door. Beau and Ford save Holly and he offers to fix her car. Holly helps Beau out a the shop with his bookkeeping and gets him into the holiday spirit. This was a insta love story with a happy ending. The author was also nice by gifting her readers with a glimpse into the future. Overall a great read.

Ok... not my fav.

It's not my fav of Shaw Harts . I always love that feel-good insta love feel when the main characters first meet . I didn't get that feeling from them. Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of cute, adorable moments I love in this story. But I disliked the mmcs' thoughts at the beginning of the story . If kept thinking he had to get away from her . Anyways, it's still a good story, just not my fav. There was something missing . I can't put my finger on it .
